Police Precinct

@Dylan Wang Yonghoon looked curiously at Dylan as he spoke. He could see or at least guess what Dylan would be thinking about. "Hey, even if you two are too busy to spend couple days away from worm you can still come for couple hours just see the place and have some fresh air. A little change would be nice" He added with a reassuring smile nothing to Dylan's words "I will be careful even though they do seem nice, I have a feeling that it will be a fun trip and I will make sure to take lots of photos to show you"

@Jin Yonghoon Dylan listens to his older brother as he slowly nods in response.
Maybe Yonghoon was right? But Dylan was also super busy during the holidays so it is hard for him to get away from work.
His brown orbs shift from his brother to the wall before back to Yonghoon as he listens to who he is sharing a cabin with.
“Evan and San? I’ve seen them around but don’t personally know them. Overall they seem decent…? But still be careful out there, okay?” He adds to his sentence as his lips part to emit a small yawn.
“Getting sleepy..but yes I would love to visit. I have missed them dearly-“

@Dylan Wang "why? It will be a nice break and a good chance for the two of you. Paing seems to love you so much and I bet he would be happy to be with you on this trip" Yonghoon would be more excited to spend more time around his brother and his lover.
"I got the information and the key, I will be spending time with this army guy San and Evan, I heard he is a surgeon but I don't know much about them, do you know them?" talking about their parents made Yonghoon sad "let's visit them when you have the time, it won't be a far travel but let's go after we are back from the trip okay, it will be before your birthday, they will be happy to know you are alive even if they don't remember"

@Jin Yonghoon Dylan is surprised by the suggestion of sharing a cabin with Paing, he raised a brow as he shrugged.
“I don’t know yet…I think Paing and I are busy equally. Have you gotten your cabin?” He questions back while a small yawn escapes his lips.
Hearing that Yonghoon was mad at his parents had Dylan blink in slight confusion.
“I would like to visit…I think I owe them a proper goodbye since I couldn’t attend for obvious reasons…” it didn’t sit well with Dylan that he couldn’t see his real parents one more time. He felt like he betrayed them.

@Dylan Wang "it is all good memories, I might have been annoying you then but I understood you" Yonghoon said with a soft smile on his lips.
"It is this week... Are you going to have your own cabin with Paing ?! You should do that it will be a nice break from work for both of you"
Yonghoon was all smiles until Dylan mentioned their parents grave. "Well, I was kind of mad them so... actually they were cremated and they are in a burial garden back home, would you like to visit them?" Yonghoon asked curiously with a worried expression on his face.

@Jin Yonghoon “Well..I think I’ve calmed down from then.” He stated with a slow nod before he curves his lips upward into a timid smile.
“You should definitely give it a try during the camping trip. I’m sure there will be tons of people who would happily listen to you and give you some decent advice.”
“When is this camping trip again…? Also Yonghoon…do you know where mom and dads graves are…” it was a touchy subject but Dylan never knew where they were buried due to him being kidnapped.

@Dylan Wang "You did throw a pillow once then they threw other stuff too including my comics sometimes" Yonghoon admitted with a shamed smile shyly rubbing the back of his head. It would be embarrassing for an older brother sometimes to be the clumsy annoying one but it was the best thing about having a brother especially one like Dylan.
"Since you are encouraging me now I might try it during our camping trip. There might be lots of people to listen and who knows maybe I will be able to get a gig or a good chance to actually try it"
Yonghoon smiled reassuringly and nodded in agreement "Just add some veggies and meat and it will be better than any other meal"

@Jin Yonghoon Dylan tried to remember the memories as he squinted his eyes slightly before letting out a small exhale in remembrance-
“Oh- I do remember. I threw a pillow at you a few times.” He couldn’t hold back the small chuckle that left his lips before nodding.
“I think you are a great singer, and if it is something you are passionate about. Then its worth a try, right?” He comments while taking a moment to stretch out his legs.
“Hmm…instant noodles aren’t always a bad choice. They are also really convenient-“

@Dylan Wang "you know of my singing you even nagged me to stop practicing just because you as the smart kid in the house wanted to study and sleep for your exams.... Probably you just forgot it but it is okay... I should find a guitar and I will be able to refresh your memory" Yonghoon threatened in a playful tone as he usually used to tease Dylan when they were younger. Even though Yonghoon was the older of the two Dylan was more responsible and more reliable if needed.

