@Briar Kato sighed and lowered her glasses. While it would have been fun to let the redhead make a fool of herself in front of the rest of the bar patrons, Kato was still feeling pretty low, so she tossed the girl a bone. Over her right eye the Russian girl sported a nasty bruise to go along with the even nastier cut under her eye. "Someone who doesn't know you would assume you're the angry wife who blames the other girl, instead of the cheating husband." she stood as well, her heels and long legs making her taller then the spitting woman. "Someone who knew you would know that you weren’t married, and wouldn't bring it up unless they knew you'd react like this." She lifted one shoulder in a shrug and turned to leave, sliding the glasses back into place.
@Kato Briar sputtered. "Married?!" She stood up and cried in outrage. "No way would I ever even, who do you think you are! Only someone who knew us would assume that!"
@Briar Kato shrugged. "Okay," she said, "I stay away from married men anyway, they bring to much trouble." she smiled and finished her drink. "Of course, I still don't know who you're talking about, but an angry wife is hard to ignore." she moved to take a stand, she had a feeling she was about to over stay her welcome.
@Kato "Or maybe very drunk." She muttered to herself. She was almost positively sure this was the girl. "Look, whoever you are or aren't. I don't care. Just stay away form Jared." Definitely drunk. Was she slurring? Damn, how many drinks had she had?
@Briar Did she look like she could afford surgery? Maybe her acts were better then she thought. Kato eyed Bramblesomething, weighing her options. She could continue to act innocent, or she could drop the act and find out what the queen B wanted. "You're very rude," she drawled, keeping up the act. "You American's never cease to amaze me; insulting strangers."
@Kato "Oh don't give me that crap. Same fake nose and fake eyebrows. Same perfume. I'm not an idiot." Briar flipped her hair and chugged her alcohol. God, what luck she had.
@Briar Kato almost responded to the attack. She didn't break into anything. Nothing was locked, and nobody said she couldn't go in there. Plus she technically worked for Jared, the logic was sound in her opinion. She merely turned her head slightly, her dark sunglasses showing nothing but the older woman's reflection. "I'm sorry?" she asked, letting her accent appear in full force.
@Kato The woman had no class. I mean, dressed like that and trying to pick up the bartender? It made her sick. She glanced over at the woman and the cinched her eyebrows. That nose...the Russian. "Hey," she might've been drunk and seeing things. "You're that rat who broke into Jared's office." She accused.
@Briar Kato's lips twitched, the red head was clearly irritated, she wondered briefly if it was her fault or someone else's. Bramble, or whatever her name was, seemed like she could hold a grudge. Having frequented the bar Kato knew a lot about the place, she knew that the bartender working at the moment was also Russian, completely unrelated to her family, but that didn’t matter. She spoke to him when he came over to fill the redheads drink, asking him when he was getting off.
@Kato Sunglasses inside, really? God, she hated chicks like this. She rolled her eyes. Downing her drink and slamming the glass down, she demanded another.
@Briar Glancing to the side Kato let out a curse in Russian, the woman beside her was none other then that redhead that hung around Jared. Self consciously she adjusted her sunglasses, making sure her right eye was completely covered. Kato was in no mood to talk to anyone, even people she was on good terms with, which was a grand total of three people. She titled her face slightly, so she was obscured by her hair, but it wasn't obvious that she was hiding.
@Kato Briar glanced to her side and sneered. God, who did she think she was, wearing purple? Briar was in a black mini dress with gauzy sheer sleeves, slits down the sides. Not to mention she couldn't stand blondes. She would've moved if there was another space to move to.
@Briar Kato entered the bar already buzzed. Her eyes quickly scanned the room behind her sunglasses, the only part of her outfit that had stayed the same. Now she wore a blond wig cut into a bob, and a purple dress that stopped almost halfway down her thighs. She wasn't entirely sure what her plan was, the entire day she'd been flying blind. After she got kicked out of Jared's office she had wandered, not even daring to call her cousin. Usually she went to bars to either get drunk, or remove wallets from the faced tourists. Today she just took a seat and ordered a drink.
@Kato Briar prowled around the bar, fiery red hair hanging down her back. She was only here because a certain source of information had let it slip that the little witch frequented here. No guarantee she'd run up on her, though. Half of her hoped she did, half of her not. She probably wasn't any match for the Russian goddess, but never underestimate the Irish women.
She crossed her legs, sipping at her martini and just watching people go by.
Jimin sat at the bar and played with the rim of the glass in front of him, the glass was nearly empty and it was the second he'd had so far. It was nice to just relax and unwind a little bit. He'd had a lot on his mind lately and really he didn't have anyone to turn to. He didn't have any friends, no one to talk to other than Jinya and she had problems of her own so he didn't really feel like disturbing her. Sure it probably wasn't the wisest decision he'd ever made going out by himself but oh well he'd just have to manage on his own and hope he didn't get taken advantage of. Jimin sat their playing with the glass wondering if he'd ever find someone again that would treat him like he was special, but he shook his head. There was no sense thinking about it really, he didn't have a lot of faith in it happening but hey lightning could strike twice, you never know.
I'm sorry but Sailor is leaving, I know I'm past my hiatus time and I hate to be so inactive. I had fun though, this is a great roleplay, I hope more people join!
