The Streets

@Mikami Mio /follows your gaze down to the green lines that seem to go along the street, figuring maybe it’s a path to your home/
Lets go home. /smiles happily and thumbs over your knuckles soothingly, following the green dash lines to a run down apartment building, a bit nervous at the seemingly unscrupulous figures loitering outside/
H-home? /tries not to let my nervousness effect you/

@Ko Bogyeol /relaxes a bit when you cup my cheek
/not ready to walk on just yet, i grab onto you and hold you back
/after another minute of pressing my forehead against your arm and hugging it, we finally move forward
/heads turn as we walk along the streets, my hand firmly clasped in yours, mostly male, some female, staring at you jealously
/very slowly starts to recognise the area, my eyes widening when you motion to my school
/my hand grips yours tightly, painfully tight if you were human
Home! /tugs at your arm in excitement and points at slightly washed out neon graffiti on the sidewalk, it's long dashes that my mother drew so that I'd never get lost on the way to and from school

@Mikami Mio /reaches up and cups your cheek soothingly when you rest your forehead on my arm before letting go and starting the walk toward the nearby neighborhood, thankful i hadn't changed into my high heels yet, though i still feel a bit self conscious in my form fitting dress/
Does this look like school?
/points towards the two school buildings, hoping maybe you'll have some memory of how to get home, or at least point me in the right direction a bit

@Ko Bogyeol /I don't understand the things they say, but the tone of their voice is enough to make me hide behind you more
/reluctantly follows you out, my hand still firmly holding onto yours
/my eyes widen when they throw money at you and I move forward slightly, wanting to pick it up
Ah.. /my eyes widen even more when you give it back and I step back behind you in resignation
/flinches at the person's scream and starts to fidget, stomping my foot quickly against the floor, my free arm twisting as if I am in discomfort
Ah.. /grabs onto your arm with both hands and leans down to press my forehead against your upper arm, their scream having made me anxious
/once you google the school name, a news article pops up talking about how a new school for children with special needs was built next to it and some of the parents are complaining

@Mikami Mio /the way you cower behind my back lets me know these are not your friends and my eyes narrow at them/
'So she was too busy herself out to come to school? Maybe she wasn't always like that and someone ed her stupid.'
/my anger increases with all of the vulgar words the students are saying and I walk outside with you behind me/
You shouldn't walk around spreading rumors about something you know nothing about.
/one of the teenagers reaches in their pockets and tosses money at me/
'I'm paying you to shut up, you'll do anything for money right?'
/I ignore the comment and instead reach down and pick up the money, placing it in the teen's palm and gripping onto their wrist with my inhuman strength as they cry out in pain/
You dropped this.
/I get a look at their uniform insignia and remember the name to search in my phone afterward/
Hurry home, it's getting late.
/I say releasing their wrist and shoving them to the ground/

@Ko Bogyeol /hadnt even noticed them until you bring it up and I look to where you are looking it
/growls quietly in my throat and reaches out, holding onto your hand
/takes a half step behind you, much to their amusement
"She hasn't been at school since Tuesday, right?"
/Tuesday was the day my mom sent me on an errand and I never found my way back
/tugs on your hand and looks at you hopefully
Ho- mm /hoping you can bring me home

@★ Park Sooyoung The woman didn't seem to know who she was going to visit, that was the first red flag. Ghost hummed. "Haruka, she lives here... Wait, who are you?" He stared between her and the flowers in his hand. When the elevator stopped Ghost climbed out and tried to take a step forward when the woman stopped him. He stared at her as she pulled her gun out and he looked horrified. "What? What's going on? Haruka?!" He followed Sooyoung, dropping the bouquet by the elevator entrance. Ghost faked a few whimpers whilst the woman took down a man, he leaned against the wall as if his legs were about to give out. "Damn... Where's my girlfriend?! Haruka!" He squeezed in through the front door and ran further into the apartment, pretending that he didn't see another two men hiding in each corner of the room. When one lurched forward he acted defenceless and squirmed in the man's arms. "Lady! Help me! There's more of them in here!" Ghost looked towards the man who was trying to reach to choke him so with an eyeroll Ghost bent his knees to help him. "Ah! He's got me! I'm choking!" He faked a few coughs.

