@✿ j. chaeyeon as the young girl rambled off her reply to him, jeonghan couldn't help the way his brow arched in half-hearted amusement. does she know how to breathe? he asked himself, realizing that any sort of pause was missing between the words that flew from . he didn't bother to interrupt her speech, knowing fairly well that it would be difficult to get a word in when someone was so ... high strung at the moment. taking a glance down towards the wet patch on his shirt, he mentally noted that he would have to throw the piece of clothing into the wash once he got back to his apartment, silently thanking whatever godly being their was above that this wasn't one of his favorite article. when her apology reached his ears, his attention shifted back over to the fidgety female, the space between them now occupied by the brown bag that was brought along with her. a low hum surfaced within he depths of his throat, a pregnant pause being held between the pair before he spoke, his voice harboring a nonchalant tone. "you don't have to keep apologizing, you know." he stated, his gaze falling towards the cold drink in his hand as he lifted it to take a slow sip from the protruding straw. once satisfied, he nudged his elbow against the brown bag, unaware of its contents. "is this part of the piece offering too?"

@✿ h. hyunjin oblivious, yeonhee continued giving the cute kkami her attention and all the pets should could give. the way the little dog moved was just so endearing to her and it brought the utmost joy to her face. listening to the owner's words made her giggle, kkami was just so cute!

"that's adorable! you probably can't resist such a sweet face for brushing..." she commented before giving kkami one more pat and straightening up so she could look the owner face to face. "sorry, i wasn't able to catch your name. like i said before, i'm yeonhee! what's your name?"

@✿ c. eunwoo "hehe..." she grins sheepishly as he fusses over her. her right knee hurts and she has a suspicion that she may have even ripped the fabric of her sweats open but while his attention is nowhere near her legs, she decides to distract him. "so does your manager know you're out right now? do you have to always report to him?" it's a question meant to distract, but mina is genuinely curious if celebrities need to always keep their managers updated on their whereabouts or what they're doing.

@✿ k. mina "woah, woah careful! what happened?" his expression forms into a frown upon hearing something came up on the other line making him feel worried but once she reassures him she is fine, his expression softens and as he turns his back towards her direction, eunwoo waves back and flashes a warm grin towards mina after dropping the call. "hey, you. i thought you got hit or something." he walks towards her and puts an arm around her shoulder to sort of comfort her a bit as he check on her elbow and arms. "good thing you didn't get any bruise or scratch"

@✿ c. eunwoo the ring of her phone halts her steps. accepting the call, she brings the screen to her ear. "eunwoo! i'm almost theree. just right- ow!" in her extra care to make sure there aren't any cars before crossing, despite this part of the city being quiet at 2AM unlike the city center, she fails to see the pothole cover looming right in her way and tripped, landing on her knees. somehow, she managed to save her phone from hitting its fate on the rough concrete. "i'm okay!" she exclaims before eunwoo can ask, cheeks pink despite there being not a single soul around to see her trip. the park comes into view, a single car residing in the parking lot and beside it, eunwoo. grinning widely, she waves her arm to grab his attention.

@✿ k. mina as soon as he sees a parking slot nearby, he immediately positioned his car and stops the engine as he is about to hop out. eunwoo fishes out his phone from his pocket and starts ringing mina's phone while walking towards the empty bench in the park and looking around—making sure no one is following him. it's quite difficult to walk around without being followed by photographers or paparazzis. anyway, he doesn't care much in case people begin to recognize him. once he hears her jolly voice in the background, a smile draws in to his lips. "hey, flower girl. i'm already here. where are you?"

@✿ k. yeonhee "hi y--" hyunjin stopped himself from speaking, clearing his throat quietly in hopes of drowning out the embarrassment. the dog. she was talking to the dog. kkami was very glad to be meeting a new friend, the little dog always ready to have someone new give him all their attention. hyunjin smiled as he watched the girl pet at the furry little one, who almost wiggled excitedly from all the attention.

"oh! thank you," hyunjin's cheeks bloomed with a soft pink, embarrassment coloring his face as he lifted a hand to rub at his nape. "yeah, kkami's a bit spoiled. he really does love his bedtime pets, sometimes he even brings me his brush."

