hiatus requests
• semi-hiatus : 2 weeks, with some activity. 48 hour wait after end, or character will be deactivated. 5-day grace period before previous request is nulled.
• hiatus : 1 month, no activity required. 48 hour wait after end, or character will be deactivated. 2 weeks grace period before previous request is nulled.
note : characters will be deactivated after being left by the mun or being inactive without hiatus.
character requests
• for character change (cc) : previous faceclaim’s name and new faceclaim’s name
note : you are only allowed one (1) chance for cc every four weeks.
• for new character : faceclaim’s name and oc name
requirements for new characters:
• for 2nd character : an upvote, a complete profile for the first character and one active thread.
• for 3rd character : posting 3 connections in the connections room for the first two characters, a complete profile for the second character and two active threads on each of the first two characters.
• for 4th character : 3 threads on the first three characters and a complete profile for the third character.
• for 5th character : 4 threads on the first four characters, a complete profile for the fourth character and an ad blog.
note : all ad blogs must have the word “ad” in the title to avoid misleading anyone in the blogs.
adblog should include : disclaimer that it's an ad in the title, the description of the first four characters, connections and why you should join gohyang.
room requests
use following the format below:
• for business rooms: room title, name of owner, employee(s), summary/description of store/business.
• for non-business rooms: tagging only.
• for residential rooms: see the directory room to request in the correct format.
note : the admin team will be monitoring room(s) recently opened. if the requested room is inactive for maximum of two (2) months, we will consider deactivating it. however, you can still ask to reactivate the following room(s) for future use.
