@Ivory "Yeah, that must be hard," he muttered with a small smile, chowing down on some fries. "Just corner him, strip him of his technology so he doesn't have distractions. How tall are you?"

@Coy "He's always busy, so it's hard to." She shrugged, finishing off her fries and going for the other half of her burger.

@Ivory Coy nodded carefully. "That . I'm not going to tell you I know how it feels, since my parents have been together for as long as I remember. They are well off and supportive, but they've never pushed anything on me." He shrugged, taking another drink of his shake. "Have you even tried talking to your father?"

@Coy She tried to make sense of what he meant. He didn't think she was some spoiled rich kid, did he? "I mean, not really, doing well. I mean, my mom, she's kind of..." She offered him a small smile because she didn't want to ruin the mood or make him think she needed sympathy. "She isn't around anymore. And, I'd never met my dad up until a year ago when it happened. Turns out while we struggled to make ends me he was struggling with what to do with excess millions." She didn't mean to sound bitter, but she was. "He decided it his duty to make up for his absence so I get fancy cars and junk forced on me that I have no use for. My mom was always for conservative spending and using it for needs. I'm even having to live with him." She glanced away, twirling a fry in a pool of cheese. "For some reason Everytime I'm close to getting out something goes wrong." She laughed and shook her mess of blonde hair. "I guess 'the man' is holding me down."

@Ivory "Well you guys seem to be doing well now." He shrugged, offering up a small smile as he kept eating. "I guess my family has never struggled really, and they are very supportive of me, but I don't want my parents paying for everything. I know they love me and mean well but everything is so much greater when you earn it yourself."

@Coy "Yeah. My mom always struggled to make ends meet so, I've had a job since I was able to. Fast food restaurants and a movie theatre one time." The blonde smiled and shrugged her shoulders.

@Ivory "I don't have a job yet," he muttered. "Aside from the ocassional seasonal work or baby sitting, I haven't had a job before." He took a gulp of his shake, shrugging his shoulders. "But I'm looking for one, I guess. It's a slow search."

@Coy She smiled and tilted her head, swirling a fry in a pool of cheese in the corner of the basket. ,"what about you?" She questioned out of courtesy.

@Ivory "Oh cool," he muttered, nodding his head. He needed a job, he thought as he took a generous bite from the burger sitting in front of him, covering his mouth out of courtesy.

@Coy Ivory focused on her burger while he was putting up his camera. She blotted with a napkin, and ate a few cheese fries. She had to take a drink before she could reply with a sheepish smile. "I work at the big race track, outside of town."

@Ivory He nodded, taking his camera back to tuck it safely in its case by his side. He took a fry, folding it in half before he dipped it into the shake and popped it in his mouth. He waited until he had finished chewin and swallowing before he spoke again. "So where do you work?"

@Coy Ivory pursed her lips as she slid the camera back towards him. "I get you, I guess. I like to paint, and been though my mom encouraged me to do what I love, she also said sometime,s we have to be practical." She took a knife to split her burger in half, picking up one of the halves and taking a messy bite.

@Ivory "Max," he replied, shrugging and took a fry, dippimg it in the milk shake before popping it in his mouth. "He's not the greatest driver but he has fun." Coy shook his head. "No way, I'm just looking for the perfect piece at the moment."

@Coy "Your best friend, whose that?" She smiled at him, eyes going wide with excitement as the food came. She munched on a fry and then pointed it at Coy accusingly. "You should try and get the, published, they're rally good."

@Ivory "I always root for the same person, my best friend." He cracked a small smile and shook his head. "Not yet, but i have quite the extensive portfolio."

@Coy "Yeah they are." She looked up at him with a broad smile. "I love to watch the races. Even if I don't know who to root for." She went back to clipping through pictures. "Have you published any of these?"

@Ivory "Thanks," he muttered, settling back in the booth comfortably. "I try to get a good variety: portraits, landscapes.. The races are a good place to get some good photos." He shrugged, takin a sip of the complimentary water.

@Coy Ivory nodded in understanding. Candid pictures definitely made much more sense and had more feeling. She pulled the camera up to her, clicking it on and going through past shots. "These are really good. Coy." She praised in awe.

@Ivory He shrugged, looking down at the cAmera in hands. "I photograph things, and I think it looks more beautiful when people Aren't trying to pose ridiculously." He slid the camera across the table so Ivory could look for herself. "Sometimes it's okay. But i feel like it makes them look stiff, and forced."

@Coy "Uhh," she hesitated. Why did she? "Out of habit, I guess? I mean, I have an overbite and everything so..." Actually, she knew why. Flashes of being teased at school swirled in her head, but she pushed them back with a Smile. "Do you always stalk people with a camera." She teased, changing the subject while she was at it.

@Ivory Coy raises a brow and ordered his usual, a classic burger with a large order of fries and a large chocolate shake, before handing off the menu. "Why do you always cover your mouth when you laugh?"

@Coy Ivory eyed Coy, people watching was one thing, but random picture taking of unsuspecting citizens was another. She still hadn't decided on what to eat. "Uhh, I mean, besides missing work, and hurting your car, and passing out, I'm peachy." She tilted her head back and laughed, consciously covering afterwards. "No, I'm okay." When the waitress came, Ivory finally decided after some suggestions on a Mushroom and Swiss, a double, cheesy fries (extra cheese)and a coke. Hey, girl has gotta eat.

@Ivory Nodding, he followed her out of the room then found himself sitting across from her in the booth of a burger joint. He'd been here a few times in his day and had already decided on what to get before the menu was in his hands, so instead he had his camera in hand and was taking weird obscure shots of random people. "Sooo.. How are things?"

@Coy The blonde looked around and then nodded slowly. "Yeah,that sounds good." She offered him a smile, going out to sign whatever papers. "Let's go." She said, once she was done.

Before long, they were sitting at burger joint, mulling over the menu.

@Ivory Coy shrugged. "It's okay. Accidents happen. We're lucky nobody was hurt." Which was true, aside from the small bruise on his forehead and his rattled nerves he felt fine. He leaned foreward, propping his elbows on his knees. "Hungry? Want to break out of here and get some food?"

@Coy Her face paled and she dropped down on the hospital bed. "I know." She said, defeated and pouting. "I really ." She looked up at Coy with wide eyes through her lashes. "I really am sorry. For everything." To top it all off, her stomach growled. Wow, she sure knew how to pick up a guy.

@Ivory Coy shook his head, offering a small closed mouth smile. "Coy," He muttered in response. "Don't worry about it, accidents happen. I called for a tow and my insurance should cover the damage, and I didn't make a police report so you won't have to worry about a ticket. But you should take some driving lessons." He teased cracking a small smile.

@Coy Ivory blushed. This was so embarrassing. The blonde smoothed out the wrinkles in her shirt as she looked up at him, sheepish. "I'm alright. Thanks." She hesitated, standing up on shaky knees. "I'm sorry, for all the trouble I've caused." Her petite hand extended out and she offered him a smile. "I'm Ivory."

@Ivory When the girl came to a doctor came to inform Coy that she was awake and took him to her room. He stepped in nervously, slowly making his way to the chair propped by the bed. "How are you feeling?" he asked, hands shoved in the pockets of his hoodie.
