@Kim Jinhwan (No need to apologise! I should be the one apologising. otl)
Younghyun heaved a sigh of relief when the lights were and smiled. Much better. Now the guesthouse looked less scary.
Hearing Jinhwan asking him if he had never been here, he shook his head.
"Only a few times. But I don't know who is staying here," he admitted. After all, whenever he went there the guest was always away.
Suddenly, he heard the sound of heels clicking against the floor. He tensed up and slowly turned around, only to see...
"Mrs Peacock?"
Finding the light switch, and turning on the light into the guest house, Jinhwan let out a little sigh of relief. "Oh." He said looking around the room, there was certainly a lot of furniture in the guest house, all of it being white. It wouldn't be good if any stains were made on them. "So you've never been in here?" Jinhwan asked looking at Younghyun. The place seemed to be different than he expected, but it still matched the Manor, only smaller in size.
Miss Vivienne Scarlet hurried to reapply her lipstick when she heard a soft knock at the front door of the guest house. She couldn't have herself not looking presentable to the young ones who were about to question her about the death of he dear friend, Mr. Boddy. Before she could offer so much as a 'come in', the door came open and in walked two younglings looking very confused. Poor kids.
Scarlet quickly put her lipstick back into her clutch and straightened out her dress. She crossed one leg over the other, currently seated in the chair. "Welcome," A sly smile curled upon her lips when she greeted the children. The young girl wasted no time with formalities, and went right into asking what they came here for. "I believe you already know of the bruise that was found," She lit up a cigarette and took a long drag, blowing the smoke out in the direction opposite from her guests. "I suspected he may have been hit with a bat, so I took the liberty of checking into it myself, but I found none of them broken." She looked the girl directly in the eye. "I can't tell you any more information than that. I'm simply an actress, not a detective."
Jisoo followed behind Hakyeon to the guesthouse and eventually inside, where they found Ms. Scarlet. She stepped in quietly and bowed her head lightly to her. She looked at Hakyeon thinking momentarily thinking of what to ask before looking back at Ms. Scarlet. "Excuse me, miss." She began lightly. "Perhaps are there any leads to what the attacker could have used for a weapon?"
The recent chain of events was all very sickening to Hakyeon. In his job, he had seen many people die before, but this was different. Sickeningly different.
Hakyeon was put on the case to help solve the mystery behind Mr. Boddy's death, and he was directed to go to the guesthouse to question Ms Scarlet who may or may not know enough information to help them along. He knocked on the door before entering the house, and he waited on his team to follow before saying anything.
@Kim Jinhwan Younghyun followed Jinhwan into the guesthouse. He looked at the dark interior of the house and shivered. Ok. The house was really starting to creep him out rather than impressing him. But he took a deep breath and recomposed himself. There shouldn't be anything frightening in there right? After all, there's no such thing as ghosts or any other supernatural creatures... right? Once they found a switch and switched it on, everything should be fine. He then tried to adjust his eyes to the darkness. Once his eyes had done so, he looked for a switch as well while feeling the walls for one.
@Kang Younghyun Of course, always knock before entering. What kind of person would just walk in? Jinhwan asked himself, maybe it was just his nerves, he wasn't exactly sure what to thing. "You're right, we should knock." Jinhwan asked, remembering that Younghyun was a butler. After his roommate knocked on the door, Jinhwan waited patiently to hear an answer but nothing came. Just silence. He noticed the other begin to open the door and the doctor couldn't help but tense up slightly as he looked inside the dark guest house. "After me?" He asked, a little scared to go in first, but nodded lightly. He had to be brave. The murder wasn't real, so there was nothing to be afraid of right? "Okay." Jinhwan slowly stepped inside the guest house looking around to see if there was a light switch or something to brighten up the room.
@Kim Jinhwan Younghyun tingled with excitement as he walked with Jinhwan to the guesthouse. He was ecstatic to be accompanying his roommate and getting to know him better. Besides, he would like to familiarise his place of work better.
When they arrived at the house, he looked at it, his eyes filled with child-like wonder. It looked really magnificent for a house mean for guests. Even if it did look a little creepy like the rest of the house. But still nice all the same. He turned to his roommate. Seeing him looking so nervous, he grinned at him to put him at ease.
"It would be impolite of us if we don't knock, wouldn't it?" he said. "That would unbecoming of me as a butler." He knocked on the door. But no response. He frowned but then shrugged. Maybe there wasn't anyone in there and they should just enter after all. He opened the door, the door making an eerie creaking sound as it opened.
"After you," he gestured.
@Kang Younghyun After the murder happened everyone in the house seemed to be a bit frightened. Of course, once they realized they were only in a murder mystery everyone seem to let up a bit. In fact the guests were given a place to stay for a while, while they resided at the manor. Jinhwan was assigned a room with Younghyun, one of the butlers at the manor. They weren't on the same team, but being roommates they did have a small meeting before. And what better way to get to know each other than exploring more into the manor?
Jinhwan and Younghyun decided that they would explore the Guest house. One of the places they didn't get to see during the small time that they were in the manor. Walking up the steps to the house Jinhwan couldn't lie that he was honestly a bit nervous about this. He looked over at his roommate, "Should we knock or just go in?" He asked even though he didn't think anyone would still be in there.
