@l jeno “Cat leashes are always a good idea to make sure the cats don’t run off or do something stupid. Like now.” Minho chuckled slightly and nodded towards the cats though he did understand why the other had done it like this. Minho would have probably given it a try too. “Okay, my house it is then,” he nodded and held the cat close, slowly walking towards his apartment entrance. “It’s closer too.”
A soft smile graced Minho’s lips as he watched Jeno get all happy and excited at his cat. It was adorable and it made him happy as well. Such a cute person, Jeno really hadn’t changed much and it made him so happy to see him like this. Minho didn’t like to admit it but now that they were here he realized he had missed him.
“Oh, I guess we did the same then. We only adopted one at first too but yeah, then I got Doongie and Dori too,” Minho grinned and rubbed his neck, unlocking the door to the building. “You really need to be careful with your allergy. Have you tried hyposensibilization? It can help with allergies.” But it was good the other had his allergy medication too, that was better than nothing after all though not a permanent solution.
Hearing his friend laugh was sweet and made Minho smile as well, nodding. “It was a terrible plan, yeah. Always have snacks, cat nip and leashes with you, when you go out with the cats, especially if you have never done that before.” Minho smiled and petted the cat he was holding as he walked up the stairs, he was sure the elevator might scare the cats some more. “Any cat can turn into a crazy cat if given the right circumstances. Mine seem chill but not when they suddenly lose it.” He chuckled and shook his head a bit. Yes, he knew his cats very well.
Minho unlocked his apartment door and opened it for Jeno to go in. His own cats were nowhere to be seen aside from Dori who curiously put his head through the living room doorframe for a moment before disappearing again. “That was Dori,” he said gently and closed the door behind them, letting the cat he was holding down.

@l minho jeno shook his head at the question. "no, i lost mine a while back. i've mostly just kept them at home, so there isn't really a need for that." he looked towards minho, both of his brows raised above the frame of his glasses as he contemplated. "i think going to your apartment would be better, after all you'll be more familiar with the stuff you have in your house for the wound?"
"hi, soonie!" he whipped his head towards where minho pointed, waving casually as if the cat could wave back. "i can't see it clearly, but it seems like a pretty cat," he looked back at his friend with a fond smile, talking about cats really gets him back in this zone of mini euphoria of his.
"i only adopted one at first. but god forbid i ever learn, and i adopted these two..." he swayed the two cats in his arm a little at that. "... even though my allergies were getting worse. now it's better though, i'm on my allergy med," jeno crinkled his nose out of habit, looking away onto the road. he began dragging his feet against the ground as he moved alongside minho.
at the innocent question his friend threw at him, jeno couldn't contain the laugh and laughed out loudly. "like i said, it was just a terrible, horrible, badly thought out plan to see if they've finally grown to stop being a bunch of crazy kitties... and they still are, so it seems." he chuckled softly, turning to see his friend being infatuated with bongsik was a comforting sight he never knew he'd needed. it was a scene where one of his closest friends meet one of his favourite things—his cat, and he couldn't help but feel a contented sigh leave his mouth.
if anything, minho's sudden declaration that he lives alone made jeno feel warmth set in his chest. it wasn't anything bad, but he was glad that after being separated for so many years, the former still remembered that he was awkward around people, and cared enough to tell him that.

Donghyuck hummed softly as he made his way through the small store. He was just looking for a quick snack. Nothing major. "Hmmm..." He hummed, scanning the shelves. He never really knew what he wanted to eat but he grabbed a bag of chips and decided that was good enough.
@h seungwoo It was more so a passion than a job for Andy. She enjoyed meeting someone who seemed to be equally interested in what she did. Then again, chrysos vasilias got rid of people probably almost close to the amount that corvus did. “Sounds good to me.” She agrees with a nod glancing at her own phone to see if the messages had sent. Her eyes sparkled as the man agreed to going for some drinks together. Thank God, her night wasn’t going to be as boring as she had originally thought.
