@☨ kim minjeong The humid air was the first thing that welcomed her when she entered the cave. It was dark, and she couldn't barely see anything except the light. But without Winter on her side, she didn't want to take the risk of roaming in the cave alone. Not after what happened in the bush earlier.

In the silence, she suddenly felt a tap on her shoulder that caused her to jump in shock. She almost screamed if she wasn't seeing Winter's remarkable red eye. The human looked at the cave's depth in doubt before nodding her head. Well, so far, Winter has proven herself that she is dependable. So she took a deep breath before walking further.

@☩ kim jisoo winter followed jisoo's scent and led her to the cave where jisun is waiting for her little sister, she sees jisoo and taps her shoulder. "let's go, jisun is waiting." she told her before making their way to the inside of the cave where they both so a crackling fire and some things inside. winter smiled at the human, "your sister is inside, go ahead. i'll keep watch from here."

@☨ kim minjeong It was so dark that she could barely see anything. But one thing was for sure, the bush that she went into was full of roses. She knew it from its strong scent and how her skin was scratched from its thorns. Her focus was stolen the moment Winter whispered to her. She squinted her eyes so that she could see a spot pointed by the other girl. There was a light in the distance.

Jisoo nodded once. "Yes, I see it." She spoke in a very low tone. She looked at the vampire and blinked. "Take care of this? What do you..." But before she could finish her word, the red-eyed girl already gave a sign for her to run.

"No... no... no... this couldn't be good." Jisoo mumbled to herself as she started to run as fast as she could. The light was the signpost. She had to get there before something bad happened.

But too bad for her...

"Aww!"

She stumbled upon a big rock and hurt her knee. Blood started to fly out of the scar but the female human tried her best to ignore the pain. She rose up and limped to the cave.

winter keeps on using her power to manipulate the vampire but it might cause for the other personality wake up, she's trying to keep jisoo safe from them as she once promised jisun to her. "jisoo listen to me..." she whispered as she looked at the human, she pointed her finger to a glowing light inside the cave not far from them.

"see that light over there?" she asked, "that's where your sister is waiting, just run towards it and don't look back. i'll take care of this, okay?" winter instructed and focused herself on keeping her illusions up, "on my mark... go." she tapped jisoo as she prompt her to run before she goes up to attack the vampire. she got a huge rock on her hand and starts to bludgeoned his head with it, but she stopped in the middle of the fighting when her red hues turned to blue, indicates that minjeong woke up. "what the-" she dropped the rock and went down to see the vampire still conscious but was punched on the face, "so you're the imposter!" the vampire said and strangled minjeong. she groaned, "imposter-? w-what do you mean- ackk-" she tries to get away from her grasp. when she was strangled hard, her eyes rolls upward and turned red once again, she kicked his groin and got away before pushing him against a sharp and broken branch of a holly tree, impaling him through his heart and ended his life.

the female vampire pants softly and fell down on her knees, she felt her head is splitting and holds it, groaning also. then blue hues overtook her left eye as minjeong takeover half of winter's body, "w-what the hell is going on?!" she panicked as she looked at the dead vampire in front of them. "friend of yours?" winter calmly replied, "ben might be a but he's my friend!" minjeong exclaimed and looks around, "why am i here? w-who-who are you?!" she added. winter used her right fist and punch her own face with it, dismissing minjeong's personality and her eyes went back to full red. she groaned and shakes her head, "should've punched myself before..." winter muttered and got up before walking to the cave.

@☨ kim minjeong The night air was so cold that the hairs on her neck stood up. Once in a while, white steam escaped her lips. She breathed a sigh of relief when she heard the other's answer. "Okay then... I need to get through this dark alley before I finally could see my sis..."

Her sentence was interrupted when she felt Winter's pull. She didn't know what caused the red-eyed vampire to do so, but somehow she thought it must be bad. "What is it?" She whispered. Her voice vibrated. Her body was shaking with fear.

She ensured there wasn't a bit of space between her and WinterWinter as they hid behind the bush. Jisoo tried her best to enhance her hearing; that way, she could prepare herself for danger.

@☩ kim jisoo she felt the other's grip on her arm, the human was very weary of her surroundings but does not have the same perception with her. she could already see the light in her sight, "almost there..." she whispered to her but then she stopped. there was another footprints, coming towards them. "hide. let's hide-" winter quickly pulls jisoo to a thick bush and hearing that the footprints is getting louder and louder, it was another vampire. he was lurking, looking for some escaped humans.

she kept jisoo close as she makes an illusion to engulfed them, not to be seen by him. winter's power is just temporary, she never used it in a long period of time but she must hold it a little longer until the other vampire starts to turn away to an opposite direction.

@☨ kim minjeong She didn't have enhanced eyesight like vampires. Thus she tried her best to not hit the wall and make noises. Luckily she was well trained enough to walk like a cat, steady, fast, but did not produce any sound. So after minutes that felt like years, they finally made their way out of the building.

She gripped Winter's hand tightly. Afraid she might fall and... afraid there would be bad things waiting in front of them. "Is it still far?" Jisoo whispered.

@☩ kim jisoo she nodded at the other before they start going out of the storage room, winter's very well verse at remembering the patrols around the farm. she always have a feeling of reassurances whenever she sneaks out of the farm, she wasn't afraid of the vampires who seems suspicious of her actions.

winter accompanies jisoo out of the farm as they went to the west side of the farm and through the bushy parts and dozens of tree around the area, she opens her phone and looks at the map on which way they are going to walk. "careful, rocky ground ahead." she told her as she hold the human's arm so she won't fall off. once they went through the rocky areas, she could already see a light inside the cave. the cave where jisun was about to meet her little sister.
