ABOUT THE ROLE PLAY
Previously at Sharp...
Coexistence was the motto and the main goal between the two races of humans and vampires. Ever since vampires took a step out of the shadows, humans were hesitant at first, but had welcomed them with open arms, and the vampires the same. With unspoken rules between them, vampires fed on humans who were willing to provide and support for them. Vampires walked amongst the humans, and humans walked along with them side by side. There was never an argument, never a quarrel, no violence and not an ounce of hatred towards one another.
All was simple. All was peaceful and quiet until the rogue virus broke out. To this day, how, where and why this virus was formed is still unknown. It is a virus found only in vampire blood. It takes control of a vampires body and alters their appearance and behavior into something that had crawled out of the depths of hell itself. Humans began to disappear one by one. Innocent people -- humans and vampires -- were killed, slaughtered and murdered by the hands of these people who were infected. The infected was increasing by the hundreds and fear began to grow rapidly between the two races. Those who were infected by the virus are known as rogues. Dangerous, uncontrollable, and deadly vampires.
This was when things began to take a serious turn. Humans began to protect themselves from the infected, especially the vampires as well who were not. The trust was broken, fear was iminent and chaos was everywhere. Vampires built up a wall, and so did the humans. The coexistence once created no longer existed. The bond created was no longer valid. The two races turned their backs on eachother, and the humans want nothing to do with them from that point forward.
Now it was a world that was once whole is now divded into two. No longer was there war only between humans; there was now war between humans AND vampires. Since the outbreak of the rogue virus, and the apocalyptic scale of vampires turning into vicous demons, the humans have been gearing up and working hard to protect their own by creating a societal circle of vampire hunters. Their goal is to hunt down and capture these heinous beings that have gone rogue, or those who have no sense of control over themselves that could be a danger to the human race. No one was safe.
Feeding on humans which was once so easy to obtain in the past with willing donors has now become illegal. Blood tablet and blood bags are donated by those who are gracious enough, but it is very little to feed an entire race of vampires. Humans began to make laws to keep the vampires contained. No longer was a vampire allowed to walk the night, to lure in the shadows, to feed off of humans whenever, whoever and however they wanted. Humans and Vampires are no longer friends, but enemies to each other.

RACES, COVENS & A HUNTER SOCIETY

Humans
- ordinary citizens of the world. Aware of the vampire race, the events and effects of the virus outbreak. you are prepared and careful around vampires when they are in sight. you do not trust them and you do not welcome them unlike you had before with open arms. you feel betrayed, angry and most of all, scared. the decision is yours whether to remain neutral or join the growing society of vampire hunters.
vampires
- everything was there and proveded to you and then it was all taken away so suddenly after the chaotic oubreak of the virus. Now you are defensive, highly aware and alert of everything around you. Feeding is hard to come by, blood bags and tablets are not enough -- illegal now--, and slowly, the vampire race is becoming agitated daily more than ever. you fear walking out on your own even though you are the most powerful being. what you had cherished was the coexistence between two races, and now you are dreadful, hoping things would turn around soon.
hunters:
hunters [ VAMPIRES MAY JOIN AS WELL ] (0/10)
- this group consists of humans and surprisingly, vampires (in the case that you were turned unwillingly and have a negative view on vampires) who are here to hunt down those who are infected and to hunt down those who are uncontrollabe and dangerous. when it comes to the hunt, you are relentless, unwavering and confident in your job. you are to protect your race, the human race from these hellish, henous beings. it is your job, and you do it proudly for your people.
covens:
THE CARPE NOCTEM "SIEZE THE NIGHT"
- Carpe noctem is a group that is not for co-existence. in fact, this coven despises humans and the vampires who do agree with the ideology of co-existing together. because of the outbreak, the carpe noctem is the most hated and the most vile covens out of the two ( Pro bono ). The carpe noctem is notorious for being extremely intelligent, violent, and entirely ruthless. they have no problem with turning against their own race. even if it means protecting themselves, and their bloodline.
the pro bono "for the good"
- this coven, the pro bono is exactly what it means. "for the good." this coven is for co-existing with humans. the pro bono does everything in their power to make things right, even if it means that they would sacrifice themselves to find a "cure" for this outbreak that started with the vampires first. 2. this is an au role play, keep it as such: no crack role playing or any of the sort.
3. all basic rooms, scroll rooms and important rooms have their points disabled. in order to be and stay active, you must role play in the role playing rooms.
4. inactivity starts after 7 days. *if*. in order to get rid of the inactive sign, you must role play in a role playing room. walls do not count.
5. bullying, bashing, indirect or direct shading of any kind is no okay nor allowed. any parties involved will be removed after being warned once by an admin. any parties involved will be banned for 24 hours.
6. uneccessary drama, unplotted drama, unwanted drama is not allowed here whatsoever. please plot thoroughly and let other's know so everyone can be on the same page.
7. this is not a , role play. i do not want to see people ing around in my chatroom, basic rooms or any other room other than a marked 'm' room, wall or pm's. keep that to yourself.