@Mikami Mio *looks toward the two teens but doesn’t approach them when you don’t*

*realizing they know you I wonder if it’s for a good or not so good reason*

@Ko Bogyeol /understands the question, but does not know how to reply
/shuffles around a bit, my gaze darting across the bar in hope of spotting something that could help me tell you that I don't know, because I'm very bad at remembering locations
/getting a bit frustrated, I stomp my foot against the floor
/just then two teenagers in school uniforms stop outside the bar and point at mio through the window
Look, it's Mio! Who's that person next to her? Did she have a sister? /the door to the bar is slightly ajar so their voices can be heared

*looks toward you expecting you to point or shrug since home seemed to be a word you recognized, thinks for a moment*
Where is school?
*gives a hopeful glance, you didn’t look that old hopefully you still stayed with your parents or at least a nosy neighbor would recognize you and know your address*

@Ko Bogyeol /surprised when you hold my hand, but I don't pull away
/takes another sip of my milkshake but I don't really want it anymore because I'm upset
/sad that I'm being waved out, it was nice and warm in here
/stands up but I don't start moving because I'm confused as to what I'm supposed to do- one person waved me away, but the other is holding my hand... I look at you, obviously lost as to what I'm supposed to do now

@Mikami Mio Boss, I know you see potential in everyone, you saw it in me and all the other girls here, but all I said to her was that I like her hair and she just burst into tears, how can she bare to work here when a simple compliment makes her cry. And tears make the customers sad, make the other hostesses sad, sad customers leave, sad hostesses don't work well.
*bosses scowl tells me that he's hearing my words but doesn't exactly like them so I smile*
Why don't I take her home for tonight and give her a lecture on the way and make sure she comes in better spirits tomorrow!
*the promise of you returning tomorrow seemed to soften his face slightly and he nods and waves us off,*

@Ko Bogyeol /startles when you shout and looks at you in confusion, wondering what the matter is
/but then you smile so nicely and I smile back at you brightly
/home... home... I know that sound... what was that again? my brain needs a moment of buffering, filtering through all my memories of unfamiliar, strange sounds for this particular one
/my eyes widen
Ho- mm! /starts to cry because I have been trying to go home for several days but I can't find it
/sniffles and rubs at my eyes with the back of my hand
/the boss hears and steps towards us: "What's going on here? You're supposed to be showing her ropes, not making her cry!"
/he comes forward and puts a hand on my shoulder: "Come on, I'll show you. Just stand there behind the counter and tap beer."
/he moves away and looks at me, expecting to follow, but I don't react at all because I don't know he's talking to me and keep crying

@Mikami Mio *smiles at your cute expression when tasting the milkshake and tucks my phone away watching you drink, looking up toward the clock above the bar, biting my lower lip knowing a few regulars will be arriving soon*

*shouts to the other hostess before standing up and moving to crouch down next to you*
Go home?
*smiles encouragingly hoping you’ll lead me to your house*

@Ko Bogyeol /doesn't appear to have even heard your words, not reacting at all and just stares at your phone, watching a video of parcour athletes jump over the roofs of London
/I practically fall into the phone and the world around me vanishes as I watch the guys in the video run and jump and flip, my eyes shining
/looks up when you stretch your hand out towards me
/my eyes flicker from your hand, to the phone in my hand and the milkshake
... /looks reluctant at first, but the milkshake is very tempting so, after a few seconds of hesitation, I place the phone in your hand and take the milkshake
/takes a sip and my faces scrunchies up in happiness
/wonders to myself if I'll be able to get your phone again later

... /sits down at the table as well, copying you, only not walking away because you're smiling at me
/smiles back unsurely, my gaze wandering away from you again
/sees you handing something to me and looks at the screen; takes your phone with both hands, looking more excited than before
/closes the translator app and opens youtube to watch videos

@Mikami Mio I’m star, hey, don’t eat that, I’ll ask the chef prepare something hot, do you like pizza?
*smiles at the girl before sliding into the seat across from her and pulling away the bowl of half eaten food*
I think a sweet girl like you deserves a milkshake with whip cream. Did boss give you a name yet? I think the name Cream suits you, hm?
*pulls out my phone and opens the translator app, guessing by your lack of responses that you don’t understand what’s being said, i hope you’ll click on your language so we can communicate a bit*

