Maybe a little.
AI’s emotions aren’t near as complex as human’s emotions yet.
Even still, the progress is amazing.
They can comprehend words like happy and sad. They can tell that losing someone makes a person sad, so related words can trigger those emotional responses.
There are different types—

Compared to humans, they’re still emotionless.
