These potential characters could represent specific relationships you envision for your character. They can also be characters you'd like to see in Ayrton!
hustlers: a crew of strippers that drug men and run up insane charges on their credit cards at the club. not many will turn them into the police because they don’t want to admit that they’re fools at a strip club. currently, the girls are wanted for fraud, theft, possibly kidnapping, and potential drug charges. it’s a battle of whether they will or will not get caught.
- inspired by the legendary film, hustlers. vibes partially too by charlie’s angels with lucy liu, cameron diaz, and drew barrymore.
- please message calhoun mun or me if interested in the skeletons
the leader
a combination of jennifer lopez’s character from hustler and jennifer coolidge’s character from a cinderella story. she’s the ringleader of the group. throughout her life she’s hustled her way through life, but also had a series of run ins with the law. she started as a stripper, where she eventually met her first husband. he was old, ready to croak. unfortunately, she got screwed over in the prenup and hoped to get something in the will. when she realized that she wasn’t included in the will, she “adjusted” a few details in the doc with or without her husband’s knowledge. when he passed, the police suspected her but did not find any solid evidence against her. eventually, the money ran dry and she returned to stripping, where she met her crew and became their mama hen. while she’s confident and smart, it’s her ego that is her main downfall, unable to realize her limits when her greed is too strong.
— someone in her early thirties-early forties.
the number two
she’s the leader’s righthand woman and a former chem bio major who dropped out of school because it got too expensive. even though she made more than enough money from stripping, the hours and pay were too tempting to give up. now she is using her chem bio major knowledge to “efficient” use, creating the best goods for the streets. aka the female version of walter white.
the hidden villain
she wants to take over the crew. manipulative, good at what she does. it’s partially what makes her successful in their ruses.
— in her late twenties to mid thirties.
— could easily have a femme fatale style. however, could also appear to be the girl next door, but uses this to her advantage and tricks her victims through her fake image.
the princess
a spoiled rich brat who wants to experience “being a bad ”, but takes it a step too far often to prove something. she acts first and asks for forgiveness later. however, she doesn’t care about the consequences too often because her family will bail her out.
the badass
she doesn’t need the money or perks of it. she just does it for fun and the adrenaline. comes into work every day with her motorcycle and spiked leather jacket. has a blackbelt in taekwondo and is the bodyguard of the group. beware, she has broken a few jaws before.
the clutz
she’s clumsy as and broken a few bones to prove it, but lovable as hell. it’s what makes her likable and still part of the crew. warning, she has the worst temper of the bunch when pushed hard enough.
the “voice of reason"
she claims to be the logical one of the group, based on her “mature” attitude and reasoning. however, it’s mainly a mask for her typical behavior of acting on her emotions heavily first, but using her “logic and reasoning” to excuse her actions. also known to be the smart of the group.
the activist
she strips for a cause. through their adventures, she gains intel and material on important people that she can blackmail later for her crusades.
the stripper with a heart of gold
a party girl that has a lot of potential, is known to be smart and sweet. however, her upbringing was rough. constantly caught up in trouble with the wrong friends and exes, many taking advantage of her naive side. the crew is her family now, taking care of her. she’s a baddie who is really a softie.
a virtuous business
- inspired by netflix/jtbc’s “a virtuous business” (2024)
a group of four women seeking independence, purpose, and growth in their rather mundane lives set off in the world of adult product sales. through their joint business, they fight off society judgment, rediscover their self worth, and find friendship with one another.
muse a (based off han jeongsuk, played by kim soyeon): many would think with her brains and beauty, life would had been easy for her. however, she had the misfortune of meeting the wrong guy. after supporting her nearly deadbeat husband for years, she finally decided to divorce him for the sake of her and her child. however, there’s still some stigma from her divorce and now she wants to support her family better in these times.
muse b (based off oh geumhui, played by kim sungryoung): she’s been in a longterm relationship/marriage that’s lost its fizz, supporting her partner in any way possible, even becoming a housewife for him. however, she itches to find a sort of purpose and some friendship, which has her happily jumping into the business.
muse c (based off seo youngbok, played by kim sunyoung): supporting her own family and her siblings, muse c is always short on money. wanting to better support them, she sees this as a quick means to meet her goals. despite her issues, she still finds a way to stay positive.
muse d (based off lee juri, played by lee sehee): a young single mom who isn’t shy to say what’s on her mind, disregarding what people might say of her. she joins the business, thinking it would be something fun to do in her spare time.
muse a is a popular social media star, who posts viral videos of bentos and meals that they make for their kids. however, muse a is happy, single, and childless, instead opting a life with their fur children. everything is a ploy, wanting to reach a larger, more profitable niche audience. after all, people will spend like crazy for their (human) kids. look at cocomelon and peppa pig’s profits. before the “kids”, muse a had little view counts on their videos. no one questions them since muse a always says that they never reveal their children for “privacy reasons”.
potential versions
- someone is blackmailing muse a, after finding out the latter has no kids.
- muse a was estranged from their family. however, they’re now in charge of taking care of their sibling’s kids after a major accident. loosely inspired by the 2004 film, raising helen, with kate hudson.
skeleton: the prinz/prinzess of abc country of choice. king/queen of con artists
- inspired by anna sorkin, zsa zsa gabor’s husband, frederic prinz von anhalt, and heartbreakers with sigourney weaver and jennifer love hewitt
- con artist and sugar baby
.muse a grew up wanting the trendiest shoes, clothes, toys, bags, and cars. the first day of school always required the newest outfits, something to stand out. summers must include trips abroad. the only problem? muse a and their family were dirt poor. envious of their classmates, muse a decided they had to hustle for what they wanted. how? as a child, it started from cars “hitting” them and collecting damages from that. eventually the cons and ruses grew from there. a fresh alias emerged every six months, followed by a new trick, gathering a significant amount of money, and then the process repeated. at times, they were married and divorced, gaining settlements in the six figures. however, this ruse has lasted longer than the others, with muse a “adopted” by a member of a royal family. currently, with cash grabs reaching new heights, muse a is hooked on the luxurious lifestyle and struggles to break free. however, the ruse is almost up, the cops are close on their tail.
+ bonus if someone can create a heartbreakers sort of partnership/con with this character
