@⚘ chanyeol p. Whatever that the taller man gave her a glare or a venom stinging tone, Joohyun doesn't seem to care about his threats. She wanted him to understand what really happened behind her exile from the gang. "I respected your decision to stay, but do you think it was my choice to leave?" Joohyun shakes her head, "No. I never wanted to leave but 'they' forced me to." She told him before taking a deep breath, "They had compiled all the complaints of some of the customers in the brothel of me 'hurting' them. They created rumors that I used my aphrodisiacs to make the customers more obsessed of me than the others, and they succeeded of doing so by telling your boss about it."

She crossed her arms as she looked at the male with a serious gaze, "Remember the time I got a fight with one of our members? That's the time the rumor went big, it ruined-- no, 'they' ruined my reputation and threw a mud of the name of Eros that time." Joohyun added before getting her phone from her pocket. She played a recording coming from a member of Eros that spilled the truth while he's drunk, they made it all up, endangering their gang just to make Joohyun leave the gang. "If you still don't understand why I left, you better listen to this." she leaned her hand holding to her phone while the recording is still playing.

@◑ joohyun b. Chanyeol glanced from her hand around his wrist back up to her face, a bewildered expression on his face. "You have some nerve, Joohyun." He hissed, venom practically spitting out with every word he spoke. "You really, really do...stopping me from leaving..." When she tugged on his wrist, the alpha wolf stood at full height once more, head tipped just a tad to glare daggers down at her. "- and touching me."

"A fool? Joohyun - you wanted me to leave Eros and run off with you, betraying the entire gang...and yet when I refuse, you left anyway. If anyone is the fool, it's you." As much as Chanyeol desired to just hop back onto his motorcycle and drive off, he instead chose to set his helmet down on the bike's seat before folding his arms across his broad chest. "Ten minutes. You have exactly ten minutes. After that, we go our separate ways and never see each other again."

@⚘ chanyeol p. She clenched her jaw as she heard the word 'traitor' from him, she never even told him the whole story, those fools told him lies about her. She clenched her fists before she walked closer towards Chanyeol, subconsciously grabbing his wrist.

Joohyun glared at him as she spoke again, "We're not done yet. You never even heard my side of the story yet but you believed what the other's told you about it." She said with a firm tone. Before he could even start the engine of his bike, she dragged his wrist away from it.

"You don't know, because you're a fool to believe them over me." Joohyun added, "Can you give me ten minutes to explain and answer your questions?" She begged as she doesn't want to slip this opportunity to explain it to him.

@◑ joohyun b. Chanyeol's head spun. Why here, why now? He thought he'd have peace from thinking about Joohyun, and yet, here she was, somehow back in his life again.

With just a few more steps to reach his motorcycle, the alpha wolf heard her voice calling out to him from behind.

Damn it. He hadn't been quick enough to escape her.

His lip curled as he snarled, and he turned with a wild look in his glowing, yellow irises. "No, Joohyun. No." Chanyeol growled out, stance completely defensive. He hadn't even bothered to greet her since he wasn't about to stay longer than he had to. "You made your choice many years ago, and your choice didn't involve me. So, leave me alone, because we're not doing this again. We're /done/." He emphasized the last word in a firm, cold tone, fully intent on having this be the last contact they'd ever have. "I don't forgive or forget traitors. Ever."

Not waiting for Joohyun's response, he slung a long leg over the seat of his bike and situated himself before reaching for the helmet resting behind him.

@⚘ chanyeol p. Working and transacting with people outside their district is the very cautious move for the second-in-command of Pasithea, Joohyun walked inside the bar in the District One. She had to take care of her clients alone to explain her research going and her requirements to get it. The demon scientist gave them prototypes and told them that they should try it at home as they are in the public area.

The clients obliged and they start to talk about the due date of the new edition of the drug, she told them it is a tentative phase as she isn't sure yet when is she going to release the drug and assures them that it would be soon enough.

After their meeting, the clients left the establishment, leaving Joohyun as she wanted to be alone for some time while drinking her favorite whiskey. In the corner of her eyes, she saw an unexpected figure, one that she used to tag along...

Park Chanyeol.

As soon as he was about to leave the establishment, Joohyun put down her drink and followed him. She must tell him what really happened back then, what caused her to fallout from Eros before he even goes to his ride. As they leave the establishment, she caught up to him and called him.

"Chanyeol." She uttered his name just to call him, hoping he would turn around and look at her again.

@◑ joohyun b. Chanyeol's reclusive nature and distaste for people kept the alpha wolf away from socialization and clustered in the comfort of his luxurious penthouse where he could do as he pleased without prying eyes or anyone daring to disturb his peace. After all, he couldn't stand clingy, overly obnoxious men and women alike who, somehow, never got the hint that he had no intentions whatsoever of taking them home, let alone starting a conversation that would only annoy him in the end.

Some days, though, when he desired a brief change of scenery, Chanyeol could be found sitting in the back corner of some bar, alone, simply sipping whiskey from a glass and keeping to himself while he people-watched over the rim. Friday happened to be one of those days.

Donning a three-piece suit most likely worth more than half of the country, the infamous trafficker occupied a booth, long fingers tapping against the table in a rhythm known only to him. Silence blanketed almost the entire bar, save for a few women perched on stools who were purposely leaning over the counter to showcase their cleavage to the bartender and two other females huddled closed together who looked as if they were discussing something top secret.

Taking a closer look at the pair, one of them seemed to stand out to Chanyeol from her side profile. At first, he didn't give it too much thought, but the more he stared throughout the night, the more his suspicions grew.

Bae Joohyun. The traitor that betrayed him and Eros after having the indecency of asking him to go along with her.

Although it was a very long time ago, those unpleasant, detestable memories flooding his brain yet again still managed to dig at his last nerve, and without too much thought, Chanyeol finished his drink, haphazardly tossed a few bills on the table, and made a beeline towards the exit. Sitting in the same establishment as Joohyun would only ensue absolute chaos, and he wasn't interested in sticking around.
