Welcome, Dear Pearl, to your new life at The Venus Lounge.
Your time at the Lounge will truly be like no other but here our Pearls are held to the highest standards. You are no ordinary employee- you are a fantasy, a dream, you are a perfect toy for Lounge clientele to use. To ensure that your time at the Lounge runs smoothly and our clients are cherished; we have put together a few simple guidelines for you to follow.
This handbook is official property of The Venus Lounge and is forbidden from being discussed or shown to outsiders.
Failure to heed to the Lounge rules will result in termination of your employment. Do not cross the Goddess or you shall be very sorry indeed.
01.) appearance, general health and uniforms
Pearls must take meticulous care of their bodies and appearance. Beauty and health is of the utmost importance and we have high expectations that each Pearl will uphold these standards.
Pearls are expected to exercise for a minimum of one hour per day and follow a nutritious diet provided by our on-site chefs and nutritionists. As your job can be physically demanding, this is for your benefit- to make sure you perform above and beyond; even if you feel like you can't.
Remember, clients can be very possessive and don't like seeing the marks of others during their session with you. It is up to you deal with these matters discreetly and ensure that your client feels like they are the only person in the world. Bruises, bite marks, hickeys, etc., must be concealed prior to starting to your next session.
All VL employees must wear some form of visible pearl jewellery; this includes, but is not limited too, earrings, a string necklace, bracelets, lapel pin, etc.
All VL employees are required to wear a variation of the official VL uniform:
— a sheer or white button down long-sleeve shirt
— black vest or slim-fit suit jacket (if selecting the jacket- you may choose to forgo a shirt for bare skin)
— slim-fitting black pants or mini skirt with tights
— shoes must be closed toed and made of patent leather. all female-identifying employees must wear louboutin stiletto's
— underwear is optional
We allow our Pearls to express themselves via their hair, piercings and tattoos as long as no offensive content is included.
02.) sTI screening and pregnancy
Pearls must under-go regular tests once a month. Testing positive to any STI will result in loss of work until negative; Pearls will not be permitted to work and will not receive salary as punishment for their carelessness.
Any Pearl found to be either a.) pregnant or b.) to have impregnated a client will be terminated immediately under violation of their contract; clause 4.3b, page 8 and blacklisted from the company.
Pearls are only permitted to partake in drug use when with clients(and at their request).
Alcohol is free to employees but consumption is strictly monitored.
Pearls are not permitted to have relationships with other Pearls, clients or outsiders.
(admin note: i expect and implore this rule to be broken.)
Pearls are given a weekly allowance depending on their performance the prior month. Each Pearl will be subject to an end of month online review to help discuss what was done well, what could be better and where the Pearl needs to improve. Each Pearl will be allotted a score out of 10. The higher your score, the higher your allowance and free time.
Poor performance (1-3) : $50 per week
Average performance (4-5) : $150 per week
Fair performance (5.5-7.5) : $300 per week
Good performance (8-9) : $500 per week
Excellent performance (9.5 - 10) : $750 per week
Your score will be affected by, but not limited too, how you interact with clients, how much money you pull in during the week, your behaviour and appearance, etc.
Those with poor performances will not be allowed to leave establishment grounds until their score goes up.
A Pearl does not need to use their time off, however nor can they 'bank' it for future use.
Cash tips are not considered part of a Pearls allowance.
06.) client requests and saying no
Pearls are not permitted to reject client requests. You are nothing more then a toy for our lovely customers to play with and ; toys do not get to say no, do they?