@Ko Bogyeol /it had happened again, a passerby mistaking mio's lack of a response with timidity
/Mio had been discovered by the barkeeper in the morning and he quickly roped her into working at the bar
/well, actually, she didn't have a clue what was going on, she'd just sat down and eaten the sandwich he'd bought her while he said some stuff, and then he let her into a warm building and gave her a T-shirt to change into- it was strange that he didn't leave the room while she changed though
/anyways, now she was here and he was saying something again; mio just looked at him, lost, not understanding anything but he'd been nice to her so far and she didn't want to go outside again; she gave an unsure nod, tensing at the feeling of his hand sliding down her back
/mio grew nervous when yet another person approached her, but then relaxed when the hand at the small of her back was removed
/the man grudgingly left and mio was left with the woman, still not the slightest idea that she was supposed to work her
/mio looked at the woman blankly but then her gaze travelled on and she wandered to a table with left-over fingerfood and started eating a piece

@Mikami Mio *sits lazily at the bar, stirring a drink while waiting for the after work crowd to trickle in, sitting up a little straighter when the boss comes in with a new girl*
‘just pour the drinks and smile, it’s easy. then if you do a good job at the end of the week i’ll buy you something nice.’
*rolls my eyes annoyed before standing up and walking over to join the conversation*
you didn’t mention a new girl, boss. you must have more important things to do, i’ll show her around.
*offers the boss a smile before pushing the bosses hand away from the small of your back*

@★ Kan Eshi he had just rinsed the shampoo out of his hair when the door flung open, startling the poor boy as he almost jumped out of his skin at the intrusion. in front of him was eshi but she hardly seemed like the same girl that had just been with him. if anything, this seemed like her crazed twin sister. he hardly had any time to gather his thoughts or even speak when he found himself crashing down, crying out as he felt his head crash against the side of the sink before collapsing to the floor. his breathing became panicked. everything was happening so suddenly, he couldn't seem to make sense of the situation. she was hardly giving him time to speak, to ask questions, or even explain himself. even as he parted his lips to try and calm whatever misunderstanding seemed to be going on, he was simply silenced with her foot pressed down against him, cutting off his oxygen flow. his eyes went wide, hands scrambling to try and push her weight off of him as he gasped for air, writhing around under her in utter desperation. he had no idea what he had done wrong but he feared he would never find out. tears sprung to his eyes as he choked, hands desperately clawing at her leg as he kicked and flailed around, hoping to push her to lose her balance. all his life, he had tried to do his best to please those around him and yet, here he was, about to die and he couldn't figure out what he had done wrong. please, he begged in silence. please save me.

@♞ Hwang Hyunjin Eshi let the door fall shut behind her with a 'click' and leaned against it with her back, her hands still behind her back resting on the handle. She waited and listened. She heard the sound of garment getting tugged off of skin, crumpling and falling to the floor. Then, silence. Eshi's brows furrowed. Silently, she leaned down and peered through the keyhole. The first thing she saw was the delicate curves and lines of his body. Something inside her stirred at the sight. Then, she noticed the bruising and scarring that littered his otherwise perfect figure. Eshi's first instinct was not curiosity, but anger. She had wanted to mark him! The water started and he stepped into the shower and out of her sight. The android silently stepped away and went down the stairs, bringing some distance between them before she started growling under her breath. ". . !", she cursed softly, hands clenched into first. Eshi couldn't keep still, walking in quick circles. She didn't want to draw on a used canvas. She'd have to think of something else... something else... Eshi squatted on the ground, her hands in her hair as she tried to think. "..." The boy was still in the shower. She still had time. The disappointment of her discovery didn't dissipate but built up inside her until she couldn't hide it any longer. Eshi briskly walked up the stairs, threw the door open, ripped aside the shower curtain, grabbed the boy by one leg and yanked him forward so he lost balance and hit his head on the way down. "You-", she seethed and dug her heel into his chest, the ball of her foot pressing against his adam's apple. Something inside Eshi was getting worked up in ways it never had before. Anger was an unfamiliar emotion to Eshi. She wasn't designed to feel it. And yet... here it was. She was growing. "You-.. LIAR!!" Eshi screamed at the fallen boy with all her might, rage radiating from every pore of her body. She was panting and briefly raised her gaze to the ceiling, unable to stomach even gazing at the boy's body. After two seconds, she looked back down at him, a little bit calmer. Her heel dug deeper into his skin. "I thought- I thought you were PURE-!!!" Tears sprung to her eyes, her voice quivering with anger. Eshi's system was not sure how to regulate the impulses shooting through her wiring, it was going rogue. "YOU PIECE OF ING FILTH!!"

