@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ San found Baekhyun charming no matter what he said or did so when Baekhyun mumbles to himself, it brings out an admiring chuckle.
“You’re cute…love. I am always surprised by your actions and love everything you do for me and for yourself.” He compliments whilst slipping off his own shoes. Making his way to the kitchen so he could pull out a vase and set the flowers in them after filling it with water.
He is then slipping out of his shirt while exhaling a breath, feeling relieved that he isn’t wearing as much clothing. His brown eyes following Baekhyun’s movements as he listens. Admiring the relationship Baekhyun has with Shadow who is happily doing 360’s for Baekhyun.
“Make out huh…? You wanna swap saliva with each other?” He teased playfully, making his way to set the shirt to the side on the couch before walking over to Baekhyun. Bringing a finger to tilt Baekhyun’s chin up so San can lean in and gently smooch his lovers lips.
“I’ll let you sit on my lap and make out with me all you want, sakura~”

@Choi San “That’s true, I really didn’t expect it since you said you wanted me to propose to you. I guess… I still could.” He mumbles the last part mostly to himself. Eyes glancing slightly up and to the side as if an answer were going to magically appear.
“Did I surprise you?” He asks curiously, wondering if San thought he would get anything. “Yes, let’s go inside.” Baekhyun cheers, climbing to his feet after San had taken hold of the flowers. He keeps the stuffed animal slung over his forearm while following his love inside. A content smile present.
“Shadow, I found your doppelgänger.” He kicks off his shoes and wanders further into San’s home to find the puppy.
“Hmm, I’d like to make out with you, truthfully. Though, if you would like to eat we should put some food in your tummy. Oh! Maybe we can watch a movie? Do you like rom-com? It doesn’t have to be that genre. We can wear our pajamas, your pajamas also being mine, and snuggle up on the couch.” He excitedly says, feeling some of that golden retriever energy building up inside of him.

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ San happily intertwines his own fingers with his lover, his lips keeping a loving smile while he observes Baekhyun’s expression.
“Well, its supposed to be a surprise, ya cutie. If you knew then it wouldn’t be anything exciting right?” He comments with a soft chuckle, his gaze softening as Baekhyun returns each peck. Humming at them before his eyes soon glance over to notice the plushie and flowers.
“Oof. You’ve out done yourself, I love both of these and I love you so so much handsome. Now lets go inside and spend some time together, yeah?” He reaches out his free hand to take the flowers as a means to help out. Using his elbow to open his door before entering with a smile. Guiding them in as he uses his foot to close the door behind.
“Would you like food or anything?”

@Choi San Baekhyun pulls back from the hug when San reaches for his hand. Fingers spreading as he watches his now fiancé through glistening orbs. Tilting his head back he clears out the tears to the best of his ability so he could admire the ring. The band made to appear like tree bark and the orange leave next to the gem makes him think of his adventures with their cat. It’s unique and makes him smile.
“You surprised me, I really wasn’t expecting this.” His tone is softer as San leans in. He accepts each kiss and returns them just the same. Once they part he admires San’s expression, seeing the happiness present warms his heart to the fullest extent.
“I love you! So much.” He coos, leaning in to steal another kiss before fixing the presents he has prepared for San. Holding them out to him. “Look, the stuffed animal looks like Shadow!”

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ Baekhyun’s reaction earns a small chuckle from San, as his lover got down to San’s level. San’s brown orbs lingered with joy, a smile never leaving his lips while he reaches a hand to the hand needed so he could slip the ring on.
“I can’t believe you forgot you had my presents, you cutie.” He teased softly; a small shake of his head before he leans forward to press a gentle kiss to Baekhyun’s lips, providing a few pecks before he pulls away with a huge smile.
“I love you handsome.”

@Choi San “Oh, thank you..” Baekhyun continues to hold onto the gifts he’s prepared for San. A watchful gaze upon his boyfriend while he kneels down to tie Baekhyun’s shoe, or so he thought. The sudden appearance of a tiny box being opened and San’s question has the vampire stunned.
“Y-yes! Yes! A million times, yes!” Baekhyun practically forgets he’s holding gifts for San when he brings himself to his knees, an arm wrapping around his boyfriend’s neck. Elated tears welling up in his dark pools of life.

