Dogweed and Deathcap

@lee taeyong Emma rubbed her hands together in coldness as she kept looking up and down, waiting for that boy to come. As she looked up she hard someone calling out to her. She looked up at the boy who addressed her as "You" and she sneered. She already hated him. She studied his looks and yes of course, he seemed to look like one of those rich, preppy boys. Not liking to stereotype people, she shook it out of her head and walked up to the other. He towered over her but she tried to make it seem like she was the one in charge. She placed her hands on her hips and raised her head to look at the other. "Look. Yes I know we both don't want to be here but too bad. I want to get a high score on this assignment." Emma straight into his eyes as she then started walking off towards the aisles, hoping the boy was following her.

"I have a name by the way. I'm Emma. I'm not 'You.'" She grumbled at him as she trotted off into the aisles. "I looked at our assigned potion and it says here that we need a few wolfsbane, so that's what we'll look for first." She walked around the aisles before noticing a purple flower in the distance between the mandrakes and the figs. "I mean.. You probably don't even know what it looks like." She smirked as she said those words under her breathe, hoping the other might not have heard her, but accidentally said it loudly for people to hear. She walked along towards the plant and grabbed a few wolfsbane to add into their potion. She was pretty much in for a long project with him but she desperately needed a good grade, as that was just how she is. In order to do that, she just needed to hopefully get to an understanding terms with her partner. "I- uhm.. H-How are you?" Emma tried asking her partner, not really knowing how to converse with someone as snobby as him as she turned around.

The cold wind was gusting through the alley, causing the wooden shop signs to rattle and the silver haired boy to freeze. Shoving his hands deeper into his fur coat's pockets, finding comfort in its ever lasting warmth, he carefully maneuvered around the tiny piles of snow that lay on the path. His foul mood was especially rotten today. He didn't mind the travel to and fro in search of the required materials for his new assignment. In fact, he usually left the school premises when he desired to be alone. Now, it was different. He was forced to work with some measly Gryffindor girl that would be such a nuisance. The scowl and furrowed brows painted on his features accompanied by the indecipherable eyes really expressed his bothered thoughts.

He came to a halt once he arrived at the door of the meeting place. As he entered, his leather gloves came off along with his coat and were neatly placed on a mahogany table. He left his possessions and began to stroll through the many shelves, glancing at the pots that contained magical herbs or the glass jars which held unusual liquids. The objects soon lost their luster and he grew disinterested. He scanned the room, only to notice a fellow student who seemed to be searching for someone. Taking a step in her direction, he unenthusiastically called out to her.

"You. I believe we're partners."

@lee taeyong Emma sighed as she walked along Diagon Alley, passing through the crowds of people that were shopping. She held onto her books to use for reference once she made it to the shop, dropping one or two along the way before entering the shop. It was cold day and it was even slightly snowing. She did love this season, but it did tire her a bit. She took off her coat and hanged it on her arm that was holding her books as she looked around at the wandering customers and staff that were also in the room, looking like she was waiting for someone.

"Oh no thank you." Emma smiled at the nice man who offered her a warm drink at the next shop. Yes, she would have actually agreed if it wasn't for her plans, as she was noticeably shivering in the cold. Emma waited for her company to arrive as she stood near the doors, now eyeing the many plants that can be used for her school project for her potion class. It seems as they had to make this particular hard potion and study its effects on it. Each team was assigned a different potion so Emma really didn't know how hers would have to turn out. She waited patiently in the front inside of the store as she watched the people walk by and waited. She didn't really know her partner that much, but all she knew was that he was a haughty Slytherin. She didn't even know why she was paired up with someone like him. But to her avail, she wanted to pass this project. The store wasn't crowded at all, with just maybe five or four people in the room, her eyes kept looking back and forth at the people and to the plants as she waited for her partner.