@★ Ghost Sooyoung looked at the other as he dismissed her apology before they stand inside the elevator and became suspicious of the other as she saw that the man beside her was also heading at the same floor as her. He asked her about having friends with someone she doesn't know, "Haruka? What do you mean?" She asked him before looking at him, trying to scan him but her sensor fails to recognized him. She pats her head a bit to fix it but it doesn't work, something's wrong with this man. Once the elevator dinged, it opens the door and sees a dull looking hallway. Sooyoung looked around and the man was going to get out of the elevator when she stopped him. "Wait..." Then she looked at the mysterious man, "This floor is not safe." She told him before she goes inside and takes out her gun as she tries to scan the whole area. One man who was armed with a gun came out of the door, she was hiding behind it before she grapples him and takes him down. She pinned him down and shut his mouth, "I'm not going to ask twice, where is she?" She asked him with a cold tone as her other hand points the gun on his head.

@★ Kan Eshi for most of the way, he was simply caught up in the fact that she was holding his hand for so long, resulting in him wearing the most stupidly innocent smile on his face. the only time he snapped out of it was when he saw her pull out her key, eyes growing wide and face flushing as he immediately turned his head away, not wanting to be rude and stare. "t thank you ,," he nodded, waiting for her to leave before he closed the door, keeping it unlocked. ping his pants, he proceeded to tug it down, along with his underwear, before pulling his shirt off. staring at his bare reflection in the mirror, he leaned in closer, catching sight of his hair that was become slightly sticky from the little boba fiasco. a small smile rested on his face, still grateful for eshi's kind offer until he paused. his porcelain skin was painted with a mess of scars and bruises, remnants of experimentation and relentless nights of service. it made him feel dirty, impure, and all he could do was hug his arms around himself, unable to cover the things he hated the most. in a breath, he pulled himself out of whatever headspace he was about to drift off into and turned the shower faucet on, sticking his hand out to check the temperature before stepping in.

@♞ Hwang Hyunjin Eshi smiled to herself at his enthusiastic responses. He seemed very relaxed. She smiled at him once more when he took hold of her hand and his chirpy tone. How innocent. Eshi walked along with him, guiding him through winding streets until they appeared in front of an old house. There were two entrances, one that led down below to a basement and one that led a few steps up to the front door. Eshi pulled him up the steps, took a key out of her cleavage and unlocked the door. "Welcome." She closed the door behind them and locked it. "In case someone follows us.", she explained before he could ask. Still holding his one hand, she pulled him up a flight of stairs and into a bathroom. "You can wash up here~" Eshi wasn't sure what she was up to. She could just knock him out and drag him into the basement, why all this bother? Maybe she wanted to get to know the other a little first, find out his weak spots. Eshi smiled and rubbed his arm affectionately. "I'll bring you a tower, don't lock the door okay?"

@★ Park Sooyoung Disguised as a businessman for a smaller more local gang Ghost had been earning the trust of the witness. She was terrified of what would happen to her but Ghost had offered her his services. However, the reality was he had bugged the entire building, had eyes on every floor and no one would so much as move without Ghost's permission. He had to be thorough with this one since she had important information on the phantom cobra leader's death. Ghost was ready to charm it out of her one evening, planning to romance her over wine and dinner when, upon his entry for the night, a random woman pointed a gun at him. "No matter. Happens all the time." He stated a matter of factly. It did happen to Ghost all of the time, but not to Mr Kwon. He stood beside her in the elevator, a bunch of roses in hand, humming whilst he waited for them to reach the 8th floor. Wait. "Ah, are you friends with Haruka? She didn't tell me she would be having any friends over." He faked a blush. "I'm her boyfriend, Jiyong, it's nice to meet you." He bowed his head, acting somewhat shy.

