@rí чuє чασ mhm- my little escape..
I utter quietly in response to your question before falling silent as I simply watched from my seated position as you lingered in the doorway, your deep brown orbs seemingly brightening just a bit as you took in the breath taking view of nature surrounding us. hearing your soft spoken words after a prolonged moment of silence, I scooted my smaller form up upon the bed, allowing myself to lay down against my stomach as I folded my arms beneath my chin-- due to the layout of the tree house, the bed I stretched across met the outside world half way, the only thinging keeping it hidden from the attacks of nature being a small ceiling right above me. humming lowly at your words, I fixated my gaze upon the surrounding trees, my lungs inhaling a deep breath of air before i spoke
It is..
I always find myself the most at ease when i'm not in my usual setting. nature in general is just...calming.
@lєє mínhчuk wordlessly following you through the sea of trees, I couldn't help but occasionally press closer to you to keep from being separated too far throughout the journey to where I'd had no idea, but when we shortly after arrived at a set of spiraling stairs, my eyes lifted to the sky to take in the surroundings, and spotting the little house within the trees. eliciting a gentle hum while we made our way up the stairs and across the bridge, I took a moment to look around from the new height, and a light smile found my lips as I stared at the sky for a long moment of silence, though when you spoke of course I turned to look back down in your direction
This is your little escape from reality, I take it...?
with a small tilt of my head, I follow behind as you move inside, though I can't help but stand at the doorway and peer outside for a moment longer
...It's beautiful, Min.
i murmured in response when I finally turned back to look over at you once again
@rí чuє чασ keeping a firm hold on your hand, I lead you through an abundance of tall oak trees, weaving between them left and right before I came across one that stood out from the others. connected to the large tree was a spiraling staircase that spun around the thick trunk of the tree, the upper landing soon widening and spreading into a long bridge that stretched to another tree on the far right. with a gentle tug of your hand, I lead you up the stairs and across the rickety bridge, the railing covered in dangling fairy lights that illuminated the darkness that surronded us due to the night sky, and within a minute or so, we find ourselves standing at a small entry way of a brightly lit tree house, the only furniture seated inside the space being a bed, a chair and a desk that pressed against the far right wall.
This is where i hide out sometimes when i'm...not okay-
I whisper after a moment and carefully tug you inside, settling myself down onto the edge of the bed
tugging myself up onto the floor of my tree house, I settle down upon the wodden ledge, my chest rising slowly as I took in a rather deep breath before I released it in a heavy exhale, the puff of air pushing my bangs off of my forehead slightly as I tilted my head back in order to gaze upon the night sky, the brightly lit stars twinkling against the blackness
