@✧ Chris The clock was already striking twelve when Woojin decided to go on one of his solo adventures, something that he had been doing since he was a teenager. Not like there was a particular reason behind it but simply because he liked strolling around, especially at midnight when nobody was present in the city of Euphoria. Of course, his mother, Jean had zero idea about her son sneaking out almost every night because if she did, Woojin would have gotten grounded for weeks, although that wouldn't stop him. Nothing could get in between the boy and his love for strolling. Dressed in a black turtleneck sweater with a long coat on top and a pair of old jeans to survive the chilly weather, Woojin walked down the empty streets of the city, heading towards the ancient forest by the river, his location for the night.
It didn’t take him less than ten minutes to arrive at the destination, given he had gone to the same place more than once. It was one of his favorite spots to just chill or sometimes go stargazing on nights with clear black sky filled with thousands of stars. But that day, the universe had other plans for Woojin. Instead of the usual pitch black darkness, he was welcomed by the faint glow of a mysterious floating object in the air? Pretty sure he had never seen such a thing and it felt as if he was being led towards something. Being the curious cat that he was, Woojin didn’t even spend more than a minute making his decision to follow it. The sight in front of him was beyond his wildest imaginations; a stranger surrounded by floating white paper bird origamis. He stood there in complete silence with his jaws slightly dropping as he tried to comprehend just exactly what was happening. Staring at people was rude but then Woojin was doing it so hard, his gaze was wandering all over the newcomer, from the suspicious looking white hair and down to the shoes the other was wearing.
@✧ Chris Kris tilled his head as if in thought. “How can it be dangerous?” He asked confused as he swung a lower branch until he was standing on the ground walking closer to the boy in front of him. “I don’t see any danger in call out to someone from up the trees but since it seems that way to you, I’m sorry. Let’s start this over.” His eyes were glistening with a mischievous look and amusement. “Yo, I’m Kris. And I think it’s dangerous to walk alone in the woods. Don’t you know that your current location is all over the internet what if someone decided that’s the perfect opportunity to grab that boy?” He was leaning against the tree next to him his arms crossed as he talked. Most of what he said was just for fun and to force the boy to react but still it was true. He pushed away from the tree to walk closer a curious and interested expression on his face. But more that of a mad scientists or doctor finding an interesting test subject, then that of someone interest in you as a person.
In reality the woods weren’t all that dangerous especially compared to the waste lands around Malum but then again, they gave the perfect cover for bad deeds. It was darkish all year round through out the whole day as the trees were old and tall covering the sun up and changing any lighting to a green dark twilight that made it easier to hide and make trouble for anyone you wanted. And wit the fact that this person seems to be liked by a lot of people with his pretty face and his picture book transition from Malum to Euphoria it was to expect that he would be the target of many like Kris himself that were curious or even some with evil intents. So, for Kris, it was just fair to give the boy a proper warning before he would be on his way again. Laughing he stepped back again with not much to say after he expressed his concern and extended his warning just to be fair and give the other a realistic chance to grasp the situation.
(Sorry for taking forever I had a big slump in muse the last week but don’t worry it is back and I will reply faster again)
@✦ Kris Chris was not even exactly sure why he was out here in the first place. It started with receiving a letter from his mother back in Salazen Grum. Chris thought that the content of the letter wasn’t anything important and decided not to let Felix know of its existence. It was pretty stupid, really, and another one of his mother’s sneaky antics at trying to create another opportunity to possibly cause unnecessary havoc to Euphoria with the goal of riling up her little sister, the White Queen. Chris didn’t want to hear it and his mother knew that all too well as she had addressed the letter to mostly Felix. But he wasn’t going to let his little brother get pressure by his mother to do evil when he had dragged Felix to Euphoria to escape the burden and demand. In Euphoria, it was going to be Chris’ goal to help Felix be who he truly is without their mother’s influence and he wasn’t going to let this letter, and any other future letters with similar requests, to ruin that. Chris was very well-versed in appeasing his mother despite him not doing what she wants him to do, so things should turn out okay for now. However, he does not know why his legs brought him outside of the city gate and into the ancient forest. Perhaps it was to clear his head from overthinking about himself, Felix, his mother, and what the future might hold for them?
Chris had been sitting on the ground with his back leaning on the trunk of a large, old tree, lost in his own thoughts. The ancient forest was considered to be a scary place for the citizens of Euphoria, but it could not compare to the potential horrors that one can find in the open spaces of Malum. Unfazed by the forest atmosphere, Chris decided to finally stretch his being, picking himself up from his spot on the ground and proceeded to wander the forest for a little while longer before he had to go back to the city. At the sound of a voice in the near distance behind him, Chris did not flinch but stopped in his tracks to turn around to identify its owner. Not finding a single soul on the ground, his gaze flew upward and finally found the face of the voice. “And don’t you think it’s dangerous calling out to a stranger from above the trees?”
@✧ Chris It was a typical day nothing special was going on nothing at all it was nearly hurtfully boring and feeling it in every bone in his body Kris stretched his back looking around for something to do. The small note book he carried around anywhere and everywhere had fallen next to him on the ground. Just now he had used it to cover his face from the sun while taking a nap but not even that had been able to get rid of the boring blues the day was giving off. Why was nothing happening? Where were his crazy friends with their world domination plans and where was the big fight for who had the bigger gun. But now it was just him the sun and the boring silence with absolutely nothing to do. With a growl of annoyance, he sat up pulling out his phone while putting away his notebook. See not even the dark web was showing any news at all nothing was going on. At least some world ending apocalypse or some new chemically engineered super virus could happen to make this more interest. He would even be ok with some new riddles to solve but right now there was nothing not even a hint of entertainment. So, all he could to was going through his phone looking at all the good people sides to see what was up in the good world maybe they had more fun then evil. Though he was doubtful he soon found something catching his eyes. Or more like someone. A name he had heard a lot since this young prince was pretty well known and did have a small fanbase. As it just so happened, he had been spotted not far from here and with a boring day like today and his curiosity peaked Kris decided to go over.
It was really not even ten minutes until he spotted a figure on the path through the woods. He had just left the small clearing he always went to when he had already spotted the person he was looking for. Chris was a Prince and someone people liked to talk about. So, it was easy enough to get interested in seeing the real person after hearing the rumours. With a few quick movements he had climbed up on of the trees close by to get a better look at the young boy on the path under him. He didn’t look at all prince like or super special. Maybe it was all just make believe of people drawn in by his status and looks that made up those stories. Looks he definitely had that was undeniable but Kris was still wondering were the evil aura was the Prince was supposed to have. With a shrug he sat back straight giving a smug playful smile as he finally called out to the guy. “Hey there? Don’t you think it’s dangerous walking around alone in the woods?” He asked his voice holding a hint of amusement and lot of playful arrogance.