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ San mentally chuckles at Baekhyun’s response, his eyes glistening when he sees the gifts.
“Oh my…how sweet of a man you are..” he comments, eyeing the gorgeous flowers but cooing at the plushie toy of what looks like Shadow.
“I would love to be your valentine…but first..let me tie your shoe before you trip handsome.” San casually states with a small chuckle, he kneels down on one knee to pretend like he is going to tie his lovers shoes before raising the small box instead and glancing up at Baekhyun.
“How does..being your forever valentine sound..?” San’s voice is loving and charming as he moves to open the small box of surprise, keeping calm despite being nervous but he knew that he wanted to do this.

@Choi San Baekhyun’s shoulders scrunch up when he feels someone’s touch and hears a familiar voice. He turns his head and soon his full body to continue hiding the gifts he got even though they were probably already seen.
“You! I was looking for you. I wanted to ask if you’d be my valentine.” He grins, pulling the gifts from behind his back and holding them out to San.

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ San happened to be returning home as he approaches, he takes notice of his cute boyfriend standing in front of his door. He holds a small box in hand while he walks forward, bringing a hand up to lightly tap Baekhyun’s shoulder.
“Who are you looking for?”

@Choi San Baekhyun knocks on San’s door with his free hand before taking the bouquet in his hand and holding it behind his back along with the stuffed animal that resemblances Shadow. A soft smile present as he waits for San to answer.

@Choi San “You’re right, I shouldn’t focus on the negative or the distant future. I should focus on you being here with me right now. Not the time I won’t have with you.” He mumbles, feeling himself beginning to calm down. Baekhyun presses a chaste kiss to San’s neck.
“I hope I can make you happy until the end too. You mean so much to me..” he also feels himself becoming exhausted from feeling so many different emotions that night, eyes drooping closed.
“Yes, I’m your Sakura, all yours.”

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ He knew Baekhyun worried about this stuff but San wants Baekhyun to be happy and reminisce about the positives in his life. Sinking further into the bed, San keeps Baekhyun in an embrace while he slowly shuts his eyes.
“It’ll always be hard, handsome. But you can’t focus on the negatives for too long because they’ll outweigh the positives and you have a beautiful life right now. You deserve it after all you’ve been through and such. My goal is to make sure you are happy, till the end.” He softly speaks, feeling sleep taking its toll as he rubs Baekhyun’s mid back.
“You are my sakura after all. I’ll be with you forever~”

@Choi San Baekhyun brings the back of his hand to his face, wiping away the tears and sniffling. Slowly nodding as he listens to San, taking in his words carefully. Though, it still hurts to think about, knowing that fate has already been decided. A hint of a smile breaking out at the joke San told.
“It’s still really hard.” Baekhyun whispers, shifting up further to hide his face in the crook of the latter’s neck. Taking in San’s scent. “I love you too… I’m trying not to...” He mumbles, wrapping an arm around San’s ribs.

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ San watches as Baekhyun removes his own clothing, it was obvious Baekhyun was going through something because it was written all over his face.
As his lover finally gets settled on him, San brings one arm to loop over Baekhyun’s waist and make sure to use his free hand to cover them under the blanket as he listens.
“Oh Baekhyun…” he softly whispers, bending down to peck the top of his lovers head.
“You’ll always be with me. You’ll always have a piece of me, in your heart. Mind, and soul. I’ll live for as long as I can with you and if or when we have children. You’ll also have memories of all that too. Right now, you have me physically. I am your person and I would never leave you even if you beg me, because I snore too loud.” He tries to lighten the mood with a little humor, nuzzling his nose against Baekhyun’s hair with a small smile.
“I love you handsome..please don’t cry.”

@Choi San Baekhyun follows slightly behind San while in his thoughts, not walking too slow as he did want to get to San’s home quickly.
After they’ve arrived, Baekhyun removes his shoes and follows San to the bedroom. He finds it a little amusing how quickly San threw off his clothes but decided against bringing it up. Baekhyun removes his jacket and jeans. He gently dives into San’s bare chest and nuzzles his face into it. Index finger drawing tiny circles on the upper portion of San’s chest.
“…I’ve been going through some depression. Thinking about how one day you’ll be gone and I can’t do anything about it. I won’t feel your warmth, or hear your voice, or see your smile, or laugh with you, or cry. So many things I can’t do, or say. It’s making me miss you severely and worry excessively. I want to grow old with you, San. I want to be with you for centuries.” He begins to tremble while tears have already made an appearance on his face; staining them. He doesn’t look anywhere else but at the finger he’s continuing to use to draw circles.

