@ᶜ˖⁺ yuto k。 /after i park the car near the beach, i open the door to get out of the car. We're here! It's beautiful asf indeed! Alrighty, shall we take a walk near the beach and talk about life while we get to know each other more to become closer friends? /smiles at you with curiosity with my head a little tilted to the side.
Darkness consumed the sky, only flecks of starlight paved light through the vast emptiness as the young woman watched the ebb and flow of the tide. The wind flowed through her chestnut brown hair like a gentle kiss while her slender fingers fund purchase in snow white fur of the wolf beside her. "At least I can always rely on you, Celeste..." Pressing her forehead against her familiar's, Hyosung felt herself regaining strength through their shared bond, a connection that only the two of them shared. This wasn't unusual for them, not anymore, as the young woman drew out her wand carefully dragging it through the sand as one intricate line after the next was drawn leaving behind the one thing she had left to connect her to her family: a cherry blossom.
Her eyes fluttered shut as she stood in the center letting the power seep into her body with bated breath. The warm sand buried between her toes began to dissipate with every step she took toward the shore, air slowly lifting her figure off the ground, until she was close enough to reach down and scoop up a large handful of water. But the liquid did not seep between her fingers, no, it stayed confined within her palm as she smiled down at it. With a single kiss the water separated taking on the form of two koi swirling along beside her with every twirl and jump of the young woman's dance across the shore.
This was home. This she understood. And for now, this solitude would be her happiness.
@ᶜ˖⁺ jinah i。 It was in this moment, surrounded by the cool ocean breeze, that made Baekhyun wonder why he had never visited a beach before. There was a tinge of regret but the past couldn't be changed. However, he was certain he would try to come back whenever he got the chance to next. Maybe during the day so he could fully enjoy the environment, and observe the people that inhabit the area as well. He wondered if it was just as magical when it was crowded as it was nearly empty.
Having been more of an indoors type of person, there was a good chance of him not returning in the near future. Which he was well aware of but he liked to look at himself as more than he truly was. A foolish optimist. That was Baekhyun and he never saw it as a negative point.
With careful actions he began to try to group up the sand, having heard and seen through screens about sand castles. And now, it was his turn to attempt to make one. Despite not having a pail or anything to actually make one with. Though the realization of that wasn't enough to stop him from continuing to try. Merely ending up with just a hill of sand.
His attention was abruptly torn away from his childlike actions as a voice greeted him. He wouldn't admit to the slight jump he had done in surprise before lifting his gaze to see who it was, grains of sand falling from between his slender fingers and back to the pile below. He stared at the girl in disbelief, for he had thought he had the beach all to himself. His gaze briefly dropped, taking note that she wore no shoes and he wondered if he was also meant to be barefoot. Was that normal at the beach? He hoped he didn't seem foolish for wearing them. "Hello," he greeted in return as he slowly stood up, dusting the said off of his pants afterwards. "I'm sorry, did I interrupt you?"
@ᶜ˖⁺ baekhyun b。 The night sky was marvelous tonight, clouds peppering the purple starry sky with a black grace that only nature could manage. In between the gatherings of midnight puffs winked bright stars. The contrast between cool night and beautiful light was magnificent. It thrilled the witch standing in the sand below to no end. She felt utterly alive when embraced by the night, the moon spoke to her soul, the stars enlightened her mind, and the deep black of the dark... it hugged her heart tightly. Most people found horrors in the night, however Jinah.. she found life.
Her eyes close as a breath of night air breezes past her, causing her black locks to flow along the winds laughter infinitely. The woman was dressed fully in black, her long legs hidden behind tight midnight jeans, a soft black lace camisole framed by her beloved leather jacket hugged her upper body snugly. She tilted back her head, pale features seeming to rejoice in the moonlight, blood red lips parting as though she was breathing in the essence of the dark.
A loud laugh breaks her focus. She drops her head slowly, having believed she would be the last person on the beach at this time of night. The figure sitting in the sand across the stretch of land proved her wrong. Her eyes roam across his features, able to seek him due to her affinity for the dark. He was pretty... and he seemed to be shell shocked. Did the sand have some sort of monstrous creature hiding beneath a it’s warm confines? Or did he merely wish to play in the sand like a child... she would find out. Something about him was- off.
Jinah makes her way across the beach leisurely, bare feet silently sinking into the heated caress of the sand. Her black nail polish blended in with her outfit, coming to a halt a few feet before the other beach inhabitant. “...Hello.”
An elongated sigh drifted between the boy's parted lips, eyes lazily observing the people and scenery as he approached the beach. While most were turning in for the night, Baekhyun was only just arriving. The chilled winter air breezed against his face, tips of his ears reddened in result. Though he needed some time away from home and the library, the two places he spent all his time at.
There may have been better, more warm places to go, however it was Baekhyun's first time at a beach. Despite the weather and late hour, he was going to stay. Maybe foolishly stubborn, but he wouldn't admit that fault of his. The sounds of the light waves splashing onto the shore were far more soothing than he imagined, no 8 hour sound compilation could compare to the reality of it. The mere thought brought a smile to his face, a bit of life finally showing in his previous dull eyes.
As his foot came in contact with the sand, he was more alarmed than he'd tell anyone as it squished into it; his balance quivered before he got a hold of himself, an embarrassed chuckle soon following at his own actions. With a brief glance both directions to check that no one was near, he slowly lowered to crouch while gazing at the silver hue of the sand. His head tilted in curiosity while extending a hand towards it, ever so slowly before his eyes widened as his index finger came in contact with it.
Soon, his grin widened, a wave of excitement rippling through him as he fully seated himself on the soft ground beneath himself. Scooping up sand absentmindedly and fully in his own space at the moment. No longer aware of those nearby as he acted like a child.