"Too bad, but it is not so bad since I'm not that much of a food lover, if there is something tasty I do eat and if there is nothing to eat just some instant noodles will do"

@Jin Yonghoon Dylan found himself enjoying his time with Yonghoon.
Taking a moment to simply listen to his brother while he found himself glancing with admiration.
“You know you are capable of doing anything, right? I would happily support your career and if you needed help with schooling..I could help also. Singing? I didn’t know you could sing…” he admits with a small quirked brow as he leans forward slightly.

“When did you start singing…? As for my kitchen. It appears we both don’t cook then-“ he joked softly with a slow nod.

@♔Dylan Wang [ᶜᵒˢᵗᵘᵐᵉ ᴷᶦⁿᵍ] "This is something I should do... But I also did at the same time. Finding you was something I needed to do for myself. And now I see you looking healthy and even being successful with work and even having your own relationship it makes me happy even though it's a little bit sad I wasn't there to see you grow in this fine man you are now. I will make up for it, promise" Yonghoon again wanted to reassure his younger brother that he won't simply show up and disappear just he likes but instead he would be there to make up for the moment they weren't together.
"There are many things I can do, maybe I should try and study again... To be honest I haven't graduated yet... It is embarrassing to be this old yet still haven't graduated but I needed to travel far from home there was no time for study. Also... Since I'm going to settle down here in this city maybe I can go back to singing again... What do you think? If I can get a gig somewhere it might work"

Glancing at the kitchen Yonghoon quickly shook his head in response while letting out a small laugh "I can't get better the kitchen .. The only thing I can make is boiling water for instant noodles hoping I wouldn't burn myself while doing it. It will be a disaster and I will ruin your kitchen if I get any close"

@Jin Yonghoon “Probably invest more in your life, Yonghoon. You also have a life to live and should put yourself as a priority instead of everyone else.” He commented sincerely with a slow nod.
He couldn’t help but be touched by his brother wanting him to succeed as it got a small smile out of Dylan.
“I promise…I am doing well. But honestly, I would like to know more about you and what you have been doing lately…other than hunting for me. Do you like doing anything in particular these days or enjoy concerts and such…? I’m not someone that attends such matters…but once in awhile my work offers it to us.”

Dylan glances at Yonghoon’s facial expression before side glancing where his brother patted his shoulder. Understanding Yonghoon’s words, Dylan nodded his head in response before softly speaking.
“I promise I will tell you if I’m mistreated but right now, he treats me very well and makes me…shy…” he admits, finding himself fiddling with his thumbs while humming.
“I would enjoy the company if you stayed. I am not much of a cook..but I have snacks if you’d like anything.”
He raises an arm to gesture towards the kitchen as he curiously tilts his head to the side slightly.

@♔Dylan Wang [ᶜᵒˢᵗᵘᵐᵉ ᴷᶦⁿᵍ] "of course I am... If I am not invested into my younger brother's life what else can I do?! It is not about having my live only revolving about you but I actually want to see how you do and I want to see you doing well so I can feel a little at ease." Yonghoon was firm but at the same time more like a worried parent than an older brother. Perhaps because it was what he felt like at the moment knowing that no one ever taken good care of his brother for the past years.

"right... I know I was rude... I promise it wasn't my plan but the way he spoke made me feel a little suspicious about him." Yonghoon ruffled his own hair in frustration as he shifted on the couch "It was never my plan to be like this... I guess I went on the defensive side more than intended. Seeing the way you talk about him he must be a good person. You understand me when I say that I don't simply trust anyone, not even other humans, " Seeing that shy look on Dylan's face made Yonghoon soften his gaze as he gently patted Dylan's shoulder "I will meet him again and get things all fixed up I promise if you like him I will like him too but if he ever mistreats you you should never hide it from me, promise me this one okay?" Yonghoon said in a reassuring tune as he tilted his head curiously looking at Dylan. "I will stay if you want me to"

@Jin Yonghoon Though it felt weird meeting Yonghoon to Dylan, it also felt like they weren’t separated at all.
Dylan merely gazed upon Yonghoon as he watched his older brother speak in such a positive manner.
But taking notice to their reaction about Dylan’s own likings, had Dylan quirking a brow.
“You…are so invested in me- You are family, you can invade my free space whenever I am free for the most part. But definitely do more things for yourself, I promise you I am okay.” He reassured his older brother with a confident nod, before his pupils soon widen at Yonghoon’s commentary about a boyfriend.