@★ Ghost It has been months since their leader's funeral, Sooyoung became distant to anyone inside the HQ and never take another assassination assignments from the higher officials due to the fact that no one has ever heard some news of the culprit. It was a miracle one day when Sooyoung was sitting at the edge of the rooftop, called by the Phantom Cobra officials that they have a lead upon the murder of their leader but it was a witness who had been hiding for months since she was the one to witness of it all. She could have been more happy to hear the news, the officials new that Sooyoung was one of the leader's closest members and one of the few people who has nothing to do right now so the cyborg took the case but told her that the witness was recently went missing and tracked her GPS.

Sooyoung stared at the apartment complex where the missing witness is, she exhales the smoke from her cigarette while leaning against the car she parked outside. She flicked the cigarette again as she called officials through her earpiece, "I'm at the location... could you tell me where they kept her?" She asked while acting like a bystander in the parking lot, also scanning the building at the process. They told her that the witness is at the 8th floor of the building and there scavenging thugs who sells cyborg parts are as well within the certain floor, they added to be cautious of what she's going against but she only smirked. "You should know me by now... I like making trouble when I see one." Sooyoung told them before chuckling and inhales one last time o her cigarette, "I'm going to go now, I'll call you when I got the witness." Then she hangs up before she throws the cigarette on the ground and stomped it, she eventually when inside the building and walked towards the dull elevator, the whole interior of the complex was ragged and dull, they never maintain the cleanliness of this building.

As soon as she clicked the button for the elevator, the door opens and saw a tall figure inside the elevator. Her automatic combat mode suddenly makes her draw her gun from her waist, pointing the gun towards him, as far as her sensors scanned the man, she dropped down the gun as he wasn't a threat. "Jesus-- I-I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to do that, it's just my sensors aren't in a good condition right now." She hissed at herself and shakes her head before walking inside with him before she clicked the button that directs the elevator to the 8th floor.

"eshi ,," he repeated her name, a soft smile on his face as he turned to her. "it's really cute!" the way she casually brought up the fact that she had a 'master' caught him off guard but he didn't pay too much mind to it. after all, he was known for having an 'owner' of his own and so he was the last person to be able to even say anything to her about it. he could tell that her attitude changed the slightest it while talking about her master. it made him smile. they must have a special and happy relationship, was all he could think as he reached out to take her hand, eager to get himself cleaned up. "yes! lead the way!" he couldn't help but feel excitement growing in him. he was never really given the chance to make friends. most of the people he met with simply wanted to have their fun with him and hardly gave him a second glance once they had used him as they pleased. now, he knew he couldn't complain but it was nice to hold someone's hand.

Minho strolled through the streets feeling at ease for once. His day hasn’t been too stressful so far, he headed through the streets while drinking some tea. He hasn’t had some in awhile, since he became cyborg and all but he noticed a little shop earlier so he decided to buy one. He had been halfway done with the tea, gazing around the area as he walked around.

"I'm glad.." Eshi let her voice trail off and flashed him another smile. Her hand squeezed his. "Follow me, then. It isn't far." Eshi, not used to normal humanoid interactions, hadn't even realised they hadn't introduced each other yet. She normally never did, because whoever she spoke to was either going to be her slave or her murder victim. Or both. Usually both, now that she thought about it. "Hyunjin? That's a pretty name. My name is Eshi." Then, in a flurry of emotion, she added. "My master named me that. Cute, right?" Eshi always got a little giddy speaking about her master. Oh, her beloved, adorable master. After all, she was designed to be in love with her master. Even with all the autonomy, her master programmed into her, he did not remove this part of her coding. Unfortunately, he didn't take into account that Eshi was perfectly capable of hurting those she loved. Eshi held her hand out to Hyunjin, her head slightly tilted to the side as she smiled. "Let's go?"