“Yes, where did you park?” She asks before following him once he started moving in one the directions. Her last time at a bar had been ages ago, mainly because Andy wasn’t the type of person to enjoy crowds, all people grouped on one spot. Nonetheless, a bar was better than a nightclub and she didn’t have the chance to go for a drink with one of the gang bosses every night. This man especially seemed to intrigue her for reasons that she couldn’t quite pinpoint. Was it because he tried to catch that man even if he was the boss himself rather than leaving it to one of his underlings? Was it the thirst for blood that she sensed on him? Andy couldn’t tell. Either way, the craving for alcohol and a nice company were good enough reasons to actually go to a bar again. Once they turned around the next corner, she spotted a car at the sidewalk. “Is that yours?” Quite a luxurious type, one that would suit the man next to her. “I really need to buy a car myself at some point. Can’t believe I’m missing out.”
@b andy her response caught him by surprise as he wasn't really expecting her to help him in any way. making allies with other gangs sure may be beneficial, but, most often than not, came with some mutual agreement for something. perhaps she thought of killing as a sport, that he could understand. not only was his lifestyle as a mafia boss due to his own natural interests but it was a skill he perfected. though confused about her initial intentions with accepting his request, he was still appreciative of her efforts in theory. "that's what i like to hear." a faint smile emerged from his face, his eyes glint devilishly in the idea of getting his revenge. who knew that hunting for a rat would be this much fun with someone else just as passionately involved.
seungwoo's brow arched. he keeps his gang under wraps that having members follow their own orders individually was... different. he let that kind of individuality slip to one of s and here they were trying to find him before he could teach him his lesson. "alright." he blinked as his phone was snatched away from his possession, still taken aback. considering how good friends he was with her boss, he still will never get used to the fast-paced nature of his assassins. "i'll contact you if more information leaks." he slipped his phone back into his pocket. as there wasn't much left to be discussed, he was on his way back to his car and planned to grab a drink from his personal collection. he was then halted by the other's request. "i am craving a drink actually... would you like a lift? i know a place that has fine liquor." a bar almost as well-preserved as his own. his home was very much out of the question.
@l jeno “Definitely not your best idea, I agree,” Minho chuckled and picked up the cat after he had given them snacks. He could see how Jeno was struggling and he felt sorry but on the other hand he probably needed it to not do it again. “Do you have cat leashes?” he then asked while he petted the cat that seemed a little confused but didn’t struggle in his hold. And Minho was probably lucky for it. Because the wound on the other’s arm looked nasty and quite deep. Poor guy, hopefully it wouldn’t get infected.
Quietly he listened to his friend and then nodded. He had never known the other lived around here, otherwise he would have visited him for sure. “Do you want to go over to you or do you wanna go to my apartment and get the wound fixed and a transport box for the cats?” Minho offered and pointed to a window, light on and an orange cat watching them. “That’s Soonie by the way.” He didn’t mind either though, he had some time to spare, especially for his friend.
“I didn’t know you had three cats,” he then said. He had heard about Jeno having cats, but not three of them. “Why did you go out with all three of them anyways?” he chuckled and walked next to Jeno, petting the cat he was holding. The fur was soft and it made him smile. Minho had always loved animals and he had never hidden it. People should know he loved animals so they could talk to him about it. It was a lot better than trying to have small talk about the weather. Aside from the fact that Minho just really wasn’t a fan of small talk. “I live alone by the way,” he then added, on case Jeno felt uncomfortable of other people seeing him.
@l minho despite his circumstance, jeno couldn't seem to contain the joy blooming in him, overtaking the curiousity he had about why the other male would be here as he met his old friend again. there were only ever a select few that he'd be happy to meet. the rest? he avoids at all costs. he was glad that the person who he had bumped into was minho, or he'd have to stumble through his words asking for help from a random stranger.
he chuckled lowly at his friend's joke of this situation, feeling his cheek reddening in embarrassment at the thought of getting 'mugged' by his own pets. "it is!" he steadied the cat he was holding in his arms, rubbing its fur soothingly to try to calm it down. "they're mine, yes. i shouldn't have brought them all out in one go. one of them ran into the bushes over there, i think."
the weight at his feet lightened. he felt relieved at how minho did a good job at luring the cat at his leg away, the little devil's spawn unclenching its claws from his jeans to leap in the direction of the snack. then it came back to him, recalling that minho had his own pet cats too.
if it weren't for minho, jeno would've thrown the throbbing feeling to the back of his head and completely forgotten about the gash at his arm. he twisted his forearm to where he could see where his skin sported a bloody cut. the other's question had him feeling stunned at how—despite being close friends throughout high school—he never did let his friend know where he lived.