Dylan froze as the discussion had him timid, not being in any sort of relationship before and his brother not knowing what he had to go through growing up with his adopted family.
“Uhm..he is handsome..and we have gone on a date- but no confirmation if we are actually together… I’d say we are just seeing where it goes without the crowd. But you did meet him…and you were kinda rude to him brother in the lounge.” He responds calmly while slightly tilting his head to the side with a purse of his lips.
“His name is Paing…you kinda hated him because he is a werewolf but I promise he is really nice…you should give him a chance. He treats me very well and does take care of me. I would like it if you guys talked it out and saw eye to eye.” He also added with his hands within his palms as she shyly glances down.
“Would you like to stay the night here, yonghoon? That way you don’t have to worry about a ride back.”

@Dylan Wang "you know... I just got too busy between working and looking for you, I hardly had any free time to do anything but rest for the next day." Yonghoon admitted with a soft yet apologetic smile. Even though Yonghoon is proud of himself for never giving up on what he did ever since he started looking around for Dylan despite the situation at home then it still troubled him that Dylan might think that he had caused his older brother souch trouble. "now that I've found you I think I can work less and have more time to rest ... Maybe I will invade your free time if you let me. I know it won't make up for the past ten years but we can start again what we have missed" Yonghoon assured with a happy smile that reached his eyes.

"Wow, you have some interesting hobbies... I remember you liked to read a lot but exercises like walking and hiking are good for you too" Yonghoon listened carefully to Dylan's words, it was interesting getting to know what new things he has a liking to but when it came to the mention of a relationship, Yonghoon couldn't stop himself from cooing excitedly "My little brother has grown up enough to have a boyfriend... Is he handsome? He must be or else I won't approve of him. What kind of situation are you talking about?! Don't tell me, he hasn't asked you out officially even though you spend time together?!" Yonghoon had so many questions as he got all curious about the boyfriend of his brother. "I'm still like a new meat in this town so there is still so much for me to explore, some people are nice and all but it is not that easy to guess what they are, I feel a little suspicious of those who don't seem to be humans but I will get used to it somehow"

@Jin Yonghoon Dylan couldn’t understand why his brother is set on finding the vampire that took Dylan.
He didn’t think it is a priority now but Yonghoon wanted to go on this vampire hunt and question why they did what they did.
“Hm..all forgotten…? You can still do the things and job you wish to do, pal. Yes delivering stuff brought you to me…but stability is important. Again, if you need to stay at my place. You are more than welcome to do so. My home is yours since we are related.” He continued to offer.

Though when his question got swerved and the question was reversed back to Dylan, his eyes widen slightly with surprise before clearing his throat to collect his thoughts and began to speak calmly.
“Hm? Me? Well…I do a few hobbies along the lines of walking, hiking, bare hand fishing..but usually I like to read in peace after work or try to have small chit chatter so I don’t look like a complete loner. As for relationship….” He grew silent, while he brought a hand to scratch the back of his neck awkwardly before questioning the question itself.
“Uhm…I guess I kinda have a situation…with someone. Unsure if its an actual relationship as we haven’t really discussed that… I do enjoy being around him though.” He admitted truthfully while he glanced away briefly, his thoughts wandering about Paing before returning his eyes back to Yonghoon.
“But I am curious about you, pal. So tell me about yourself and what you got going on. Considering we should…get to know each other after all.”

@Dylan Wang Yonghoon smiled half heartedly as he make his way to set on the spot next to Dylan. He sat with a tilt of his body so he could look at Dylan as he spoke. "Don't worry, I don't plan to die soon and now that I found I will definitely make sure to stay alive for you." He stated with a calm yet cheerful tone as he added "I plan to keep searching for him on my own, I will be careful that you won't be involved in anyway"

Yonghoon promised himself to only keep this for himself even from his family even from his brother but life happened to bring his brother first so it is no use hiding what he planned to do. "These are all long forgotten... I have spent the past years only working enough to get enough money to be able to move from one city to another. This is why I worked as a delivery man. It was indeed the best choice seeing that it helped me find you" Yonghoon who used to sing with a small band by the beach whenever he had the time or liked playing video games with his friend on weekends hidden deep in his memory.

