mm i had a long and not that great day. doc said i can expect the nausea and vomiting to keep going for a few more weeks. so gotta just suffer for now. did some blood tests after and that had me feeling rly weak ;n; so i ended dying in bed most of the day.
i'm here to recharge with some teddy energy so i can keep functioning :3

strong arms rock the two of them to and fro, gradual rhythm as he silences the younger's weeps, pacifying him with whispers of praise and reassurance. how cruel he was for thinking he could get away with something so daring. (how foolish he was for stepping out of his role).

Not after his lover had reacted so sharply in distaste. They felt… gross. Shaking his head, the younger hastily weaves his fingers through the tinkling threads and all but tears them off.

The kitten scrunches his eyes shut and lets himself be wrapped up in his mate’s embrace, willing away the tremble in his voice. Big emotions were hard to express. He liked the bells, sure, but it was Minho’s reaction to them that made his stomach churn. His mate was upset. He didn’t like making his mate upset. And as a result… Hyunjin was upset with himself. A cycle of doom, he called it.
I was telling you why… I wore them. Not that. Hic- that I wanted to keep- hic. Them.

@❁┆ h. hyunjin。ˡʸⁿˣ weighted sigh fills empty gaps, and he merely closes his eyes. guilt swarms his chest and fills it with sap and perhaps all at once he realizes that, he cannot, in fact, treat hyunjin the way hyunjin treats him. he's quick to collect shining bells, thumbing away dirt, stringing them back where they belong. there's little difference to how they were before, sans a knick or two, and minho ties said gift back around his lover's coiled tail, draping them over his ears once more. forget how his stomach splits open at the sight — hyunjin wanted to keep them after all.

apology is sincere despite his initial and continued hurt, drawing his hand under his chin, scratching to soothe. minho tucks his feelings away, pocketing them in favor of winding arms around his kitten, coaxing him into his chest.

It was jarring to witness in such a state; ears pointed high in alert, tail trading its fluid motion for a painstakingly stiff posture. Something was amiss, and the kitten’s cloudy mind couldn’t piece it together. Minho was upset. A heavy weight settled on his fluttering heart, throat closing up at the serpent’s words. The sharp scatter of bells ruining the floor made him jump, breath hitching with a gasp. Hyunjin wanted to fold in on himself.
But I… I liked them a lot. I felt pretty…
A whimper seeps into the thickening air, glassy eyes hidden behind woven fingers. His heart was fluttering again, but not for the right reasons.

nimble digits snap the thread that hangs chiming bells, rough exterior sharpening in edge as harmonious jingles scatter across the floor. quiet, not unusual, though every wordless second seems heavier than the last.
minho's fingers comb through hyunjin's hair once more, flicking away the remaining nuisance. he smiles, winding possession flaring, boiling. there's venom there, fangs near pulsating.
don't accept gifts from other men. i'll get you something else.
