@Lee Taeyong [I'm so late. I'm sorry. Life has been crazy.]
Hyun Joong was up before the sun as usual. After making breakfast for Changbin to eat when he woke up, he headed out for a five mile run. Even in his human form, he was fast. Running was the only thing that would help him clear his mind, but even that wasn't enough to do the trick today. No, he just couldn't stop thinking about the orphans and the widow. He'd told Changbin his idea of how to help them and his baby brother was fine with it. He even liked the idea. Their father on the other hand probably would not. "Oh well. He'll just have to get over it. It's his own fault anyway." His father was a stubborn man and didn't like to listen to his eldest son. If he had, none of this mess would have happened.
As he rounded the final curve in the road leading home, he turned in the direction of the barracks. Before he showered, he wanted to get in some sparring and some of the warriors were up and about. He didn't know where his father was at the moment, but unless the man was as cruel as he sometimes believed, his little brother would still be asleep. After all, the sun was only just beginning to peak over the horizon. Walking into one of the barracks, he smiled at one of the guys. They typically sparred since they were the strongest in the kingdom.
