@ᵇ minseok☀k。ᴴ /moves over to the egde doing the same with sticking my feet in. Hums happily and wiggles as I start to waddle in deeper/

*bounces over to the lakeside, sitting down and dipping my feet into the water*

/laughs softly/

*crouches down beside the water and plucks a beautiful shell from the sand, smiling as I think of who I should give it to*

Hair matted to my cheeks, clothes clinging around my body as I finally stopped once I reached the sandy banks. The bag slid from my shoulders, trashing onto the ground as the pole followed in hot pursuit. Specks of lighting streaking from the sky and lighting up the pathway of the gods as I fell to my knees. Pulling a dagger from the confines of the bag as I began to carve up the earth. Stabbing it with a sharp breath and releasing my frustration out in jerky as I ripped open the flesh of my planet. Fabric coated fingers tearing into the clumps of mud, dragging them to the side as I went about, digging a hole a foot into the ground. It felt taboo trying this in the calmness of a smiling Sun raining down cheerfully and bringing joy upon the earth. Probably the only reasoning I had to be excused for a case of insanity. Flicking my hair from out of my eyes, the hole finally took shape, ing the silver rod deep within, making sure it protruded from the ground by several feet. I kicked the dirt back around it, stomping it back into place as I removed the gloves, tossing them idly onto the bag as I took a deep breath. In my mind, the purest form of anything obtaining beauty was pulled from the ashes of any devastating storm. Raising my hands up, feeling for any signs of static tensing the air, drawing a blinding light to my finger tips, long digits quickly grasping around the rod as the lighting cracked down the glowing white pole, striking deep within the ground and managing to throw me back a good few feet. Steam singed from my body, the branch of lighting forming down and welting against my back as I laid there, convulsing for a few seconds at the surge of energy coursing through my life blood. An affinity that couldn't even be controlled. It should have brought shame if it weren't for moments like these. Taking my time to push myself up as the rod dulled into shades of ember, raindrops at the metal and pulling the heat back into a deep slumber. My hands always ended up wrecked, scrambling over once the rod had coolled down and jerking it out of the ground as it left nasty burns on the palms of my hands. I wasnt nearly finished. Brushing the dirt away as it began to sink inwards, the water washing down into the hole as I wait for a moment for everything to settle. Not even God could tell you how long I waited, peeling back the skin of earth, taking my time to work out a vein of glass made by my very hands, lugging it out of the earth with a disgruntled hiss. I couldnt keep my eyes off the misshapen ball, my hands running over the rough and jagged edges, tracing the curves of my master piece as I remained sitting upon the shore with my new creation, watching and waiting for the storm within my own heart to calm and eventually pass...

I'm not really sure how long I sat there. Watching the water fall from the faucet and scamper down the drain as I hugged my legs against my chest, watching in a dulled facination, or to be more accurate, from the far off distance as my eyes glazed over as my mind took me to another world. It was the least I could do to keep myself pieced together after being captured. The scene running in my mind, the reel rubbing my brain as raw as the fresh wounds littering my back from the fight as I kept pressing repeat. And that feeling of utter helplessness swooped in, cradling me in Its arms like an old friend. And nobody could fix it or even comprehend the horrors stored within the four heavy walls, guarded by demons that even hell cast from its very gates. Some even without the physical limitations of a human body that left us dumb founded and ill prepared. . My eyes wandered downward, swatting at the hungry blood er bringing me back to this miserably planet and feasting like royal swine on my upper arm. Whack. I swished the remaining entrails of the fiesty er from my finger tips and into the never ending stream before me, body aching as I take my time to push myself up from the confines of the enamled glistening tub and press the palm of my hand against the tiled wall for support as the sounds of thunder bellowed from the depths of the darkness outside, sounding like music to my ears. Droplets from the tub trailed down my body, a spark of excitement kindling in the back of my death glazed eyes, bringing the dreary shade that once consumed them back to life. I had to hurry. Sprinting from the tub and into the safety of my office, I didn't need to bother drying off. Not when I was about to step out into the nurturing womb of my element. Fingers working tirelessly to half drag the clothes onto my body. Black cargo pants followed by thick heavy boots being slipped on with messy shoe strings dangling without a care. I was almost done. Half an arm and my head shoved into a blank tank top as I scooped up my coarse, burlap sack of a bag and trailed a 4 foot silver pole behind me, the metal soldering against my skin as I scurried to make it outside. Flesh singing with metal in perfect harmony and i couldn't take the time to drop it. I didn't want to. Flailing effortlessly into the shirt before yanking out a pair of gloves from my bag. God, i probably looked like a mad man set free for the first time in 40 years. But it wasn't meant to be pretty or appeal, resting the rod under my arm and squishing it against my body. The rain pelting down hard as I finally managed to slip on the leather gloves and removing the pole into the confines of their safety, unphased by the scar from the melted skin as it lined up against many. I was already soaked. 2 minutes of running across campus to escape the beat down of a life time from the crying angels of god, bless their heart, only to fail miserably. It didn't take long though until I found myself at the edge of the woods, staring the unknown straight into the face with daring boldness. I had probably warn a path of my own, trailing past the weeping willows which were bowing towards the direction of the water in hopes the river goddess would spare them with a simple act of kindness to share her life with them all.
