That same dream, more so, the very same nightmare that has been haunting her ever since she had read her father's letter. Her eyes that had been bright and clear just this morning had been nothing compared to what she looks right now, empty bloodshot eyes. Her hands had grip the wheels too tightly, trying to bring herself back into reality, Jooyoung remembered her mother's words whenever she had this kind of attacks. Breathe in and out, slowly. A few minutes had passed and thankfully she had fully recovered. A quick glance on her wristwatch had told her that it was close to 3 am, an hour and a half since she had passed out inside her car. Gathering her things, she exited her car and headed to her place, maybe try to catch more sleep, or just smoke the rest of the night off. It might be impossible for Jooyoung to get back to sleep since the nightmare still had her scared. Jooyoung guessed that tonight would be just her and her trusty nicotine.

Entering her spacious apartment, she didn't bother changing into her attire, instead she breezed her way in the kitchen grabbing some snacks and a cold beer, one thing she had loved in this apartment was the balcony, it had maybe for her the best view she could had in Moirai. The twinkling city lights, and even though she had the dark, the moon itself was enough light for Jooyoung to feel comfort. Soon enough, she had comfortably sat herself in a chair at her favorite spot, the night breeze making her feel relaxed more than ever. Just as she about lit up her first stick, her ears had heard of a distinct sound of bottles clanking. Snapping her head to her right, there she spotted her apparent neighbor, with a hand nursing a half emptied bottle. This was her first time seeing the man, as she had opted to stay inside her office, only going home whenever she was not need at the office for a long time.
