@V
Hyeri was walking around the packs. Well, admittingly not around but more like going through most the packs territories. She was board and her legs had told her they wanted a walk or they were gonna cramp, so that's what she did. She liked walks, they allowed her to think more positively, or run from thoughts she didn't like. She knew she would have to circle back soon, once she reached the outer city, it being maybe the fatherest away pack from the forest. But she still went in, looking around at the peaceful buildings.
@Boram [OC] "ahh, well, there's a lot of forest to go around, if you like nature. there's also a couple lakes and waterfalls. it's really beautiful." I nodded
"what about here? what's it like in the outer city?"
@Boram [OC] i nodded excited, a little surprised at how nice you were
"that would be great. thank you!" I smiled and nodded, following you.
I giggled
"i'll try~" I walked next to you
@Boram [OC] I turned around after snapping a quick picture of a street. Oh no, i've been caught.
"sorry, i'm not." i bowed to the pretty girl.
"my names Hyeri, I'm from the forest clearing pack. I just wanted to work on some photography, is that ok?" she asked, wincing/preparing herself to get smacked.
@Boram
i walked into the outer city. gosh this place was...much much different form the inner city. it wa slike a city, but smaller, and may i say at nights, creepier?
walking along the street, i hoped people wouldn't notice me. i just wanted to see how it was down here, take some photos, i mean, i did have an expensive camera with me
@Ken [OC] Dara's cheeks flushed with his last comment, "I -er..." she stumbled over her words, struggling to find something reasonable to say. The alpha was right of course, but she wasn't aware that there was such thing as an outer city pack. She gulped slowly, smiling sheepishly, "Well.. it would help if I actually knew of your pack in the first place." she bows politely again, "I'm so sorry, it won't happen again."
"You know, for a healer, I would of thought that he was a fighter instead." she mumbles, "My apologizes, I'm terribly sorry for crossing into your territory."
@Ken [OC] Dara nearly jumped out of her skin once the other wolf had appeared out of the shadows. Damn, she already hated their strange shadow abilities more than anything already. And the fact that she could only partially sense his presence but had not acknowledged it had irritated her even more. She mumbled a quick apology, "Sorry," the word came out more feeble than she expected, completely releasing the strangled shadow wolf from her grip.
She stepped back, her hands going to her bracelet twisting the band around her wrist with building nervousness. "I didn't know of your outer city pack," she explained quickly, hoping to renew her dignity, "Perhaps your wolves could give me a friendly warning before attacking me." She shot a hard glare in the other male's direction, bowing slightly in the alpha's direction so thar he couldn't see her motion.
@Hansol [OC] "Mhm," the blonde muttered, currently rubbing her sore neck with her free hand, maybe she needed extra work on her hand-to-hand combat before entering the city again. After all, she was just a lonely female, and she definitely did not like males thinking that they could take advantage of her. Finally satisfied that her water splash had managed to catch the shadow wolf off balance, she could finally -and actually- breathe now.
Still rubbing her neck, she suddenly realized she had no motive to do anything else. After all, what else was there to do? It was pointless asking for answers and getting a straight answer from the other. But then again, it was rude enough that he had attacked her first. But it was part of her fault for getting into their territory. But hey, she didn't know they had existed either! So in the end, her conclusion was that it was no one's fault. So what now? Dara carefully loosened her grip, "Alright, I'll leave. Just leave me alone, and I'll do the same with you.' She finally mustered enough courage to speak through the thick silence.
@Hansol [OC] Dara let out a soft gasp as a wet sleeve came into contact with her neck, successfully locked her under his iron grip against the cold wall behind her. She could only make out the faint outline of his dark silhouette, but his eyes were locked in a piercing glare with hers. She took a sharp intake of air as oxygen was squeeze out of her lungs. "Then maybe you could of done it in a nicer way." she snapped back, her hands finding connecting his with chest with a futile attempt to push him away.
Strength has spilled through her arms, the lack of oxygen making it harder for her to shove the other away. Dara chokes slightly, gathering the last of her energy to swipe the male away with a slap of water in his face. As he lessened his grip, she gripped her fingers around his wrist, twisting his arm to his back, locking it in the most painful position she could muster.
