@(Water Pack) Soojung "Are you okay? Why are you out at this hour?." Seokjin asked, a little concerned for her. His calm eyes met hers as he stood up and brushed the sand of his jeans. "Hey, don't worry. Everyone can go out of the den anytime," he reassured her as he was getting concerned as to why his delta seemed quite nerve wracked. "Hey, are you okay?." he asked again, walking over to her and giving her a slight squeeze on the shoulder.
@(Water Pack) Jin Noticing her alpha's lack of response, Soojung cleared and said, "Erm, Alpha? Is something wrong?"
A light breeze swept through them. Soojung tucked fallen strands of hair behind her ear and fixed her skirt. "I'm sorry if I left the den. I can assure you everything was fine when I left."
She made a mental list in her head and checked off the things that she knew was fine when she had left. The pups, the omegas, the betas, the den itself. Everything should be fine.
@(Water Pack) Soojung It was normal to see the alpha always out. In fact he rarely stayed inside the den. He was always out near the waters, it had always calmed him. Today, he was sitting on the sand like what he always did, staring off into the ocean, following the waves with his eyes. Suddenly, he felt a sudden presence. He looked back to see one of his deltas, wondering what she might be doing out of the den at this hour. Seokjin watched silently as a pool of water surrounded her, kept in her control, until her eyes swept to him and the water fell and seeped into the sand below her.
She looked nervous in an instant, seemingly surprised to see him.
@(Water Pack) Jin Soojung was weak for a delta of her pack. She was less trained for battle and more domesticated. It was acceptable, considering she was a Home Delta. Yet, she can't help but think of a different way to look at it. It was as if she was a Home Delta just because she was a girl. To top it off, her job was to only /assist./ How weak could she be to be stuck with only /helping/? It felt belittling to her. Not that it was big deal, since it was a less work--helping out--but it is what it is. And that's just awful.
There are only a few things Soojung would lift a finger or a paw for: food, her clothes, and her dignity as a woman. It was nice lazing around at home with her pack and the only thing to do was watch other people work, but that didn't mean she didn't need to step up her game. She had to earn her place just like every other wolf. Soojung needed to know she was worth being a delta.
So without a hint of apprehension, Soojung crossed under the little arch that served as the entrance to the Oceanic Pack's serene beach. She summoned a small floating pool of water around her but lost control of it once she saw their alpha. Soojung jogged up to him, hoping he hadn't seen her futile efforts of using her powers.
"A-alpha. What are you doing here?" Soojung asked, brushing sand off of her shoes. "I was... I was just having a stroll."
IU will be taking her leave. Hopefully this place will become active again, and I can come back :) thank you so so much for my time here! It was fun!!!
