@Sunggyu ♪ᴬ "Oh, I see." Daehyun sighed out of relief, glad to know he didn't jeopardize anything since people are apparently aware of Sunggyu's situation. His lips stretched into a small grin at the other's words, happy to know that he chose the right decision to volunteer in the shelter. "That's good. And it really will be awesome if what we are can be beneficial to the animals." His hair ruffled at his firm nod, settling with a satisfied smile. He pursed his lips, shifting his attention back to the form again as Sunggyu conversed with the receptionist-- about what, Daehyun has no idea but he should probably worry more about his application. He was just halfway through the document when the other got back to him, leading him further inside the place. "Restricted?" He blinked, eyebrows furrowing for a bit, "Hopefully that won't get you and the kind woman in any trouble? But... I really appreciate it. Thank you." His voice only a whisper incase anyone overhears.
Daehyun kept quiet all throughout the impromptu tour, eyes glimmering with excitement and the smile on his lips never disappearing. He felt like a kid inside a candy store or well... simply, just like a kid inside a pet store and the only difference is he doesn't have to choose. "Yeah. Probably for the best too since I don't have any skills to be assigned to anything medical-related." He snickered, angling his application so Sunggyu can easily take a look at it. "Aha, gotcha. Just like being a trainee, huh? Got roles as well." Daehyun chuckled, immediately writing down that he wants direct interaction with the animals. He only has a few more to fill in and since Sunggyu kindly explained almost everything to him, he can probably finish it by himself. "Right. Thank you again, Sunggyu. Once I complete it, should I uh- give it to you or to the receptionist?"

@Daehyun ♪ "Yes, Daehyun, I am indeed Sunggyu. Nice to see you here. We need more volunteers, you see." Sunggyu chuckled at Daehyun's fumble. "The owner and staff here already knows of my special...occupation, for a lack of better word. Don't worry, they'll be more than pleased at the recognition this place and its occupants -- being the pets -- will receive once fans find out of this. Hopefully, with more recognition, more and more pets would be adopted," he broke off, thinking of the pets. "They really need it -- that second chance at life." Seeing that Daehyun needed help filling out the volunteer form, Sunggyu pulled aside the receptionist and spoke to her privately. She nodded after a few minutes. Sunggyu went back to Daehyun, taking him through the doors to the inner depths of the building. "I'm taking you on a somewhat restricted tour of the place," he explained. "Not all the places will be shown; but just enough so that you'll be able to decide which position you want."
Sunggyu walked Daehyun past the different sections which housed cats and dogs separately. "...And, over there is the area for medical checkups of the pets. But i assume that you're not wanting that role, so we needn't go there." He took a look at Daehyun's application. "For the role, you can choose one that either has direct interaction with the animals or not. If you choose the latter, it'd be clean up of the cages and such." Slowing down, Sunggyu took a look at Daehyun to see if he was able to process all the information. "It's a lot to take in. Why don't you spend a few minutes mulling it over?"
@Sunggyu ♪ᴬ Daehyun pursed his lips, eyebrows furrowed due to intent concentration as he stared down at the application form. In short, Daehyun's a little bit overwhelmed but of course, that doesn't lessen his want to help the animals. He jumped at the sudden voice, gaze slowly moving towards the aforementioned noise before a smile spread across his lips. It's always nice to see someone familiar after all. "Ah... Yes, me!" He exclaimed a tad bit loudly before releasing a sheepish chuckle, directing an apologetic smile at the receptionist but soon returning his attention to the other man. "Jung Daehyun and I believe you are--" He paused, a crease forming in his forehead before beaming, "Sunggyu?" @Daehyun ♪ Sunggyu loved this place. He had been volunteering here for at least two years now and had gotten close with both the people and pets here. Occasionally, a pet would get adopted. He would feel sad but relieved when that would happen. Sad, because he felt like his friend was leaving him. Relieved, since the pet got another chance at living. However, the worst feeling was when one of the sheltered animals got put down. It happens because there isn't space to accommodate every animal found. Yet, it's still depressing all the same. Sunggyu shook his head to clear his thoughts. He had to focus. He stepped into one of the cages, joyfully laughing when the old beagle bounded over to him. "Hey girl. Had a great sleep?" Sunggyu ruffled her belly and patted her vigourously. The beagle had been abandoned, left on the streets by its previous cruel owner. Sunggyu knew he shouldn't really judge the owner, as he had no idea of the circumstances. Yet, he couldn't help but feel a tinge of distaste in his mouth as he thought of the poor, abandoned animals. He finished his duties before walking out of the cage. It was at that moment when he heard a new voice. A new volunteer? I should go see who he is, Sunggyu thought as he walked over to the receptionist area. His eyes brightened as he saw the familiar face. "Oh hey, it's you!"
@Sunggyu ♪ᴬ It's been ages (well, weeks) since he found out about his leader responsibility to the group woof and he can somewhat say now that he's more or less used to the idea... despite the fact that it's still nerve wrecking to think about how he has to lead a group of people when he can barely even handle himself. Daehyun's kind of relaxation would usually involve music, tons of it and if he can add some practice as well then it's even better. But he was practically threatened by his own mother to go do something else that does not involve music. Honestly quite laughable considering his profession but it isn't at all impossible. After all, there is something else that's just as great and relaxing as music-- Which are animals, obviously. He happily hummed to himself as he stepped inside the pet shelter, practically beaming at the thought of getting to play with animals. Plus, he's also doing a good deed which is equally just as nice.
