Beach

@Dagr Semra was not expecting to get scolded seeing how there was a war coming. She thought that combining attacks together would be a good idea and even experimented on the training dummies on those, usually leaving them intact for later use. "People tend to spill their secrets when under pressure, I figured out when and how to apply that. And don't worry, I didn't hurt anyone. I don't plan to unless I have to." She said glancing up at the taller male, her curls blowing in the wind like tongues of fire. Ironically, the Filaren powers, those of fire, were the ones she couldn't really handle.

Frowning a little at what he said, she tilted her head to the side wondering if their time not seeing or writing to one another had lead him to forget her code. "You know I am not one to kill if I can avoid it sir. Unless I am about to die, a simple knock out is what I'd choose." She sighed feeling slightly sad to have her superior doubt her like that. She always looked up to him and while she was training to be a Sentinel and later in the force, she would always do her best to make him proud for taking her under his wing. Looking back towards the sea, she took yet another step forward as the hem of her skirts was now floating around her feet. "Anyhow, there is a combination of Essara, Shira and Haeyari powers that could be used on interrogation. You don't really hurt the person, just scare him with the whole speak no evil, hear no evil, see no evil deal for a minute or two." She mumbled as she watched the school of tiny fish swimming around her feet and skirts looking for food.

@Semra With a chuckle Dagr sat down on the beach, slowly unwinding each strap of his boots and nodding along to Semra's words. He was fond of her, though he would never tell her that. She was strong, bold and brave and Dagr admired that, particularly coming from a woman. Once his shoes were off Dagr unattached his scabbard from his waist and tossed his sword to the ground. He wouldn't need these things around Semra so he stood next to her, watching as the water lapped at his feet.

"You showed me well." Dagr gruffly reassured her, glancing up at her afterwards. "The barrier was a nice attempt at blocking me, I should be worried." He joked and peered back out at the sea. However, what she had said afterwards worried Dagr. He knew all to well what it was like to be on the receiving end of such power because he hadn't always been this strong. He'd lost as many battles as he had won and it was a feeling he could never shake. "But how did you learn to extract information forcefully? Semra..." There was a slight scolding tone underlying Dagr's voice, as well as concern. "You shouldn't refer to your powers as tricks, you have a great responsibility in knowing them, what you can do can inflict damage and potentially take a life. You have to understand the value that comes with it and what you might have to live with."

@Dagr Semra knew he was coming. Dagr's power and skill was too hard to hide after all, especially from someone who was practically family now and a small smile came to her face. She smelt the smoke long before she saw it and it was when she upped the moisture and atmospheric pressure around her seconds before his attack. "Thanks! I was told I needed a tan sir." she joked as she turned to face him bowing slightly to show her respect for the man.

"To my defence I did put up a barrier but you tried to fry me. And here I was excited to show you the new tricks I learnt." she pouted for a moment before looking down at her feet summoning the water up to heal her minor burns. "I learnt how to extract valuable information forcefully. Might come handy." Semra said nonchalantly. What she lacked in Filaren skills she made up for with her crazy combination attacks and that made her a little overconfident in her skills. And while Allydia and Dagr could swipe the floor with her, she knew few others could match her. "You know how I love my tricks, right?"

@Semra Spotting the figure on the beach and sensing her powers, Dagr paused mid-step. He watched Semra for a moment and wondered how someone could relax when nowhere was safe. That would be a good starting point for their training. Dagr was a harsh teacher but he reasoned that it was always between life and death, when that was in the balance no pleasantries were needed. Quietly he stalked up behind her, evaporating into a smoke form. He knew that she would be interested in the Filaren Clan Powers so he would use them against her in an effort to help her understand them. The smoke surrounded Semra until it started to lightly burn her skin, as if she had been outside in the sun for far too long. Within the next second Dagr moved behind her and switched to his human form, using his hands to push her further towards the sea.

"When you relax you are open to attack." Dagr's rough voice chuckled from behind.

@Dagr The sun was up and shining already as Semra walked down the length of the beach, her green dress swirling in the wind. It was a calm day altogether and she had to brace herself cause her superior in the Sentinel ranks would be coming over to get the report about the school and her own training. She was confident she had grown the tiniest bit in the time he hadn't seen her but she was still a little anxious. He had mastered all five elements after all and she was working on her fifth slowly as she would often work on combination attacks of the elements she knew. Sadly there were really few people she could practice them with but that didn't really phase her. Perhaps Dagr would agree to help her practice her Filaren skills, it was his clan after all.

Her calm pace came at a stop at a spot away from prying eyes right where the waves would crash into the shore as she hitched her skirts a bit up letting the waves hit her feet with a small smile on her face hoping it wouldn't take too long for the person she held so much respect for figure out where she was roaming again.
