@yubin Grunting in agreement, Jinki crunched away at his cereal as he listened to Yubin work things out. He nodded at appropriate times, "I'm up for it if you are." he finally said after draining the milk from his bowl and setting it on the coffee table. Chuckling, he lifted a brow at his best friend, narrowing his eyes playfully, "What if /I/ snore? You know I'm like a rock once asleep, I'll sleep through anything." Jinki reached over and gave one of her ears a gentle rub before getting up and taking his bowl into the kitchen, "I was just trying to be courteous. You never know, you might want to take someone home with you one day, and I'll be in the room, then what? You'll have with me sleeping in there? I don't think so," Jinki chuckled as he rinsed the bowl.
@jinki [ thats fine, doll! i'll try my best to adjust to what you're comfortable with ^^ ]
Yubin really did value Jinki's opinions, and she sincerely considered the advice he gave her about the apartment before, and that's why she asked him about her drums. She knew he wouldn't brush it off or give her some kind of a nonchalant answer, she knew he'd be thoughtful and try his best to help her with what she needed help with. At the proposal for the two of them to both share one bedroom, she cocked her head and looked up at him, unsure of exactly where he was going with it. "Music room slash office? Ya know, that wouldn't be a bad idea. We could get a little desk where we could keep our laptops, too. Get two chairs, and then we'd have a space for us to do our schoolwork, too. Then I'd also have my drums set up and out of the way for when I wanted to practice a bit..." Yubin on the spoon as she glanced over at the drums in the corner. What he was suggesting was not at all unreasonable, and it's not as if she would mind sharing a bedroom with him. She just might have to change a few of the habits she'd gained from having privacy, such as leaving the bathroom in simply a towel and sleeping in just a shirt and . Still, they were minor things that could be changed easily enough. Yubin raised her eyes to her roommate again and nudged him easily and playfully with her elbow, "And you wouldn't mind sharing a room with me? What if I snore?" She joked with a teasing and playful smile gracing her lips. Yubin arched one eyebrow as she continued, "Or kick or talk in my sleep? Are you sure you can handle that?"
@yubin []it didn't at alllll~ just fyi, i'll do my best to match your length, but can't guarantee it ;;; i won't give you any one liners, however. i'll stick to at least a 4 line minimum.
Having a place to really call home, a place to go at the end of the day, a place that was really theirs felt so good. As a senior, Jinki had done his fair share of time in the campus dorms, and, quite frankly, was done with the whole scene, had been done with it years ago. It wasn't until recently that he'd been able to land this gorgeous apartment for himself and his best friend, Yubin, and he couldn't be happier. There were no more smelly, worn down halls, no faulty heating systems, no ty plumbing. Everything was in its proper place and from the correct century and worked correctly. No more curfew or enforced quiet hours, and no annoying neighbors who partied until morning. Here, they could be as mature as they wanted. Or not. It didn't matter, it was their place. This morning, Jinki had crawled out of bed and made it as far as the couch, collapsing there in his old sweatpants and worn t-shirt, hair in a tangled disarray, not that it wasn't any other time of day anyway. Grabbing the remote, he mindlessly flipped through the channels, settling on a cartoon that depicted a boy in an animal hoodie and his orange talking dog. He started when a weight settled on the couch beside him, and he shook his hair out of his eyes, sending Yubin a sleepy version of his million watt smile. Crooning his thanks, he took the bowl of cereal and dug right in, crunching the pieces as his tail thumped against the couch with satisfaction. Listening, he offered a noncommittal hum and shrugged his shoulders, "There are two rooms in this apartment. I'm fine with us sleeping in one of them, I just didn't know if you were, girls liking their space and all." he wrinkled his nose playfully as he some stray milk from his spoon, "Just saying, we could convert the extra room into a sort of music room slash office."
Yubin yawned to herself as she placed the milk back into the refrigerator and bumped the door with her hip to close it. Carrying two bowls of cereal, one for her and one for Jinki, she made her way from the kitchen to living room, where he was. Clad in a multicolored comic-style camisole and short shorts set with her hair in a messy bun on the top of her head, her sandy, rounded ears poking out on either side of her head with tiny, wavy strands of blonde falling around them, she plopped down on the electric purple sectional with her roommate. Though she and Jinki were two totally different types of hybrids and it seems as though a lioness and a labradoodle would not get along in the least bit, they lived together quite easily. They rarely bickered over anything, and the apartment they shared always had a calm, friendly atmosphere. Although, that part alone could be thanks to Jinki, for he was just so positive and fun-loving. Yubin rather enjoyed living with him; she'd never shared a home with someone as close to her as he was, not even her own family and her old house could compare to what she felt when she came in from class and had Jinki there waiting for her. She was so grateful that he was her friend, and she tried to show him that every chance she got. As she handed one of the bowls over to him, she glanced at the corner of the room where her drums sat. She hadn't found the time or the space yet to set them up, and her heart hurt seeing her precious babies just slumped in the corner like that. The lioness scooped up a spoonful of cereal and chewed slowly and carefully before using her clean spoon to point in the direction of the drums.
"I still haven't found anywhere to put them, yet. I think it would crowd the bedroom too much. There's definitely no room out here, either." She sighed a soft sigh of disappointment and thoughtfulness as she shoveled another spoonful out of the bowl and glanced up at Jinki, "What should I do about them?"

I am the former admin Yubin of this /ancient/ roleplay now. A while ago, we closed down and myself as well as the other founder, who played Hyuna, fell out of roleplaying here at RPR. However, we are back now with fresh accounts and have made a revamp of this group. We would love for anyone and everyone reading this right now to join us at our new location.