"i still live with my mom. it's right up the hill, pass the block of houses," he moved towards where one of his cats had leapt to and after a moment of struggling, picks the little one in his other arm while wincing. "that's all of them! let's go, this thing's beginning to sting!"
@l jeno The view in front of Minho was beautiful and he wondered if this was the first time this happen to Jeno. The cats looked everything but happy and Minho chuckled slightly before he looked at his long lost friend who was waving at him. It was nice to see how his face lit up when he did so. And Minho noticed that he felt happiness inside him bubbling, he hadn’t seen his friend for a while and man, he had to admit he had missed him.
“That looks like a disaster,” Minho chuckled and walked closer, kneeling next to Jeno before he made a sound with the snacks. He had those extra tasty one, his own cats would probably murder for them, so he hoped it helped. “Are those yours or are they trying to rob you? Or both?” He smiled at the other, tilting his head a bit. This entire situation was so damn absurd but also entertaining Minho quite a bit.
Then he noticed the scratches and frowned. “That looks painful. I can treat that for you. But first let’s get the cats and bring them home. Do you live close by?” If not he wondered how Jeno got here – but also Minho hoped the other lived close by so he could meet up with him again. He had missed him so much. He had always been one of his closer friends after all.
@l minho taking all three of his cats out in one go should be a crime against humanity. and jeno knows it—he'd been there and done that before. but somehow, jeno just hadn't learned his lesson. he figured that it'd be some nice interval training for him to take care of them all at once, and he should've seen that plan backfiring.
he'd held all three of his cats to his chest. unbeknownst to him, two of the cats—the one with black spots all over and the calico—started meowing loudly. before he could comprehend, one of it scratched his arm and hopped off. "nalie!" he yelped, losing his grip on one of his other cats. he just stood and watched the said cat run around in furious circles, the one he was still holding hissing and struggling against his flexed arm.
the larger cat that fell from his arm started clawing up his jeans, and jeno tried to pry it away to no avail. he dragged his feet towards the one that had run off, but eventually gave up when the weight at his feet was restricting him from ever getting close to catching the black one. he was about to groan in frustration and maybe smash his head to a tree trunk in frustration when he heard his name being called. he then whipped his head around.
"m-minho?" for a second he couldn't believe his eyes, having not seen or heard from the said male for a while too long. he didn't know how long he was agape for, but he quickly adjusted himself to look at the other male properly, smile wide as he waved. "minho, hey!"
@h seungwoo “Don’t worry. That bastard will end up paying. Those little, normal humans never get away, not as long as I am around.” She grinned. There hadn’t been any target that she hadn’t end up catching. “It was a given for her.” Her eyes lay on him as he seemed to relax. She listened closely to what he had to say thinking that this conversation was way more enjoyable than what she had originally intended to do with her trip to the convenience store. The boss seemed to be clearly upset with this man getting away. Usually she expected the mafia bosses to be less tense as it was clear that they would always end up winning in the end anyways. It was rare for someone to actually escape the mafia.
“No need to consider my boss, he knows that I’m following my own orders just as much as his.” She wasn’t the type to just stick to what she was told to do. Her eyes scanned the picture but the man wasn’t familiar to her. “I’ll send the picture to my phone, alright?” Though she didn’t wait for an answer as she took the phone from the man’s hand to type her phone number into it and send herself the picture. “Alright, got it. Sure, I’ll try to keep him alive if my knife doesn’t slip too much.” Andy smirked. She returned the phone and then considered what to do for a moment. Somehow he was intrigued by the male and didn’t feel like leaving his side yet. “Do you want to go for a drink?” She asked out of nowhere. “I have nothing else to do and this night was way too boring so far.”