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ Hearing his loves words, San nods his head before reaching down to take Baekhyun’s hand. Leading them out of the lounge and back to San’s place.
Shadow followed behind quickly. Once arrived, San guides them inside, slipping off his shoes, shirt and jeans. He quickly gets into bed, glancing to Baekhyun as he pats his chest for them.
“Come on handsome, tell me whats going on.” He speaks softly.

@Choi San He feels warm and safe within San's embrace. Taking in soft whiffs of his love's lingering cologne. His slender digits still threading through those silky locks while San buries himself in Baekhyun's neck. Mild laughter breaking out at the little kisses to his skin. A short time later he hesitantly parts from San, hands running down his shoulders and biceps.
"Okay, why don't you go lay down again. I'll clean up from supper and I'll join you quickly, okay?"

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ It was clear that San had felt a little emotional, he found himself letting Baekhyun release the hand holding only to be wrapped up into a loving embrace.
Without hesitation, San immediately wraps his big arms around the male securely.
Giving Baekhyun a firm squeeze while he shoves his face at the crook of his lovers neck, placing small gentle kisses along the bare skin as if trying to convey his love as much as possible.
“Mhm..me too, handsome. Me too…” he finally whispers, inhaling Baekhyun’s scent as it calms him down.

@Choi San Baekhyun does his best to gauge San's reaction. Keeping a loving gaze on the man sitting before him. How truly lovely San was. It's clear that his heartstrings are being pulled. It only makes Baekhyun feel warmth spread throughout his chest.
"It would seem I may have left you a bit speechless." Baekhyun teases whilst giving his hand to San so that he may hold it. Though the visible tears appearing in San's gorgeous brown eyes has Baekhyun standing from his chair. He gently pulls his hand from the latter's while making his way around the table to meet him. Arms wrapping around San's shoulders and delicately tugging him into a comforting hug. One of his hands soothingly rubbing his boyfriend's back as the other the back of his head.
"I look forward to our future together, San. No one else would make me happier." He whispers tenderly.

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ San brings a hand to cover over his face as he tiredly tries to stay away, his sick self blinking his eyes a few times.
Though he soon drawn back into Baekhyun’s words, this lovely man before him basically pouring out his entire feelings for San.
San could feel a lingering flutter within his chest while he rests a hand over his chest as if to try and calm down his heart rate, unsure if it was the fever creeping up but he knew it was a mix of realizing how much he truly loves this man sitting across from him.
He could feel, see, and know that Baekhyun actually meant everything he said.
“I….” His words are lost as he finds himself speechless. Little did he know that this male that is clearly older than him by centuries would cross his path and here they would be.
“You…” he started to slowly finally get words out of his mouth as he collected his thoughts,San’s lips twitching into a loving smile as he decides to simply admire Baekhyun.
He removes his hand from his own chest so he can reach over the table and take Baekhyun’s hand in his own, lightly stroking his thumb over the latter’s knuckles as he knew that Baekhyun could feel the love he had for him through such a simple gesture when words can’t be spoken.
He wasn’t sure if it was the illness making him more emotional, but San could feel his eyes water with joy while he stays silent.

@Choi San Baekhyun lifts his bowl and places the brim against his lower lip, tilting it down slightly to drink the warm broth. A satisfied hum emanating from his throat at the lovely, somewhat salty flavor. He gently places the bowl back onto the table, the soft ‘clack’ nearly inaudible. Chestnut orbs of life lovingly staring at the man sitting across from him. Mind in endless wonder at how he couldn’t stop falling further and further for this man. Baekhyun notes the tired smile, a part of him wanting to stop this talk and send San to rest, but not before he can set the record straight.
“My, my. I don’t think you can even fathom how deeply I want to do this with you. I’ve lived for nearly one thousand years and have never had a child, or wanted to start a family with anyone. I’ve never wanted to bring a child into the world as badly as I’ve wanted to right now. You’d be the most amazing father. You’re playful, kind, loving, helpful, charismatic and silly. You show up for me and are always willing to help. How could anyone ever possibly turn away such a perfect man when he asks to start a family? I won’t be that person. For you, San. You’re the only man I want to have a family with. Please, let’s love one another so incredibly fiercely. Let’s love one another until the end of time.” He pauses, his expression full of love and warmth. “Is this answer sufficient?”