@✿ h. hyunjin at hearing the adorable name, yeonhee immediately let out a coo. "kkami! what a wonderful name- hi there, kkami! i'm yeonhee, it's nice to meet you." she replied, immediately reaching out her hands to let the dog sniff. her heart melted as she crouched down to be able to be closer to the adorable dog. watching kkami carefully, she immediately smiled brightly when he let her his head gently, scratching behind his ears lightly. as expected from such a fluffy dog, his coat was so soft to .

yeonhee looked upwards at the young owner with a bright smile. "kkami is so precious! thank you for letting me pet him." she glanced downwards again to pet his back and smooth the fur there. "he has such a lovely coat as well, you must spend lots of time taking care of his fur?"

"kkami, be careful," he calls out carefully to the pup, not like he's listening, before offering to help set things up, setting his own dessert down, making sure the food is out of reach from the dog. "of course i brought him, he got excited over the idea of coming out for a playdate." nodding firmly, hyunjin sat only once the chairs were set up, grinning as kkami made his rounds eagerly. "okay wait, anything else? do we need any more set up and help?"

beams with excitement seeing the little dog running between the four of them as they get set up. "Hey Hyunj! He's so damn cute! Look at him!" Follows Yoongi to the spot where the blanket is being laid out, giving a quick, "I got you bro." as he begins to open up all the chairs beside the blanket.

"Can't ever be too prepared!" He grins at Chan, relieved to have some of the burden taken off his shoulders and shakes out the blanket. "Hello lads, kkami." He spreads the blanket out across the grass, and puts the hamper down in the middle. "Chan you mind setting the chairs up?"

he chuckles to himself at chan's comment, gladly handing over some of the drinks but also helping to set everything out and up. popping open one of the bottles of juice he brought with him and immediately turning at the sound of another voice as well as the little doggo scuttling between all of their feet. "yo! you really brought him!" he says, reaching down to pet kkami as he sniffs about and cooing at how small and fluffy he was. "nice to see you, king!"

quickly, he's heading over with kkami tucked under his arm to make it easier than worrying about his tiny little legs. "im here, im here, i swear!" holding up a small thing of cupcakes for dessert, he sets the little dog down who immediately begins to wander between the boys, sniffing as there's movements. "i brought cupcakes, and kkami! he doesnt bite, i promise."

hears a voice looking over to see JaeJae making his way over, walking over to assist with the drinks until he hears another, seeing it's Yoongi stopping in his tracks seeing how much he also has stacked in his arms. "Why do you both have so much stuffed in your arms?!" points at JaeJae, running over to Yoongi to assist carrying a few items, "I'm gonna help him carry these."

"I'm here, I've got the blanket." He waddles over, encumbered with four camping chairs on one shoulder, a blanket tucked under the armpit and a heavy picnic hamper on the other. "I brought mimosas and those clinky glasses."

next to arrive, and with a bunch of drinks tucked under his arms and in hand, he wanders about looking for chan and everyone else at first, seemingly lost but somehow spotting chan just as he was about to stop and text. "yo! what's up!" he calls out, making his way over. "you need help setting up?"

/seems to arrive first, finding an open spot to set the basic of food down at, quickly whipping out my phone to send a text to the group when I realize we haven't decided who's bringing the blanket or if wanted to use of the gazebos./

@✿ k. yeonhee hyunjin himself was glad to have his day off, and so with his free time, he wanted to take little kkami out for some time in the sun. for once, the sun wasnt bearing down unfairly hot, so he felt it was safe to bring the little pup outside. so with some cool water in a thermos just in case, and an umbrella in his free hand in case it got too hot, hyunjin took his dog out for some time out in the sun. thankfully, the dog park wasn't too crowded, so once he made sure it wasnt too bad, he stepped into the grass and watched kkami prance through the grass nearby. just as he was bending down to unhook the dog's leash, he saw someone walking up to him.

a pretty girl, at that. hyunjin's face lit up, ready to greet her, but the first thing past her lips was, in fact, about the dog. no problem, kkami did somehow manage to get lots of attention. "hi, yeah, of course. this is kkami, kkami be nice," he squatted down, giving the little dog a pat on the head before unhooking the leash, to which immediately his pup began sniffing at the girl's hands.

