One of the two main gangs in the city, this gang focus on dealing in various different drugs, hacking, and a few assassination services. Almost anything discrete can be dealt with using The Phantom Cobras.
They are known for being underhanded and sneaky, with nobody ever able to prove that The Phantom Cobras were a part of it.
Recently their leader was shot and killed by an unknown assailant, and The Phantom Cobras are still trying to determine who will take control of The Phantom Cobras.

The other gang controls the city of Sigil, focusing on loans, "enhancements", and the slave and trades, alongside the occasional weapons trade. The Golden Dragons have their hands in almost everything, including the law, and that combined with their sheer intimidation tactics, even with all the evidence in the world, no legal action has ever been taken against the core of The Golden Dragons, only those unnecessary, obsolete workers on the very fringe of the gang.
Recently the leader of The Golden Dragons announced his plans to retire and is looking for someone to take over his role of leading the gang and looking after all of his little pets...