"Forget about me, I want to know more about you. What foods you like? What things you do in your free time?! Are you in a relationship? You must be followed around with that pretty face you have mister lawyer" Yonghoon changed the topic to be Dylan. "Dylan Wang... This is completely different from what it used to be... Did they have to change your name? Was it some kind of inheritance related thing?"

@Jin Yonghoon Dylan took it upon himself to take a seat on his couch, while he curiously eyed his own brother.
They were indeed related but two different personalities- he always found that to be interesting.
“Hm..” he began before patting the spot on the couch as an offer for Yonghoon to sit and get cozy.
“I remember our parents..vaguely. Unfortunately I had to accustom to a whole new lifestyle and rules with my adopted ones who were the worst….but I am alive so I guess I can be grateful for that. I suppose if you truly wish to hunt for said vampire. All I ask is that you are careful and please contact me if you are in trouble-“ his gaze shifted to a more serious one at his words while he sternly nodded.

“Having a dead brother isn’t the best thing you know..” he further mentioned, taking a moment to glance around as he soon sighs.
“Tell me about your endeavors and life experiences… any relationship? Hobbies? I guess now would be a good time to know each other more. Any questions for me?” He continues to speak as he rests his arm on the couch arm rest to prop his elbow up and press his cheek against his palm, calmly glancing to Yonghoon. Who seemed to be far more excited about this scenario than Dylan.
It wasn’t that Dylan hated it, he simply struggled with expression emotions appropriately.

@Dylan Wang Yonghoon followed Dylan's moves curiously just because he wanted to look at him more. "I do need answers ... Or else it would have been better if my memories of you had been wiped away as well" Yonghoon stared blankly at Dylan not sure what would make him so indifferent about knowing the answers to such questions.

"They are fine and alive... To them they probably miss one son so it must be less painful to them." Yonghoon's response left a bitter expression on his face as he turned towards the window looking outside. "Do you remember our parents?! I hope the memories didn't hurt you as you lived through your life away from home" he sincerely hoped that Dylan didn't suffer much struggle in his life away from their family. Hope was the least Yonghoon ever had since that incidence.

@Jin Yonghoon Dylan reached inside his fridge to pull out a bottle of Kombucha, twisting the cap to open so he could take a small sip of the tart beverage.
His brown orbs glancing at Yonghoon as if to read the older males expression and body language.
Leaning over the counter top, Dylan emitted a small sigh before shrugging.

“Seems pointless to me at this point…but if you want answers then you will keep searching. Who knows if the vampire is still even alive till this day. But…are our parents still alive….?” He wanted to know. He spent a little time with them until he was taken away but he did enjoy his biological family, not so much his step family.

@Dylan Wang "having enemies could mean that you are on the right track unless it is all the way around then I'm not sure what it is" Yonghoon did the same as Dylan taking off his shoes and placing them neatly to the side while carefully stepping close behind Dylan making sure to see where he steps not wanting to leave any dirt behind.

"This is quite different from what I remember. I remember clearly that day in the morning I said that I would go to a friend's place to study... We actually played games all the time but I remember that when I came back it was already too late, you and that vampire disappeared and gone with you all the memories of your existence. Maybe it is all useless now that we have grown up but I still can't forget what happened to our parents, they have no memories of you and it pained me. I couldn't even start looking for you." Yonghoon's expression stiffened as he thought about what happened after Dylan's disappearance "No thank you... I wish I could get an answer to a simple why... Why you and not anyone else? Why ruining our parents memory about you? Why not me instead of both of us together? It still bothers me not being able to understand"

@Jin Yonghoon Burdens? Dylan thought, he didn’t think of it that way nor probably cared enough to. Hearing his brothers further perspective had Dylan raising a brow.
“Respect? Not really- more enemies if anything…” he mumbled as he slipped off his shoes before taking a seat on his white sofa.
“I don’t use it for bad, my degree. Its not worth the mental energy, honestly.”

