**There is a cooldown period of one week between each CC.
As mentioned in the front page rules, each mun is currently permitted up to four characters.

[✱] Second Character : Upvote.
[✱] Third Character : Three active threads per muse OR a blog explaining why you enjoy being here and with at least two connection requests total.
[✱] Fourth Character : Five active threads per muse OR minimum of two active threads per muse and an advertisement blog with at least two connection requests total.
**A thread is considered active if there are at least four replies per person and the latest reply was posted within 24-48 hours of requesting your additional character.
