RULES
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
For those of you students who do not wish to share a dorm with someone, or if you have a different roommate in mind, we now offer the off-campus housing arrangements, where you will be given an apartment to live by yourself or with a roommate of your choice. However, there are some regulations on who is elligible to get an apartment.
1. Do not ask to get an apartment if you're not going to use it. I cannot stress this enough. If your apartment room goes unused for 1 week upon us installing it, we will take it right back out and we will put you back in the dorms.
2. Freshmen are not elligible to live in the apartments, they must remain in the dorms.
3. You must have at least 400 AP to get an apartment for yourself. If you are planning on having a roommate, each of you must have at least 200 AP to get an apartment.
4. If you abuse this privilege, it will be taken away from you. We will put you back in the dorm.
5. Coed roommates are perfectly fine. You are off-campus, so your apartments will automatically be rated M.
6. When asking for your apartment, include ONE photo for it. Also, make sure to let us know who your roommate will be if you want one.

Post below if you are elligible to get an apartment for yourself. Please include only ONE photo of your desired apartment, and the name of your roommate if you plan to have one. We will check your points and your grade before confirming your request and giving you your apartment. It will automatically be rated for you, if you wish to have this removed, just let us know.
