In loose-fitting cotton clothes, Kallistae traipsed about the deck of the ship. As Jinhai's first mate, she had the run of the place. She had come out of the water a few hours ago, the sun and the wind drying cotton-candy hair in locks that whipped about her shoulders whenever the wind rose. She spun in a circle on the deck, bare feet slapping against the wood as she giggled, head tilted up toward the sun. She was free, lightweight, happy! Happy in a way that she couldn't be on the land, even if her brother had made it her home and became so sweet toward the life he had built for himself. Well, whatever, Vos had room for her aboard Jinhai's ship and aboard the old man's ship she'd stay! He was like another older brother, anyway, one who was more fun than strict Akaedi. (Even if people claimed her birth brother spoiled her, he was strict! Kallistae was one to disagree with the claims of her preferential treatment, anyway.)

A sudden change in temperature had the first mate scowling. "Someone get the captain," she commanded, her dancing halted by the ice that began to creep along the wood. She drew the cutlass at her hip and pointed it at the epicenter of the frost. As a voice spoke to her, the voice of a woman, she lashed out with her weapon, cutting at the air. "Show yourself!" Kallistae ordered. "What is your business aboard the Xiao Wangzi? Do you know who we are?!"

@♆　Kallistae Vitriya It had been a while since Celes has abandoned his body of flesh and escaped to his pure elemental form, and he had yet to recover. Aching for entertainment other than bothering his master, who wouldn't even give him a hug!, he had gone out to play in the mountains among the snow and ice. That had been fun for a while, but it was so lonely up there. With the ice that dusted the wind, Celes travelled back down to the people. The wind carried him towards the ocean and finally out to the open sea. Celes, in the form of scattered snowflakes and a biting chill, swept over the sea. He had never been out this far before and he was eager to get back, but the problem with being a snowflake was that he went where the wind went - unless he could anchor himself to something else. For several days he wandered aimlessly, turning the wind and waters cold until the wind carried him to a ship. And on that ship were many people, but Celes was most interested in the girl with pink hair. His presence on the ship was announced by a thin layer of ice coating the rails and mast. Some people started to shiver and cursed the volatile weather. Celes, who was felt insulted that they didn't appreciate his refreshing nature, made it a little bit colder for all those who complained. Served them right! He had feelings too. He settled on the girl as a tiny snowflake in her hair, but his presence was elsewhere on the ship as well. "Hello~", he whispered into her mind, quietly, timidly, not wanting to startle her. "You have lovely hair~..!"
