He frowns at the sight of the bare soil just feet under his tall frame, coming down to a crouching position so he can reach all the way down and dig a hole in the center of the brown pot with the shovel he had picked up just moments ago. Godfrey finds comfort in this, smiling thoughtfully to himself as he drops the seed in its place, afterwards covering it with his fingertips. It reminds him of his teens, when he was a plant freak, collecting all kinds and storing them inside his room where the sun could hit them best. He used to love taking care of plants; buying new ones and repotting them were what gave him something to do when he was absolutely bored. Tragically, he had nothing close to a green thumb, so it was a matter of time before all his plants died and he eventually gave up--but for this, he had even the slightest hope. Everything else might've been falling apart for him--granted most of it was self-sabotaged--but this, it made him glad. Without giving it a second thought, he resumes to watering the plant, careful not to overdo it.
