@hwang hyunjin wookjin's eyes tore from the displays on the walls to the tall man behind the counter, his gaze and demeanor professional in a no-nonsense kind of way but wookjin wasn't put off by the serious expression. a light, friendly smile crossed his features as he approached the man. "well..." he paused, uncertain in how to phrase his request as he really didn't have a clue what kind of weapon he even wanted. nor if the man had every worked with steel of this caliber. he guessed right, this was the current apprentice of the shop so he was still in the learning stages but wookjin had heard he was quite good. "well," he started again with an uncertain of his lips. "i have need of weapon to be crafted...from some steel i brought from my homeland. it's a bit finicky though...have you ever smithed valerian elf steel before?"

@jung wookjin It was another day at work, the smells of the melted metal, fire, and even some charred pieces that fell off here and there. Loud noises from the hammers constantly hitting the anvil, flattening out the metal that would be turned into weapons. Hyunjin was also working the customer service today, something he had a bit of trouble with because his face had always looked so mean and serious. Today, however, had been a bit of a slower day so there wasn't a bunch of work for him to catch up on. He looked up as he heard the light bell to announce another customer coming in, Hyunjin looked up to see who he would be helping, it was the elf who owned the bakery. Hyunjin has seen him here or there, and had wondered if the rumors he had was true. "How can I help you?" He asked as serious as ever, if the rumors were true he'd possibly be finding out soon.

@hwang hyunjin wookjin was no expert in the realm of crafting weapons. while he could craft sweet creations like no other, this was something he needed a little more help on. he knew how finicky valerian elf steel could be; it was extremely sought after and prized for it's ultra light weight, while also being some of most deadly material when honed and sharpened just right. wookjin had his own sword that he traveled with from his homeland to settle here in rigbarth; he kept it in good condition by sharpening it often and keeping it in a cool, dry place to avoid any rusting. he didn't have any need for it here, but as he lived alone in his own little cottage, it was always a good idea to have some form of protective. when he traveled to rigbarth, besides his sword, he also carried a solid block of the steel with him for 'you never know' purposes. it was silly when he thought about, but now he wanted to actually put it to some good use instead of it just sitting in his attic. so, on his next day off, wookjin placed the block of steel in a canvas bag and headed off to the local smith shop. the block practically weighed nothing as he took off across town, and he knew in that moment why so many folks would shed blood for this material. he clutched the bag a little tighter to himself as he neared the town's center, and approached the shop. the smell of melted metal was strong and his sensitive nose scrunched up a bit from the oder, but he smoothed out his expression with a deep breath before he entered inside and a light bell announced his presence. he paused in surprise when he saw the various weapons lining the walls, not used to being around such weapons and other various metal objects.
