@ⓒ kim taehyung Her eyes skimmed across the pages of the book, taking in each and every word that was laid out in front of her. Everything was laid out elegantly and so well explained with just a hint of mystery. Her favourites, by far, were the Griffins, Dragons, and Hippogriffs. The world around ceased to exist as she read on, the words on the paper seeming to float around in the air and dance around her head. Slim fingers and long nails trailed across the pages and the pages beneath the pads of her fingers seemed to jump at her touch. She remembered this book as a child, thinking that all the creatures were fictional, but never once allowed her father to not go a night without reading it to her. A child's imagination was a powerful thing and soon she was conjuring the mythical creatures in her dreams. Some were kind, allowing her to converse or pet them in her dreams. But, then there were ones that would lash out at her and try to hurt her. Sangbi had a propensity to want to take care of all creatures, so the fact that some were trying their hardest to hurt her, she would be stubborn and try her best to make friends with them. A lock of her silver hair fell into her view of sight and she quickly moved it behind her ear.
Five words were spoken, five unexpected words, and her eyes went wide. Someone was talking to her? When had that changed? Slowly, her wide blue eyes lifted to look around, a male was staring at her book and she tried her best not to shut the book, get up and move to another seat. But the study hall was crowded -- it was inevitable to move to a seat that was going to be fairly secluded as this one was. Gulping softly a light red tint spread across both of her cheek. His features were very outstanding -- proportioned and leveled, a harmony blending together. She hadn't expected to find anyone else who enjoyed this book as much as she did... mainly because shd barely talked to anyone on school grounds. "O-oh," she stuttered, gaze averting back to her book, teeth biting into the inside of her lower lip. "M... me too." A small smile pulled on her lips.
@kim taehyung Quiet. That's all she needed. Having spent a well enough time in the Potions class, the explosion from a student in the back, she was nursing a headache. The pounding in the back of her skull throbbed each time someone talked -- and everyone was talking. Interactions with people was something she just couldn't do. OtherI people scared her like crazy; blame it on her parents for raising her in a purely secluded environment. Her blue eyes scanned the corridor, books pressed firmly to her chest as if it was the only thing standing in between her and these droves of people. She hugged the wall as she walked, long legs stretching out precariously as she fought her way through the students that loitered around. Her silver head ducked when people passed by her, blue eyes averting their gaze just in case someone said something. A loud gulp comes from her when she finally ducked into her next class -- study hall. Aside from the library and her own room, this class was one of the few places she could easily enjoy. It was quiet, monitored and orderly.
With a soft smile she easily took her seat at the back of the class. This way she could easily hide out of everyone's view and have her thoughts to herself. Her robes swished behind her, the air catching the bottom and making it flutter right before she sat down. For a school uniform, it was oddly comfortable to wear. She was meticulous with her things, borderline OCD when it came to their placements. Her quill always sat toon her right, within reach of her dominant hand and just below her ink. Her notepad sat at the top of the table, turned horizontally. And her schoolbook sat in front of her, open and at the ready. But this time, she sat her book off to the left and made way for another book -- it was weathered and torn down. The pages were easily turning yellow and the tips were frayed and wrinkled from her dogearring the pages. She's read the book so many time that she could recite the lines to you perfectly. It was one written by her favourite author and written on her favourite subject -- Mythical Creatures. They always seemed to fascinate her. So she sat there and delved right into the book, the rest of the world melting away.
Can Calvin have a one month hiatus? I'm pretty much just going through alot of stuff and can't emotionally handle this right now. Like, I've literally lost the will to live, to be honest.