@l jeno All Minho wanted was get home and throw himself into his bed. It had been a nasty long day with lots of troubles, not only work wise but also personal-wise – he had had a fight with his mother and he felt horrible about it but he had been in the right – and now he had just stopped by the convenient store to grab some coffee and cat food. After all his cats wanted to be fed and if he had no food for them, they would probably not hesitate and just eat him. He couldn’t even be angry.
Opening his door he sighed and had just put down his groceries when he heard the loud sounds. First he had thought it had been his cats. Hurriedly he had rushed to check on Soonie, Doongie and Dori but the three of them were curled up on the cat tree, ears slightly lifted to listen to the sounds coming from outside. Cat fight sounds. “I’ll be right back,” Minho said and gently petted his cats before grabbing some cat snacks, grabbing his keys and walking out again.
Finding the source hadn’t been hard as the cats were extremely loud, especially for this time or the day – or rather night – though what he saw surprised him. It weren’t only cats he was seeing. In the middle of it stood a person, holding a struggling cat and already looking quite scratched up. And then Minho blinked, confusion filling him as he realised he knew the person.
@m meto ren makes his final attempt to drag himself to the entrance of the convenience store, his worn-out shoes brushing against the parking grounds as he staggers closer to the door before he finally collapses right beside it. he slumps against the umbrella stand, hands drooped to his sides as he shivers helplessly. he sees people walking past him, giving him weird glances but otherwise paying no attention to him as they walk into the store in a rush to do their business.
he's hungry, cold, and above all, /weak/ — but in a town like this one, who would take the time out of their busy lives to help a criminal when he finally gets a taste of his own medicine? his eyes start watering, and he doesn't know if it was his emotions welling up or another withdrawal symptom he's experiencing, but he lets the tears roll down his face as a desperate whisper escapes his mouth, "help."
@b andy it took seungwoo a minute to piece together the face belonging to the gun, but he knew it was one of corvus' members so he didn't have to worry. besides, he'd hate to further the misunderstanding by drawing his weapon. it wasn't like him to in the first place but the situation he found himself left him with no choice. "right." he simply agreed with a whisper as he watched the gun return to her holster. "i've gathered. my men will have quite the difficulty finding the slippery bastard." he his teeth before he collapsed his body relaxed for a split second.
"money? oh, he owes me a ton." he paused himself, the rage about to slip if he wasn't careful. the mere thought of his existence irked his skin that it would've been pretty difficult to avoid it in the tone of his voice. "and he'll be each and every one of my investments if he continues breathing." he crossed his arms, visibly upset if that circumstance was to happen. he'd lose a lot, if not all of his savings which, surprise-surprise, was his everything. he smiled gently at the offer. "ah, a bargain. how nice. but i'd hate for you to go against your boss' back... but." he tapped his chin with his pointer before slipping his phone out with the picture of the man in question. "this is his face. if you find him, i'll help you in return. whatever you need. just keep him alive, enough to get my hands on him."
@h seungwoo Quite surprising to see the man put down his gun into his holster as Andy had expected a fight between them. Though, this one seemed more intelligent, or maybe his target had been a man making it clear that Andy was the wrong one. As he the man approached the light of the convenience store, it took her less than seconds to figure out who this man was---the boss of chrysós vasiliás. As a gang member herself, it almost belonged to common knowledge to know the bosses of the other gangs. What was he doing out here? Didn’t he have his people to take care of all those citizens who didn’t pay their debts?
“It’s quite wise not to get myself killed.” She retorted as she put her own gun back into its holster. “Down that street but I’m pretty sure that you won’t catch him anymore, it’s quite the maze with all these alleys.” While it wasn’t any of her business and Andy just wanted to get some food from the store and leave again, she was still intrigued by the boss of chrysós vasiliás going out to take care of his own business. “How much money did he owe you? Must have been quite a lot when you get your hands dirty yourself for it.” For a moment she stared up at him, her arms crossed in front of her chest. “I can help you kill him but you owe me in return.”