He continued to speak as he glanced over to Yonghoon with a slow nod.
“Didn’t see the vampire. Not concerned about it, its done and over with.. also no need for gifts. Makes me feel awkward, but if you need a place to stay…I suppose my house is open for you whenever. As for what I rememeber…” he paused. Recollecting his thoughts, Dylan sighed before speaking.
“Lots of screaming…crying…blood…laughing. I remember mom and dad falling over limp and you scared out of your mind while I kept screaming and crying. It happened far too fast for me to remember details though..” he struggled to remember that day, as his brows furrow in the thought.

“Why are you so concerned though?” He questions, raising his head to glance to Yonghoon.
“Oh- would you like something to eat or drink…?”

@Dylan Wang "with that look on your face I bet it has been a heavy burden for you to carry all ghost years. I'm afraid I might end up seeing more to it" Yonghoon honestly felt that all he needed to know was to see how his brother was doing and how everything around him was not wanting to share his side of the deal but at the same time he needed to put the pieces together. "Being a lawyer is a good thing, no wonder everyone looked at you with respect and I might add a little fear. You can use that to your benefit"

Yonghoon nodded as he took the turn into the way to the house, he smiled as he could see the building ahead of them. "So they died and you never saw that vampire ever again?! This is going to make it harder for me to find him. I was hoping go get some clues" Yonghoon mumbled with disappointment evident in his tone but he quickly shrugged his shoulders as he stopped the engine after making sure he parked the car correctly in place. He wiped the wheel with the him of his sleeve before he turned to see Dylan alreafy opened the door for him.

"all I need to know is how is my little brother doing" he stated as he stepped out of the car and followed Dylan inside the building. "this is the first time I come here, next time I will come prepared with a nice gift, I promise" Yonghoon said as he walked in making his way to the living room and started to look around curiously. "I feel quite impatient though, I want to know everything you remember since the day you left until now "

@Jin Yonghoon Dylan made a face at the wealthy comments by Yonghoon, he never wanted money to begin with but knew he needed it to survive.
“Being wealthy has more cons than pros..honestly. As for my job, I am a divorce lawyer. I assist couples in ending their marriages.” He states softly before he side glances to Yonghoon with an expression of curiousness.
“You must think very highly of me and you shouldn’t honestly. I’ve done bad things in my life….as far as being hurt. Depends on what kind of hurt you are referring to-“ he stopped his sentence as he lifted his hand to point up ahead in the distance.

“House. Right over there- and no I don’t know the vampire to be quite honest. My adopted parents didn’t seem to know anything either- they said the found me in their front yard freezing cold from the winter- took me in and raised me since then. Though the bastards are dead now…thank god.” He muttered, the tone of hatred subtle in his voice as they finally pulled up to his driveway.
“You know…if you hate your job. You could work for me or someone I know. Then again- I don’t think you are stupid either. Fully capable of many things, Yonghoon.” As Dylan took a moment to open the passenger door to step out, he walked around the vehicle to open the driver seat for Yonghoon as a kind gesture.
“Come on, family member of mine. You’ll get to witness and discuss many things with me and probably realize how ed up I am, hm?”
As he spoke, he led the way indoors, opening his front door with a passcode before pushing it open. Guiding them into the living room with a small hum.
“Feel free to get comfortable. I live alone so no need to worry about anyone popping up-“

@Dylan Wang "you do look like one of those wealthy looking people with power and money... What is your job exactly?" Yonghoon asked glancing at Dylan as he spoke. If Yonghoon wasn't driving he would spend the whole ride looking at Dylan's face.
"I was the only one who still had any memories of you and it wasn't fun trying to share them with anyone. I only kept them safe until I find you. You probabaly don't remember that but I was never that good at anything... I was probably the elder son but I was the trouble maker. You were complete opposite. You were the smart one. I bet you are still the smart one" Yonghoon smiled, he knew what it would be like to simple forget about everything in life just to focus one one thing but to him finding his brother was top priority.

