@† kim hyunjung Training troops hadn't been something Sabine had actively engaged in for centuries so when she was asked to help with security her first reaction had been confusion. After a bit of prodding she eventually agreed and a few days after that she found herself on the way to the gymnasium clad in her full set of armor. Charcoal black leathers strapped over a similarly colored chemise, high boots, and a helmet; all adorned with jet black feathers. She looked fearsome and intimidating despite her shorter stature and the few humans that saw her immediately took off in the other direction. Yeah, just like old times.
Sabine entered the space and immediately began looking for her contact, blue eyes quickly scanning the few inhabitants using the facilities. One of the humans caught sight of her and nearly dropped the weight had had been using onto his feet, causing her to roll her eyes. The other immediately started laughing at him but by that time she had found her target and strode over confidently.
"You must be Hyunjung, yes? I'm Sabine. It's a pleasure to meet you."
@† sabine Hyunjung finds no problem in asking a veteran vampire for a one-to-one combat lecture and learn any tips they can offer. What did not sit well with her was how she was told her team's monthly performance weren't up to standards. Again. The consequences of having rookie vampires with unpolished skills in her team perhaps. Hence, after asking around for solutions, she was told to find a vampire by the name Sabine for tips she could train her team with.
She did. Though she doesn't particularly know why. They simply told her, 'You'll know once you've met her'.
Grateful the older vampire agreed in teaching her combat tips, she arrived to the gymnasium earlier than planned. There were a couple of humans working out with the provided equipment, face contorting as they attempt to lift weights. An action Hyunjung now find easy to do. It was one of the advantages she came to like as a vampire--if not the only one. Though she'd like it more if she had that power as a human. If only...
The vampire tore herself away from the humans and turned to the direction of the gymnasium's entrance, checking whether there was any sign of the older vampire.
@☩ odessa If there was one nice thing Hakyun had to say about the Blood Farm it was that having proper facilities to exercise and train in was a blessing. While hunters could - and did - find ways to train outside of regular gyms and facilities, those working in the underbelly of the hunting business like Hakyun often didn't have access to proper equipment. Especially if they moved around as often as he did. It's not like one could just carry an entire personal gym with them across the country.
So after he had first arrived at the facility, when Hakyun wasn't busy giving blood or sniffing out vampires relating to his current mission, he could be be found in the gymnasium several times a week. Most of the time he sequestered himself to the side room of the gymnasium with the weightlifting equipment, and after each workout he would take a cooldown lap around the indoor track. Sometimes he would spar with other regulars, though not too often, since he didn't want to attract the attention of vampires too closely.
He had just finished taking a break from his personal workout, using the time in between to stretch his limbs, when a familiar face entered the room. Hakyun grinned and waved, signaling for her to come over as he smoothly pulled himself up from the floor. "Odessa," he said warmly. "I was wondering when I'd see you today."
Can I ask two questions?
I was thinking about requesting San and I don't see him on the masterlist so could I, please, request him?
And if I make him a financial donor to the blood farm, are there any specific things he had to do or are there any requirements for financial donors in the world? I'm sorry if it seems like a stupid question. I just want to be sure. ><
