@❛⠀○ : jiang yuying。 Phoebe cautiously peeks out from her carrier with Woogeun ready to give whatever support he could to his spoiled cat. However, an unfamiliar voice startles the both of them – the feline quickly retreating towards the other end of the bag, while her owner looks up to the unexpected company. The frown Woogeun was now wearing is like a defense mechanism of sorts, hoping it would drive the stranger away, much like how a cat hisses at another. Still and all, the woman who addressed him as ‘Mr. Choi’ didn’t even falter – a smile Woogeun couldn’t quite describe plastered on her visage.
He doesn’t zip up the carrier, feeling sorry for his cat who seemed so alarmed and shaken (but that was typical of Phoebe – afraid of people). Instead, he stands up again and though the difference in their heights was evident, there is something about the way the lady projected herself that made Woogeun unsure whether she would be someone he could easily dismiss. So, he inhales deeply and then, though delayed, responds to the female’s statement, “Yes, I do. And I suppose those are yours…” He nods his head towards the similar-looking bags in the shorter’s possession. “...but do I know you? Have we met before?” Woogeun inquires with a neutral tone – supposes he doesn’t need to be aggressive…yet? Or at all.

In her hold are two pet carriers, one in her hand and the other by her back, for their scheduled appointments today. Surely, there would be no one to question why she's here as the purpose of her visits is evident in the way her cats sit so comfortably, determined to simply let Yuying do most of the work for them.
But of course, if one knows her well enough, they would also know that she often has a hand in the things happening around her—such as now, where the object of her current interest happens to be around at the same time she's scheduled an appointment. Immediately, she plasters on a cordial smile, and is moving toward Woogeun with confident strides. "Why, what a coincidence it is to meet you here, Mr. Choi!" she says rather cheerily, and she places her carriers down on one of the seats near the aforementioned man. "I didn't know you had a pet as well."
@❛⠀○ : jiang yuying。 There is a hurry in Woogeun’s movements as he lifts the carrier up from the passenger seat of his car, locks the car doors, and follows the instruction to open the clinic’s door: push. The receptionist looks at him with an apologetic look on her face, causing Woogeun to click his tongue. “I’m so sorry Woogeun-ssi…” She turns her softening gaze towards the carrier the male was carrying, “...and Phoebe-yah, but you missed your appointment by 30 minutes. You have to fill this up should you wish to wait,” the woman points towards a clipboard, a paper with a list of names written on it. Woogeun looks at the empty space nearing the bottom, indicating that it may take a while before they’re called.
Woogeun is undeniably tired – it even caused him to miss the said appointment with the vet. It was time for Phoebe’s annual shots and regular checkup and he had it scheduled last week for a day he was certain he would be free. The male supposes he wouldn’t mind resting in the lounge – at least there are more animals here than people. Besides he can play with Phoebe should the feline wish to do so, though he wouldn’t mind if she would have no energy as it would allow him to take a quick nap.
After writing down the details asked, he walks towards the lounge, ignoring the small greetings coming from the two other people who were also waiting there. He puts down the pet carrier on one of the empty seats and then crouches down to open it, “Wanna go out?” Woogeun asks Phoebe, his tone calm and fond.