@✿ h. hyunjin finally with a free day to herself, yeonhee was glad to finally get out to the park in what felt like forever. after being launched with little notice to shoot a hand modelling campaign for a glitzy lotion brand a four hour plane ride away, she was glad to be back in her home and in familiar territory. the park was predictable, she could take the route she usually did to be able to visit all the flower beds and see what the season brought in terms of blooms, and she could also sneakily dog watch and ask sweetly to different owners to pet their lovely dogs. today was no different, and she had her eyes set on a beautifully fluffy dog that she absolutely had to pet. it was for the serotonin after all!

approaching the owner with a bright smile, and eyes that really didn't see them at all (she was much too focused on the cute dog), she asked politely, "hi there! you have a really adorable dog, may i pet them?"

@✿ y. jeonghan "both." no time to come up for any bull excuse, she blurts out her answer, a pained expression drawn on her face. she half-expected for things to go this way, but would a little fantasy that she'd conjured up in her head gonna hurt her? no. sadly, it was just too far fetched to begin with. "sorry, i was actually hoping that i would do my introduction correctly this time because i've rehearsed it in my head before i even asked you to meet up. but, of course, jung chaeyeon does not follow her own plans." she sighs exasperatedly then, rubbing a closed fist on her temple, just as her eyes land on the drink that's now in his hold then at the paper bag now on her lap - a bit of dirt coating at the bottom. she does not remember where that came from; it never left her hand after she got it from the bakery. whatever. "i'd like to thank you for meeting with me, though," she says, looking guiltily at him while a crooked smile is stretched on her face, "i know we started on the wrong foot and i never got to properly apologize for the thing.... i told you the last time we saw each other. best believe that i had no ill intentions about it. that's why... i came here bearing gifts as a peace offering." eyeing the wet patch on his shirt, she laughs awkwardly, holding out the dirty paper bag and placing it on the space between them, "but i bungled to even do the 'peace' part of that... so, i'm sorry for that, too."

@✿ j. chaeyeon jeonghan wasn’t a people pleaser — he wasn’t the kind of person to cater to someone else’s feelings, especially when they didn’t get off on the right foot. so why was he doing this? why did he agree to a meet up before a session that he wasn’t even sure he wanted to commit to? with a heavy sigh heaving past his lips, he perched himself down on a bench that faced the high fountain located in the middle of the park. dropping his equipment bag to the left of him, he took a moment to gaze out towards the running water, listening to the soothing sound of it hitting the carved gravel. at least their meeting took place at the park — his most desired hang out. there couldn’t be anything better than a nice autumn breeze paired with the colors of the changing leaves surrounding him. after a minute or so, he pulled his attention away from the fountain and down to his cell phone, the device having been pulled out of his pocket not long after he had sat down. ten minutes had passed after their agreed upon time. where was she? he had half a mind to get up and walk away — but he wasn’t that kind of person. he made an agreement and he was going to stick to it. besides, the girl seemed adamant on buying him bubble tea to make up for their first encounter and he couldn’t turn that down. swiping right on his phone, he was getting ready to call chaeyeon until he felt the impact of a cup hit his chest, its contents almost spilling onto his shirt if it hadn’t been for the lid that was placed upon it. blinking rapidly, he grabbed hold of the cup to keep it from dropping before meeting his gaze with whom he was supposed to meet. she looked just as startled as he did — and a bit guilty. noting her demeanor, he let a small breath of air slip from his lips before reaching over, picking up the bag of pastries that had fell between her feet just seconds after he had received his drink. setting the bag on her lap, a brow quirked in an upwards direction. “are you always this clumsy? or am i making you nervous?” he remarked, having an idea as to why her behavior was so skittish — they had gotten off on the wrong foot before.

