@Kyler It took Chance a little longer than usual to fall asleep, given their current state of dress. But the bath had helped. He fell asleep soon after, fingers still laced with Kyler's.

@Chance He smiled back, sheepishly. He made himself comfortable, reaching out to hold Chance's hand. That was the only kind of contact he thought he could handle at the moment.

@Kyler Chance responded by burrowing further beneath the covers until they were up to his nose. He smiled at Kyler cheekily from underneath them.

@Chance "What?" He muttered. Was that supposed to- Oh. /Oh./ He let out a nervous laugh. "No, you're fine Chance. As long as your comfortable." He spoke fast like he always did when nervous.

@Kyler Yeah, Chance didn't really think that one through. He could see the nervousness radiating off of Kyler, and he was suddenly really nervous too. He should probably say something.
He cleared his throat. "Don't worry, I'm not gonna take advantage of you or anything," he murmured. Hm. Probably could've worded that better.

@Chance Kyler did a subtle double-take. Chance was in his bed. . In /his/ bed without clothes. Clearing his throat, he slid in as well. . And like, god, he was probably red all over like a lobster. He clenched his towel around his body, staying on his side as he glanced at Chance.

@Kyler Chance quickly glanced down, hiding his smile like he was not just discreetly checking him out. He got up as well and grabbed a towel to wrap around his waist before padding out to the bed. It was even more inviting after a bath, and Chance got himself under the covers, patting the spot next to him invitingly.

@Chance Kyler nodded. "The water is getting cold." And it was, he was ready to snuggle in bed and be warm. But he knew if he got up he would be exposed. Oh well, pulling up his big girl he stood up and unplugged the tub. Wrapping himself in a towel, he glanced back at Chance.

@Chance Kyler tilted his head down, cheeks flushed and ruddy. "I love you, too." He squeaked shyly. Leaning around slowly, he pressed his lips to Chance's.

@Chance Kyler's skin was warm against Chance's and the grip made him relax. Lightly, he ran fingers up and down Chance's arms. He was at peace for now. His ear was just over Chance's chest and he could hear his heartbeat.

@Kyler Chance swallowed, getting nervous again, but he kept up his movements. He cupped water in his hand and tilted Kyler's head back so he could continuously rinse his hair until all the suds traveled down his body and into the water. In the echoing silence once he was done with the task, he wrapped his arms around Kyler and drew him against his chest.

@Chance Kyler's face heated back up, probably matching the color of the shampoo. He glanced back at Chance and smiled shyly. His eyes fluttered close, the repeated movements very soothing.

@Kyler "Much better," he chuckled. He poured an excess of strawberry shampoo on Kyler's head and started lathering it up with his fingers. Hands extra sudsy, Chance dragged his fingers down Kyler's neck and shoulder and down his back. He did it again, slower each time as he massaged down the others back, and then his arms.

@Kyler Chance shook his head like a dog to get most of the water out, letting it whip across his forehead. "Thanks," he said with a grin. "Want me to do yours?" He offered cheekily.

@Chance "You always say that." He laughed, tugging gently on those familiar locks. Pressing soft lips to Chance's cheek he washed his hair from him. Once finished he smiled and moved away to wash his own quickly.

@Kyler He let out a chuckle, already relaxing from the action, and how good it felt. He closed his eyes reflexively, bracing his hands on his legs.
"I'll be just fine if you keep touching my hair like that," he said, like he'd said so many times before.

@Chance Kyler grinned and smeared suds across Chance's cheeks. "You looked like you were gonna puke or something. You okay?" Okay so yeah, he was just as nervous as Chance probably was. His insides were a mess of butterflies, but this was his /boyfriend/. Who says you have to get intimate in the bathtub? ...Face to face....

"I'll wash your hair for you." He declared to distract himself from those thoughts. Reaching for shampoo, he squirted the gel in Chance's mop of hair and lathered it up.

@Kyler Chance regarded him with an expression as if asking, are you sure? He leaned forward though, inching closer to Kyler until their faces were inches apart. "Okay, I'm here," he murmured. "Now what?"

@Chance Kyler took in a silent breath, carefully shifting forward so he was closer, knee to knee instead. "Come here." He said softly, a smile playing at his lips.

@Kyler Chance wasn't even sure what was going through Chance's head. Maybe he was over thinking things, maybe this was really just a nice bubble bath to calm his nerves and, you know, conserve water or something. People did that.