@b andy seunwoo was in a blind rage, not only was it a figure of speech at this point. the dark of the night swallowed his target whole, his idea of having an easy swift kill was getting more and more out of reach. this added to his already exceeded amount of aggression, as he wasn't able to think from using his gun a few times out in the open, the noises of his missed shot further frustrating the man. he sighed, hearing the panicked footsteps quickened. faster and faster. yet he approached him slowly, realization of his careless actions coming up to him. his target... he was a dead man after all, even if he missed all opportunity to kill him, he knew he was dead. his men could find him easily and it wouldn't be their only meeting considering the heinous thing he did to him.
wasn't a good idea to mess with him, even if he doesn't like to get his hands dirty. he arrived by a convenience store, the only light source that he's seen for quite some time, so his eyesight was adjusting. it took him a minute to finally discover that the figure was someone else, so he put his gun down into his holster. he squinted, the female's voice ringing to his ear as well as the metal clacks of her gun. "it's not wise to pull out a gun right in front of the store, miss. don't worry." he approached into the light carefully, his holster covered up by his holster as he pointed at it cheekily. "have you seen him? you must've been watching to draw that conclusion."
boy did she look like a mess. dark locks that always fell down her back in obsidian waves was now a wild disarray of a lion's mane even as she brushed the strands out of her face with a huff, hissing when the back of her hand met the slit that ran through her eyebrow. her hand fell to the counter with a loud bang, the bottle of beer and little carton of banana milk such a juxtaposition to each other. she watched blankly as the cashier jumped back in fear, frantically picking up the barcode scanner so he could get his job done, his eyes shifting from her drinks to her face in nervous anxiety. doyeon knew what he was staring at: she was a mess of a woman, her pretty visage battered and bruised black and blue. she proudly sported a split lip, the blood encrusted at the corner of , stinging every time she spoke or accidentally touched it with her lip. her leather jacket hung off a shoulder, the once crisp tanktop she wore a torn mess of cotton and her gun holsters hung out openly, her gold-handled revolvers catching the bright light of the convenience store and winking at the youngboy.
she watched with amusement as he cowered into the shelf behind him, causing packets of cigarettes and condoms to tumble into a comedic head over his head and onto the floor. a snort slipped past her bruised lips but the snarky quip that had built on her tongue died down when the sound of the tv that played caught her ears. it was once mere background noise, playing awful pop music but the way the screen changed and the news announcer began speaking made her a bit more interested.
"we have unfortunate news for you tonight. the youngest son of prime minister kim has been found dead, floating on the shore of the river with a bullet straight to the forehead. insiders and the house has released statements that the shooter has been apprehended and will be taken to the police as soon as possible. that's it for tonight, reporter lee from sbs-cbn news signing off."
she couldn't help it, her tummy tickling with butterflies and they all slipped out of her in bouts of laughter. it was eerie, how she threw her head back and laughed with no care of the world. had she finally gone insane? no. but the world sure did, to think she would be apprehended. after all those burly security guards laying lifeless over the floor? over so much blood on the hands after tonight? after so many perfect kills? and the bruises on her body to prove it? the laughter stopped as soon as it came, angelic face back to being a cold canvas void of emotion. she was not the little black widow for nothing. doyeon picked up her drinks, placing a battered 10$ bill on the counter and walked out of the store, wondering what could she possibly to do pass time now.
She wasn’t the type of person to do things that everyone else considered as normal, going to the convenient store was a hassle but she had to take care of herself somehow. Andy chose to go at night to have as little people around as possible. The only crowd she would ever handle was one at a nightclub since she could drown it out with alcohol. Her steps got slower as she reached the street that would reach her to the store. Something stopped her on her tracks, a dark figure that ran right in front of her on the street. Suddenly, Andy heard shots behind her, another figure appeared behind her. She stood there for a moment not moving, this man was clearly after the person from before but his gun now pointed at her. The man must have mistaken her for the person he was after. ing hell, she had just wanted to get some food not end up in a fight that she wasn’t even involved in in the first place. “I’m not the one you’re looking for.” She yelled but pulled her gun out nonetheless. Andy just wasn’t the type to run away.
hello ^^
three days ago i updated my application for juyeon and i commented it under the comment where i commented that i applied for juyeon where i dont think any of the admins saw it ^^; and it was my fault. sorry about that
