@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} It really is!
*looks at you briefly before looking back at the fish, swimming around*
I'm glad you've never been, gives me an excuse to come
@★ Rada Piyathamdara {Rose} °nods and quietly follows you°
A master and maybe some apprentices by his or her side to help pick everything out. Everything here fits so well and its outstanding. Must have consulted a marine biologist or something
°places a hand on the glass and smiles softly°
This place is cool
°starts taking pictures with my phone°
@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} Very true
*I agree with a nod before gesturing along the path to indicate that I'm moving forward*
There has to be a master designer though, someone with the whole vision.
It's very impressive. Must be a cool job...researching the fish and their habitats and then recreating them
I wonder if they go to the places before hand. Must be nice
*continues walking through this exhibit seeing the scenery start to shift and we end up in the next one which is fish in a bunch of unique aquariums like phone booths and ones with abstract shapes*
Oooh, nice!
*shuffles over to the phone booth*
@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} Right
*reaches up to touch a leaf on a tree, to sate a curiosity*
Real. They really went all out, I wonder who the groundskeeper is
@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} I think when I get the money, I'll buy a house up in the mountains
Or build one if I have to
Just so I can have a feeling like this all the time
@★ Rada Piyathamdara {Rose} \dips my hand into the water and watches the fish swim around my hand\
I can see way. It's nice here and away from everything
@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} *hums in agreement while getting down to your level and reaching to touch the water, my fingertips barely brushing across it*
They are..I could probably spend all day here
@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} *leans against the rails of the old-style bridge to look down at the fish in the pond*
This exhibit's called Garden of Korea...basically a freshwater exhibit that's an extension of the last one
@★ Rada Piyathamdara {Rose} She does what she wants and someone did end up in the hospital because of that
I'm not. I can always snorkel and see fish that way
\hums quietly and looks off to the side\
Doesn't matter that much anyway. Life is short for regret and arguments
@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} Just don't take her. Or take her without whoever "they" is.
That's crappy of them, but I feel like you're making this more complicated than it needs to be
*shakes my head and walks across the bridge leading to the next exhibit*
Anyway, it's not that deep. Fish or don't fish, the world will still turn
@★ Rada Piyathamdara {Rose} \bites my tongue\
Most people don't get it though
They try to make her, and me, eat it. And sometimes, it can
I guess it does
@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} *laughs*
I know that, I'm not stupid
I mean, someone having an allergy has nothing to do with you not enjoying a hobby
Being busy does. That's why the second part made more sense
@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} You should have said that too, silly. Makes more sense than just saying your sister can't have seafood
*stands up and brushes off my knees before continuing through the exhibit*
@★ Rada Piyathamdara {Rose} \looks at the fish and places my hand on the tank\
They seem easy to catch
I use to snorkel and such during the hotter times back in Taiwan with friends
@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} *kneels down to see through the bottom of one of the floor to ceiling tanks*
Mm, I'm pretty sure I've caught a lot of these.
We used to go fishing really often during the summer
@☯ Lǐ Dōngyáng {Dev} *nods*
There's a lot that are named after other countires though, since they're also native there.
*point at an information plaque*
Like the Chinese sleeper or the Japanese dragonet