@Hansol [OC] The male's answer sent shivers climbing her back, as she continued in a tight circle, still searching for the shadow-clad stranger. "Then prove it." she almost shouts out, biting her bottom lip roughly as she realizes that the last source of light that was now providing only dim lighting as the curtain of shadows darkened even more. "Prove that you're not a little scared wolf, hiding in the shadows. Show yourself!"
She turned again, a frightening feeling of dread as the alley only darkened even more. "Try me," she lets out a soft -yet nervous- laugh from the shadow wolf's order. She closes her eyes, seeing the darkness almost pointless to even have her eyes open in the first place. Searching for the male's water source, she pin-points his location, the only source of warmth, and sends a stream of water in his direction, trapping the male in the liquid. Even so slightly, she takes a step forward, keeping the male locked in her watery grasp. "And maybe this will teach you a lesson for treating your guests correctly."
@Hansol [OC] Dara raised a brow, smirking ever so slightly. There was a brief flash of confusion that came across her features before her confident, hard gaze returned again. Of course, this was the first of her hearing about this so-called 'outer pack' as she was only aware of the inner city pack. Was there really such thing as this outer city pack? Dara only left her questions to be unanswered as she continued to comb the dark shadows with her piercing gaze. The voice seemed travel in circles around her, until it stoped behind her -no, the man was definitely right behind her, even causing the hairs on the back of her neck to prickle up.
An involuntary shiver raced up her back, as her body stiffened from his cold breath. she definitely couldn't let her guard down for even a moment. She silently summoned for her element, the sound of rushing water seemed to echo around her, the liquid racing down the walls of the emptied alley before tracing a circle on the ground around her. "Well that explains it." She answers back with a strangely calm voice. "Too scared to leave your own shadow. Too afraid to even show yourself." She held her stance, prepared for the male's attack. Now she was ready.
@Hansol [OC] She only caught a small whiff of the mysterious stranger's scent before he had vanished. The heck? She turned in a frantic circle, her head turning rapidly, desperately to catch sight of the shadowed being. She didn't even have time to process the unknown scent before there was a harsh shove connecting to her back, causing her to crumple unceremoniously to the ground. She took in a deep breath, lifting her gaze in search for the dark shadow once again.
She growled, her mind finally having processed the scent. "So you're a wolf too?" her back protesting in pain as she stood up again, bitting down on her bottom lip. This was her first encounter with a shadow, but the wolf scent was unmistakable. But never once had the female met one who was able to vanish in shadows in a way the stranger had. "What kind of pack are you from?" she asked the air, keeping her eyes peeled, eyeing the shadows with a hard glare.
@Hansol [OC] Dara was too caught up in her thoughts to notice the hand that clamped over a rough force that tugged her backwards causing her lack of balance. Blinded with confusion, she struggled against the force, her silent screams unable to escape from . The unknown voice seemed to come from out of nowhere, the darkness almost loomed over her. The blond-haired female panicked for a moment, her hands automatically gripping onto the stranger's arm.
She took in a sharp, quickened breath before closing her eyes, gathering her energy to call out for her element. Almost as a second instinct to her, she jammed her elbow back into the ribs of her attacker, loosening the male's grip on her before whipping around, planting a strong kick into his side. Now that she could have a good view of the male, she sent a cold glare at the other, her eyes narrowing dangerously, "And what's your problem?" she scolded, rubbing her now numb wrists, "Was that even necessary?"
Dara rubbed her forearms, silently scolding herself for not wearing warmer clothing. Of course, the girl could dwell with the cold weather, but she much preferred to not leave her arms uncovered in the wind. She sighed softly, glancing down the busy street before she crossed, looking at the unknown signs that she couldn't read as she passed. If she was attempting to get back to the Forest, she wasn't making much progress, and each street corner looked identical to the next making it impossible for her to identify where she was.
Finally, she turned at the corner, hoping to find herself on the outskirts of town. Instead, she was greeted with another set of streets and a string of shops down the lane. Dara let out a deep breath of remorse, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. And as much as she hated to admit it, she was lost. And the empty sidewalk with fast cars passing by gave her no hope of someone with enough pity to help the lone wolf. How was she going to get home?
I used to be here in the past (got kicked out due to inactivity) and it used to be one of the most active roleplays in RPR if I recall correctly.. It saddens to see that you're having difficult at the moment. I will keep you in mind if and when I come up with a new character, but for the time being I just want to wish you guys good luck in reviving the place! I remember having a lot of fun here in the past :)
