@⚓ Hongbin |H| {{I know I closed the roleplay but watching the new VIXX mv rekindled my love for Hongbin and this plot. Feel free to reply... or not, if you want}}
Her breath caught. She'd missed those words. No, not the words themselves. But him saying them. And the way his nose brushed against hers as he pulled back from kissing her, his hands warm against her cold cheeks. "I-" She was about to say it back. But the words, that came so easy to him - like honey - got stuck in . She didn't know why but... this wasn't the right moment. She didn't want to just throw those words around, not like she had before. Now they had to be more meaningful.
So, instead, she smiled to match his mischievous one and muttered, "I'm sure I will."
She watched with admiration and amusement as he pulled the boat to shore, finding it entertaining that he'd feel the need to protect her from the water. It wasn't like she was the most pristine of women who needed everything to be perfectly romantic, with no detail out of place. But she appreciated the thought anyway.
So much so that she didn't even complain when he picked her out of the boat, resting her feet on the sand. But she shoved him playfully with her shoulder as he took her hand, leading her into the rainforest, sending him a 'I see what you're doing' mischievous look.
"Where are we going?" Sandara breathed, sweeping away some low growing branches away from her face as they paced through the trees. The undergrowth crunched underneath her feet. "This is... very ominous, Hongbin," she grinned, glancing at his silhouette in the dim light, the only flecks of light coming from the stars peeking through the cracks in the three tops. "Are you sure..." she poked him in the chest playfully, circling so that she was facing him and walking backwards. "That you're not an axe-murderer who's just leading me here to kill me?" She grinned. It was pretty much what she had said on their first date, but this time, it hung with so many memories and so many expectations.
She shook them off, eyeing him, daring him to match her words with the same ones he'd used all that time back then.
{{Lmao, if you don't remember, I think it was something like... "Do you see an axe anywhere? And I'm just taking you there to romance you." ;D}}
@☼ Dara Hongbin wished he could explain to her how different it was when he was with her. He didn't kiss her like everyone else, he didn't touch her like everybody else. He loved her, truly loved her. More than words would ever be able to describe.
The male couldn't explain how he treated her and Hamin were two completely different things, since neither had ever been near him at the same time. The only thing aye he could prove it was if he were to Hamin and then Dara and have them compare the differences, which he was positive was no where near being an option.
When Dara suddenly sat up he almost toppled off of the boat, but managed to keep his balance. His hand immediately went to steady her, keeping her from falling over. He looked at her with shock in his eyes. Now? She wanted to explore the place now? The thought made him laugh, but he quickly agreed. His princess could have anything she desired, even if it was the middle of the night.
But before they could climb ashore, he cupped her face and brought her close for a kiss. "I love you. I hope you'll like this place, it's not exactly a palace like my shack but I think you'll still like it." He smiled a mischievous smile, before he used the rope to pull them closer to the shore. He didn't want her to get cold from the water, especially since it wouldn't be warming up for another few hours.
When they were close enough he climbed out, then helped her out and set her right on the sand. Taking her hand, he kissed her forehead before he began walking towards the thicket of trees. It was a bit ominous at night, but once day struck he was sure that she would love it.
@⚓ Hongbin |H| Sandara playfully growled as he repeated the exact same answer he'd been giving her for the last hour. But her eyes lit up when he suggested a preview. She hummed in agreement, letting his lips meet hers as they moved playfully slow, soaking her in, yearning for him.
The kiss broke too soon as she was greeted by endless butterfly kisses all around her face. "Alright," she laughed, batting him away. "I get it." Her grin matched his as her eyes sparkled. They had always been quite a physical couple, expressing their affection through kisses and touches. They felt more real than words ever had.
Sandara tried to focus on when this affection had started, on the good times, the good memories. But it was hard to push past the black, only barrier that was Hamin. No, not just Hamin; her lack of trust.
She'd promised shed try. And she was. This was her trying to be normal. But every time Hongbin rested his hand against her hip or ran his fingers through her hair, or kissed her on the lips, she couldn't help but imagine him doing those same things to Hamin.
Sandara snapped up, the boat shuddering in the shallow water as she sat up quickly. She refused to think like that. This was her time with Hongbin. Hers and hers alone. No one, not even Hamin, was aloud to intrude in it.
"Come on," she ushered Hongbin up, capturing his hand. "Show me around this place."
She knew that if she explored alone, she might have discovered the fruition of his plans. She wasn't stupid. She knew exactly what all this was leading up to. Planned or not, this was where she imagined them having . And she wanted to, to prove to herself that the stuff with Hamin didn't faze her, that she had moved on.
But she couldn't help but feel reluctant, hiding behind a fake smile. She didn't want to be another number on his checkerboard.
@☼ Dara Hongbin had felt guilty every second she was away from him. He loved her, more than he could possibly love anyone else. Which only fueled his hatred for himself, Hongbin had even began to think that she would never return. That she would stay in the desert forever just to avoid him.
But she had returned, and Hongbin decided that they needed a change of scenery. His house would only make them both uncomfortable, so a trip to a little island he knew could definitely be the romantic getaway they needed.
Now, here they laid on his little row boat on the shore of said island. In the morning it would look even more beautiful, and then they could start making their shelter for the days they planned go stay here. Of course, he brought suppiles with him, so they wouldn't be completely roughing it.
He was busy staring at the stars, running his fingers through her long hair. When she asked him that, he simply smiled a dimpled smile at her. "You'll see." He replied, that being the answer to all her question ever since they got on the boat. He was practically asking to be hit at this point.
"But I could give you a preview." He said teasingly, before leaning in to kiss her. It wasn't one of those teasing and sweet kisses he usually gave her, but instead it was lingering and slow. His hands kept themselves from being too naughty, the one only resting on her side. When they parted, he pressed kisses all over her face.
When he was finished, he gave her a large grin.
Hongbin knew what he had done had been completely accidental and that he hadn't even known she existed at the time, but that didn't stop him from feeling terrible. The thing he worried about the most was that when they did eventually have their first time, she wouldnt be able to stop thinking or comparing to what happened with Hamin.
@⚓ Hongbin |H| {{introducing... The crappiest intro ever.
I greatly apologise >.<}}
"You sure know how to surprise me," Sandara grinned, biting her lip as she tugged Hongbin out of the boat. She almost tripped over the sand scrambling up the beach. The trip from the mainland had felt endless, the sea engulfing everything around them. Apparently, Hongbin had known where he was going but Sandara had been convinced they'd be stuck on that boat forever.
Eventually, the night had begun to sink in and Sandara had insisted Hongbin rest for a while. He had been rowing for a pretty long time. So they had resorted to stretching out in the length of the boat, spending their time counting the stars as she rested her head on his chest.
"You sure know how to keep a secret," her eyes glinted as they feasted on the pure, tropical paradise surrounding her. Rich, soft sand, rolling waves, twisting trees.
choked... Yes. He did know how to keep a secret. Hamin-
No. They were supposed to be over this. She'd forgiven him, hadn't she? At least, she'd said she had. It had been hard... Every time she's seen Hamin, her eyes saw him and Hongbin together and it just brought the bile back up again.
But being away from the seaside, from Hongbin, in the desert had slowly begun to eat away at her. She'd begun to ache for him, even if she'd ignored it.
And, eventually, it had clicked.
"So..." Sandara smirked mischievously as she drew closer to Hongbin, slinging her arms around his neck. "What did you have planned?"
