SCROLL TWO
SCROLL TWO
THE START OF AN IMMORTAL BLOODLINE
A
fter the death of his mortal twin brother, the vampire had begun to terrorize and hunt down humans and animals to quench his thirst for blood. not only this, but he aslo began to turn humans for his own enjoyment, entertainment and companionship. it was a simple task. to drain one of their blood, and feed them his heinous venom so they would become just like the demonic dog that he was, unwillingly. years, decades, centuries passed and the older he became, the more bitter he acted. though he had become powerful, a leader of a newly born race, a god in a sense -- he had grown tired and weary of living a life that he couldn't get away from.
there were moments where he fell in love with human females. he treated them as they were dandelions, like fine porcelain. then their desires to become just like he was -- he became angrier and hurt. the vampire admired his human lovers as they were. those who were turned by him were out of pure lonliness and depression from being apart from his mortal twin brother for so long. he had grown from this and promised to himself that he wouldn't turn anymore humans to be like himself. then, a curse was born.
even though he had promised himself he would no longer turn anyone into a vampire like himself, his children (those he turned unwillingly) began to mass feed, attack and turn humans into vampires by the dozens. this would be his downfall; his karma for being so selfish towards his mortal brother who protected him from the world who would not accept for who he was. this was his doing and he watched it all from afar in agony and in pain as his children fed and attacked the innocent; woman, man and child alike.
the sight was unbearable to watch, and even though his heart doesn't beat, it had begun to clench painfully. the only wish the vampire had now was to sleep. to sleep forever, for eternity. whether it be in hell or with his mortal brother up in the heavens. his wish was to die, to be forgotten, to be left alone and to do this, he knew exactly what to do. during the years he had seperated from his mortal brother, he had learned of his weaknesses. holy water from the village church that could penetrate and burn through his skin. this wouldn't be enough, so ensure a quick, thorough death, he decied to make a stake out of a near by tree, which took him 2 days to create. once he had finished creating the sharp stake, he doused the tip with holy water which completed the tool that would end his life completely.
there were no hesitations, no worries, no sadness, no going back. in fact, he felt relieved, happy and once again, at peace. the vampire stood at the food of the grave where his mortal twin was buried. he raised the stake up high, above his head in the light of the sunset and peirced his chest, through his heart and out the back. his death was slow, and painful. he could feel himself burning from the inside out, and just like that, the vampire had turned into a pile of ash that was soon carried along with the breeze of the wind to be forgotten.

centuries upon centuries and the story of the first vampire began to fade along with other stories of chaos and fear. there were leaders after the first vampire had died. there were leaders after leaders, after leaders, after leaders, all controlling vampires who fed on the innocent, killed and turned for their own pure enjoyment. soon, covens were made to keep the vampires protected and safe. a circle of vampires, a small group vowing to keep the bloodline strong, but stable. no longer were vampires allowed to turn any humans into vampires. no longer were vampires allowed to feed on unwilling humans. the vow was to keep peace between the vampires and humans no matter how difficult it may be, and with this, the bloodline continues to grow.
This is completely ficitional.