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ As San takes a few more spoonfuls of the soup, before finally finishing it. He pushes the bowl away as a sign that he is done with a content sigh leaving his lips.
He closely listens and watches Baekhyun speak, noticing the latter getting blushed at the ideas.
How Baekhyun looked so lovely flushed before San’s eyes.
He couldn’t help but tiredly smile in return.

“You do know…that we are talking kids, marriage, moving in together….you sure you want to being all that with me? That means you are stuck with me, majority of the time. You’d be a husband for me to return home to. You would be choosing ME as your one and only. Is that something you are prepared for?” He questions curiously, his head slightly tilting to the side with a eye smile.

@Choi San Baekhyun sits up a bit straighter in his chair when San speaks of having dreamt about them waking beside one another. Color tints the vampire’s face as he finds himself beginning to daydream in that moment.
“That would be magical, wouldn’t it?” He asks, lovingly looking at his boyfriend.
“Oh? Well, your place is closer to base. That means you’ll be home faster when you’re finished. Ideally, I’d love to see you as soon as possible. I want every moment I can get.” He whispers toward the end.
“My place is nice, out of the way from many other places, but that isn’t always a good thing.” He mentions. “It’s not like we have to stay here forever. We can stay here until we feel restless and then maybe look around? This way there isn’t any rush to find something.” He suggests, figuring it would be the better move.

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ Hearing the topic of moving in together has San snorting a small laugh.
Truly blessed to know that Baekhyun wants to share the same space as him and Shadow.
But that means Ash would also be part of their little family.
“Oh Baekhyun…I have dreamt about waking up by your side so many times~ I would love nothing more than spending every second of my day with you as soon I’m home from work of course~ “ he states with a huge smile plastered upon his face.
“Would you like to go house shopping…? Or move into my place? Or move into yours?” He questions curiously, not sure what his lover would prefer.

@Choi San Baekhyun slowly nods, understanding what San meant. He sighs softly, happy to have someone like San in his life. So confident and happy. Eager to start a family. He really was husband material.
“I will be sure to let you know if I begin to feel the effects of it. So… would this lead us into talking about living together?” He asks, smiling at the kiss placed upon his hand. He can’t help but bring San’s hand to his cheek and nuzzle it. Eventually, he releases San’s hand so he can also focus on eating his soup before it got too cold.

Life is ty sometimes but we can always power through as best as we can, you know? As for your heat…just let me know when you feel different and I’ll make sure to be around. I’m not sure how you’ll act during it….but I’m here regardless. We will figure it out, okay?”
He states confidently, as he pulls Baekhyun’s hand up to his lips to place a soft kiss upon the tender skin before returning back to his delicious meal before it gets cold.

@Choi San Baekhyun raises his gaze to lock with San's. He is happy that San doesn't mind other options. Those dark pools of life glancing down to his love caressing his knuckles. A soft smile forms and he looks up once more.
"That's true, I appreciate your positive way of looking at things." Baekhyun coos. "Another positive thing would be is that I haven't experienced my heat in quite some time. Years, in fact. It's likely that I'm closer to one than I have been. Due to the unstable way of tracking them, I won't know until it happens. Even then...the window for it doesn't last exceptionally long either. I'm hoping it won't happen when you're away." He explains, wanting to have that intimate moment with San.

@Byun Baekhyun ⚸ Hearing how hard Baekhyun had worked for the soup, only made this experience ten times more memorable.
He definitely got lucky with Baekhyun, never knowing he would find someone as beautiful, kind, patient, and caring male that happened to ponder in San’s life.
His expression showing one that is admiring his boyfriend like he is the greatest person ever.
Though when the conversation continues and hearing Baekhyun explain the possibility that is there. San getting a glimpse of hope and excitement but he contains it when he notices that Baekhyun doesn’t seem so certain the heat would happen.
“I see…Well love. That just means its not all bad, right? That means that there is always a chance and honestly we can go through it all together handsome. Worst case scenario, we could always adopt, you know? Its not all bad.” San takes one of his hands to reach across the table so he could hold Baekhyun’s hand as his thumb the latters knuckles in a loving manner. Wanting to make sure Baekhyun is reassured and comforted.
