Café

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} Chanyeol shrugged a bit and grinned, "I try to be. I know that sometimes having a teacher who is boring or sad can bring the mood down for students so I try to stay positive and bright throughout the day," he explained and drank the remainder of his own coffee, throwing his cup out as well. He chuckled softly and nodded, "Sounds like a plan. I'm hoping my day will be a good one too," he hummed. "Well, seeing as we have finally talked a bit to one another, don't be surprised if I start up another conversation with you soon," he grinned, playfully winking to the other.

@Park Chanyeol {Teacher} "You're a very positive person aren't you?" Jihyun said moving back to korean as well as a light chuckle. On their way down to the classes Jihyun throws her empty coffee cup in the trash can near by. "I'm hoping for a good day, yesterday was a little stressful. I need to do some lesson plans though that I forgot to do." She began to say, Jihyun was rather good at procrastinating.

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} Chanyeol smiled to the other and chuckled softly, "I got some nice coffee as well. I have a pretty good day ahead of me," he continued and his lips a bit, "What about you?" he asked and was glad that he hadn't lost his skills in English that much. Though something that did allow him to practice his English was the fact that he had relatives in America, some of which were born there so he had to occasionally speak it when it came to gatherings. And since his family was so very close, he had a large family gathering at least once or twice a year.

@Park Chanyeol {Teacher} Jihyun grabbed the door to the school and walked in making sure to hold it behind her so Chanyeol can walk in as well. "I think there will always be kids like that. Hell I was that kid my senior year I just wanted to get out." She let out a soft chuckle then finished her coffee. "That's always a good feeling, I don't think I have anyone like that this year. Yet at least. " She said then turned to look at Chanyeol as he started to speak english. Over all it was great dispite the slight accent but that's expected for anyone learning a new language. A grin spread on her face when he spoke and when he was done she clapped her hands a bit. "That was very good. Nice to meet you too Chanyeol. My name is Jihyun Kang . I'm doing great so far. The day just started, but I got some really good coffee." She responded in English, urging him to continue .

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} Chanyeol hummed as the other explained, "I mean I have some kids in my classes who don't care so much about the content and just want to pass the class," he added with a slight shrug, "But what can you do when I'm sure we all have or had a class like that at some point in our lives," he sighed. "Though I am happy that there are students who are interested in what I teach," he grinned. He blinked a few times and then said in quite good, slightly accented English, "Nice to meet you, my name is Chanyeol Park. How are you today?" and then smiled sheepishly. "How was that?" he asked, "I know it's a simple greeting, but they're important," he chuckled.

@Park Chanyeol {Teacher} Jihyun let out a soft chuckle at chanyeol's response and nodded her head in agreement. "I do suppose it would." She replied and took another sip of her coffee. "Oh yeah, that's true. I think I have a lot of students who just want to pass, Which is okay because I understand but god it's so hard to teach them. I do not pick up on languages easy at all, like I said very lucky to grow up on it." She noticed that they were nearly at the entrance of the building before looking back up at Chanyeol when he spoke again. " Oh really, I want to hear some of your English."

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} The taller couldn't help but laugh softly at the other's teasing comment and shook his head in amusement, "Well, I'm pretty sure it would be creepier if I smiled 24/7," he laughed softly. He smiled and hummed, nodding, "I can understand that. Especially since there are those who have a want to learn it but also those who pick up on languages quicker. And then you have those students who just want to pass," he chuckled. He hummed and nodded, "Well, I actually know a decent amount of English, but I know more Japanese than English," he added.

[Oops, I meant humanities not history in the last post haha]

@Park Chanyeol {Teacher} "Oh are you now? So you actually stop smiling? Interesting." Jihyun teased and felt the coffee warm her up. She smiled and took another of her coffee with a delightful hum. She really loved the taste of coffee although she needed lots of sweetener and sugar. Looking up she noticed the school and felt a little thankful that she wouldn't have to keep talking. However another part of her didn't really mind Chanyeol's company. "My students? They're pretty quite for the most part. A little rowdy towards the end of class most of the time. I mean I can't really blame them, I teach English. It's a really hard language. I was lucky enough to grow up using it in my family. It was odd to learn how to teach it actually there a lot of things you just know but don't know why it is. A lot of kids have a hard times with the rules on sentence structure and really everything if I'm being honest. There are so many rules and exceptions that even I sometimes get confused."