"So you didn't see that visitor again? What did they do to you? I swear if they hurt you I will definitely get back at them" Dylan's side of the story troubled Yonghoon, the worst parents only meant that they mistreated Dylan after taking him from his real family. This drew a frown on his face as he held the wheel before him tightly.
"oh... Okay I get it.. You live in the open part a bit away from the crowded city. This is cool, it sounds like it suites you" Yonghoon looked at Dylan with a happy reassuring smile. "of course I've been well, I have a goal and I have the perfect job that can help me reach my goal and finally I'm here... Of course I'm well, I'm even better now that I found you"

@Jin Yonghoon The compliment to his car had Dylan simply nod his head in response before speaking.
“Its just a car- nothing crazy. Society expects people who are wealthy to flash their money. I don’t understand it at all, but my clients come to me based off my appearance and how much money is in my wallet..” he mumbled on while exhibiting a defeated sigh.
“You have done nothing in your life but be concerned with finding me and the mysterious man? You’ve probably missed out on a lot of memories, Yonghoon.” He did worry that his older brother missed out on a lot of fun times because of it.
Dylan side glanced to Yonghoon, wondering if he is actually okay.
“Hm. I don’t remember the man, no. It all happened pretty fast…I just remember waking up to a new family that ended up being the worst parents of my life.”
With a shrug, his brown orbs stay focused on Yonghoon’s facial features trying to read their expression.
“No one will steal your bike. I have someone picking it up and bringing it to my place. No need to worry there. And its not too far from here. After the next street lights, on the last one you’ll make a right and then into a gated community and then its up a far road into the forest.” He stated as he now focused back onto the road silently.

A few moments pass of silence before he speaks again.
“Have you been…well?” Though Dylan didn’t know much about Yonghoon now- he would hope his brother has been doing okay otherwise.

@Dylan Wang Yonghoon didn't hesitate taking the keys from Dylan and walked to the car he waited for aomemt though as Dylan went into the passenger seat then he opened the door for the driver seat and climbed in. Taking in a deep breath as well as taking in the surroundings. "Your car is very nice... If I had known we would meet today I would have dressed up better" Yonghoon admitted what he thought of. If his brother had a car and had this presence in a police station it must be something great that he is doing.

Starting the car Yonghoon buckled his seat belt and looked at Dylan to see if they are ready to go. "I've been up to find your whereabouts ? First I was only looking for you but as the years passed I decided to look for that strange visitor who came to our house that day... Do you remember him?" Yonghoon asked curiously as he wanted to ask so many questions. Who was that visitor? Was he the one who took you away? Is he really a vampire? Where did he take you? Did he hurt you? How? Where is he now? And the most confusing this; Why? So many questions that came to his mind and he has been preparing for too long but seeing the state Dylan was in a moment ago, Yonghoon wouldn't dare ask them.

"no one would steal an old motorbike from the police parking lot would they?! It is alright. Is your place far?" Yonghoon asked as he drove the car out of the parking area and heading to the main street.

@Jin Yonghoon Dylan blankly stared as Yonghoon spoke, noticing the hint of excitement to get to know Dylan once again.
Dylan didn’t express any sort of happy emotion while he slowly nodded instead.
“I see…” he commented before lifting his hand to hold out the car keys to Yonghoon.
“I’ll have someone bring your bike to my place, so don’t worry about it for now. And I can’t drive but I would definitely try. Since you are offering…do you mind driving?” He returns the question as he stood there quietly, before reaching over for Yonghoon’s hand to place the keys in them before he turns around and starts heading towards his car casually.

Finally reaching his car, Dylan opens the passenger door to step inside with a low huff as he buckles up. The scent of cashmere vanilla filling his nostrils as that is the scent of his car freshener.
“Hm” he hummed while he thought about how awkward this talk is going to be. He hasn’t seen his brother in ages and now this-
He is still mind blown by the whole encounter. Now he has to protect his brother from whatever life style Dylan lives currently.

His brown orbs glance to Yonghoon as they scurry over to the car. “What…have you been up to…?” Small talk. Dylan hated it but its better than awkward silence in the car.

@Dylan Wang Yonghoon hugged Dylan in hopes to comfort him and reassuring him but it all turned out to be comforting himself and assure himself that he has finally found his brother. Feeling that Dylan was stiff and only tried to escape his hold, Yonghoon alos took a step back and wiped his tears with his sleeves smiling softly at Dylan's words.

"Sure, there is so much we need to know about each other, there is so much I was to learn about you" He stated with an awkward chuckle escaping his lips as he realized they were in a place that didn't help their situation at all. "I can come in your car I can get my motorbike later, to be honest, I don't have a place of my own yet. I'm only staying in a motel in the city ..." He trailed off as he explained his situation.

Wherever Yonghoon travelled he only stayed in small places for short periods of time never having a place of his own since he would soon travel again. "Can you drive? You were shaking...