@✿ y. jeonghan ever since she was a kid, chaeyeon is very much aware that she can't read the room. it got her into trouble, dragged her in awkward situations - yoon jeonghan, a not-so complete stranger, is, unfortunately, a victim of this stupidity of hers. and so, armed with a paper bag of her favorite doughnuts and the boba milk she saw him carrying once, she takes each step towards their meeting place with renewed determination, ignoring the many looks that she's getting when she passed by them. she's too busy practicing what she's going to tell him, after all. introduce herself. hand over her peace offering to him. sit next to him. thank him for giving her a chance to set things right. then give him the whole rundown of what she wants from him. easy-peasy. a well-oiled plan. simple and precise - oh! and better not mention about the whole dead girlfriend thing, too. with another nod of her head, she readies herself for the upcoming battle, smiling when she sees him sitting at one of the benches facing the huge fountain. but then... once she stops in front of his form, she blanks out. for a long time. then, she sits next to him, shoving the cup of boba to his chest that the impact had the plastic lid bulging, contents almost bursting out of it had she not controlled her grip on it. "i - " she starts, eyes wide with horror, before retracting her hand, the paper bag of pastries sliding down her lap and falling to the ground in a silent thud. who said she was good at carrying out her plans, anyway? she's not.

@✿ y. kihyun Yongbok was waiting on the blanket he had put down. after some time drawing, he looked around to see if he could find his brother. getting distracted so now and then by butterflies, that he knew he would draw later. when he followed a butterfly with his eyes he blinked getting up excited. his eyes had fallen on his older brother who seemed to look for him. "Hyung over here~" he waved at the other male and smiled happily "waa you looking good~" he said with a chuckle

@✿ l. yongbok Kihyun checked his watch to make sure that he go enough time to prepare everything for a little hang out with his brother, making some drinks that both of them likes and also some cakes as well for this little picnic. Putting everything in the bags as he finish packing, telling his staffs and manager that he would be leaving and won't comeback till tomorrow. Getting into his car before driving to the park where they would meet each other, feeling a little excited that he could hangout with his little brother. It's been awhile since they met each other, they had been busy with work and study. Soon arrived at the park where the picnic was set, getting out of his car before grabbing everything prepared before walking around to search for Yongbok.

@✿ y. kihyun Yongbok smiles happily. He was gonna hang out with his brother and that always made him smile. He had his bagpack on his bag that he always brought with him. It had some of his art supplies and medication and other stuff he might need. But he also brought an other bag with a blanket in it and two bottles of fruit juice. He had texted his brother to meet at a spot they hang out before. It had been a while. So it made him even more happier. He aribed at the spot and opened the bag taking out the blanket and placed it down. With a little jump he let himself sink on the ground on the blanket. He took out his sketch book and started sketching to kill time while he waited. The younger worked on some beautiful flowers he had passed on the way.

@✿ k. seulgi jinyoung took his time strolling through the park, his pace as casual and relaxed as he possibly could make it when in reality there was a feeling of nervousness that had become a particular nuisance to him in the last hour or so, however long it had been to discuss to meet up with seulgi and share some of his homemade beignets.

why was a chef out of all people nervous about sharing some of his work? maybe it was the first time since his days in culinary school that he was standing face to face with a person while they consumed the food he prepared.or maybe it was the change of setting, out of the comfort of his restaurant where people came with the purpose of eating his food with the knowledge of how it tasted of some extent in contrast of seulgi who was simply trusting him when he compliments his own work, which usually he is confident in.

his eyes took a scan across the scenery to search for the female. "green shirt-" he uttered to himself as he looked for the said green shirt. upon finding the face matching the pictures in her profile, dressed in the green shirt as promised, he was changing his path to move towards her, waiting until he was close enough to call out to her with a simple shout of her name, offering a friendly smile as he did so.

Seeing as business is slow for the day, Mina decides to close up shop for a little break (whilst crossing her fingers that her grandma would never hear wind of this). With just her phone and wallet in her dress pockets, she strolls to the nearby park.

At almost 10AM, the heat is still bearable. She finds a bench to occupy and settles. The quiet is welcome, comforting even. Leaning fully against the back rest, she closes her eyes, letting the sunlight warm her face and gentle wind soothe her heart.