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} Chanyeol shrugged, "Eh, nothing I couldn't deal with so it's okay," he reassured and hummed, taking another sip of his coffee, and chuckling as he heard the last bit, "I am pretty cheerful, aren't I? Well, it's only when I'm outside and at work. At home though, you might not believe it, I'm very quiet and chill," he said. He chuckled softly and nodded, "Well, it's not something you can control anyway, so better being safe than sorry, right?" he grinned. They were approaching the school's entrance, just some metres away now. "How are your students? Good, noisy, quiet?" he asked curiously since they both taught history.

@Park Chanyeol {Teacher} Jihyun gently rolled the hot cup of coffee in between her palms to warm her up. She really was could all the time, and she didn't know why maybe just a heat regulation problem. She looked back up at Chanyeol and chuckled a bit feeling a little better about the situation. "Ah... people are weird. I hope not too mean, you seem nice. A little too happy all the time but nice." She let the last part slip out not realizing she said it out loud until a few seconds later. "All it's okay. I just have poor heat regulation, I have a blanket in my classroom, because I'm always cold. Luckily I haven't had to use it but yeah. I hate the cold."

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} Chanyeol chuckled at her reaction and shook his head to her, "No need to thank me, you just have a youthful face," he grinned. He also took a bit longer sip of his coffee, loving the slight bitter taste. He was a bit odd since he liked bitter drinks like coffee, green tea and even some herbal drinks without any sugar or sweetener. He shook his head and laughed softly, "Ah don't apologise about something like that. If you think you're rude or can't talk to people, wait until you meet the people I have tried to talk to," he shuddered slightly to emphasise how some people, in his experience at least, were not that great. "Well, hopefully the coffee will warm you up a bit. If I was wearing a jacket I'd offer it to you, but I'm not unfortunately," he chuckled.

@Park Chanyeol {Teacher} "Oh wow. thank you?" Jihyun said as almost a question, it was odd to hear him say such things about her. Even if it was simple she felt odd. She continued to sip on her coffee this time without burning her tongue the heat to coffee cup kept her hands warm. She looked up at the taller man and smiled softly. "Ah... Sorry about well myself. I don't know how to talk to people" Jihyun said and chuckled a bit. "I feel like I'm coming across as rude." She said quietly then looked back away from Chanyeol. "Uh... yeah a little but I'm okay no worries"

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} Chanyeol finally waited long enough where he knew he wouldn't burn his tongue if he just sipped at his coffee so he took a sip, humming softly, not noticing the way that the other seemed to have slightly burned herself. He nodded to the other teacher when she asked him, "It is a compliment, and you could easily pass off as being a 22 year old," he grinned, "I wouldn't say too much younger than that since you do have an air of maturity about you," he added. He chuckled softly as he heard what the other said, "I'm sure you'll look fine until later than 30... are you cold by any chance?" he asked, having noticed that the other had curled her shoulders in a bit and he guessed from the cool morning air.

@Park Chanyeol {Teacher} JIhyun didn't care how hot the coffee was she needed it now and took a small sip only to regret it by burning her tongue. However to save herself from embarrassment she played it off like nothing happened hoping that Chanyeol didn't notice. As the two walked back Jihyun wished she brought a jacket since there was a slight nip in the air. She looked up at Chanyeol and gave a small smile. "Oh really? That's cool then." She said and chuckled softly under her breath at his compliment. "Yeah? How old do I look then?" She asked curiously. "I get that a lot, I'm hoping its a compliment? I feel like once I hit thirty I'm going to age like crazy. I have awful luck.' She said and ended with a light chuckle.

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} Chanyeol hummed softly as the other mentioned cake pops since he did have an odd sweet craving every so often, "Ooh, I'll be sure to try it some time then," he smiled. He knew from past experiences of burning his tongue and mouth that he would wait a good little while before taking a sip so he just held his drink as they left together and headed back to the school, "Oh! We're the same age then," he grinned and chuckled softly and nodded, "I'm a bit surprised though since you look younger than that," he hummed, "Not that 27 is old, but I'm pretty sure you could pass off as being younger if you wanted to," he added.

@Park Chanyeol {Teacher} The persistence of Chanyeol was interesting to Jihyun, and a bit shocking. Normally people give up by now with how awkward she is. It was curious but she would be lying if she said with wasn't slightly comforting. As they waited for the drinks Jihyun crossed her arms in front of her chest and focused of the straws and drink stoppers on the table. "Yeah, they have really good cake pops. " She pitched in and grabbed her warm coffee. The young teacher didn't expect to have the conversation go on but Chanyeol persisted. "Yeah lets do that." She said and smiled a bit up at Chanyeol. "I'm twenty seven. How about you?"

