with the development of our dearest small town, the community built the a three-storey building to cater college programs. baekseol polytechnic college, 백설 기술 대학, opens various of programs especially vocational- and technical-centered programs. with equipment up to date, both technology and scientific purposes, as well as a research facility pioneering amongst the nearby small towns. the college aims to provide resource for the betterment of gohyang.