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} Chanyeol smiled to the other, glad that she seemed to be at least responding to him. He already kinda knew from the moments at school that he had seen of the teacher that she wasn't the most outspoken person in the world or anything. And if her body language was anything to go by, she was obviously not the most comfortable right now, "I see, well, I've only been here a couple of times, but they seem pretty good," he grinned. He hummed and glanced over as they both moved a bit closer to the counter. Both of their orders came out roughly around the same time and the taller turned to the other, "Might as well head back together," he suggested. "So, if you don't mind me asking, but how old are you?" he asked curiously.

@Park Chanyeol {Teacher} Communications was never a strong suit for Jihyun and often found herself wanting to sprint away. "Yeah..." She said quietly hoping he would just leave. It wasn't that she had anything against chanyeol other than his seemingly lack of negative emotion. But she just wasn't prepared to talk to anyone new today. She had seen him around but never talked, if Jihyun was to meet anyone new she was to mentally prepare for it and even then she would still feel awkward. "Uh... yeah sometimes." She said looking ahead to the counter, she realized she was being a little rude so she turned to glance over at Chanyeol breifly. "You?" she asked to seem polite.

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} Chanyeol had seen the other teacher around a bit but never had the chance to talk to her or even greet her properly. So he decided that this would be the perfect chance to do so. "Yeah, I'm just grabbing it before heading to the school. You know, just a little booster to keep me going," he smiled, trying to refrain from grinning too much since he knew that it sometimes looked a little scary to some people. "Do you come to this cafe often?" he asked curiously and glanced over to the people in front of them who were collecting their orders, knowing that they probably would receive their own ones soon enough.

@Park Chanyeol {Teacher} it was one of those mornings that you just don't want to get up for Jihyun. She had woken up later than expected and wasn't able to put on a full face of make up which she feels without. She entered the cafe and waited in line for her drink the line was rather long this morning and this annoyed Jihyun. She really wasn't a patient person and hated waiting. She turned her head to see a familiar face. A co worker of her's Park Chanyeol, instantly Jihyun looked down at her phone a prayed that he wasn't walking over to her. However just her luck he was right next to her. She sighed a bit and looked up at the man with a slight nod of her head. It was rather odd to Jihyun how the man always was so happy and bubbly made her think if he was a robot or not. "Uh... yeah... you?" She asked awkwardly.

@Kang Jihyun {Teacher} Chanyeol stretched his arms slightly as he made his way down to the cafe, humming to himself as he took in the fresh morning air. He had a couple of classes that day, along with some extra work to be done, so it wasn't a bad day. Entering the cafe, he went over, ordering a latte before standing aside to wait for his drink. As he stood there though, he noticed a rather familiar figure standing not too far from him. "Oh, Ms Kang, right? Here to grab some coffee too?" he asked rather cheerfully despite most of the people in the cafe at that hour looking rather tired.

@Catherine Felton {Teacher} Boa smiled, got up and nodded. "Have a good day Mrs. Catherine." She then turned to go back to school. She needed to check on her best friend.

@Kwon Bo-ah {Senior} Catherine nodded and finished her latte. "Well I best be getting back to class. I shall see you soon Boa" she got up and headed out happily

@Catherine Felton {Teacher} She had a point. Boa nodded. "That's true. I will look into it then." That was another thing she could do. Maybe she could even save enough to open her own studio one day.

@Kwon Bo-ah {Senior} Catherine nodded "its always worth looking and seeing what they do. I am sure they would have a variety as people dont like to see the same thing every night."

@Catherine Felton {Teacher} It wasn't a terrible idea, but it probably wouldn't work. "I don't do the type of dance they usually showcase though. I might look into it though.

@Kwon Bo-ah {Senior} Catherine smiled "maybe you could look at working as a performer on cruise lines? They travel the world and pay employees well"

@Catherine Felton {Teacher} The look on the woman's face said it all. "I'm glad you enjoyed it so much. I want to travel, but it'll have to wait until after college and then I'll need to save for my trip." She really wanted to travel the world. Maybe she could find a job doing just that.

@Kwon Bo-ah {Senior} "Its beautiful Boa. Lots of friendly people, relaxing in the sun, taking a dip in the pool and enjoying the entertainment at the bar each night. It was wonderful" she smiles fondly as she remembered

@Catherine Felton {Teacher} "Oh wow. That sounds amazing. Maybe one day I can go visit and see it." She wanted to travel the world, but it would be a while before she got the chance. If she asked Godfrey for that for her graduation present, he would give it to her, but she wanted to pay her own way.
