@yongsun "I do Mukbangs sometimes for fun. I have a Mukbang Club here as well and the people who make them are called BJs which stands for Broadcasting Jockeys." she said.

Young-ji finished putting away her things and cracked open a bottle of Soju. "But drinking is so much fun. Especially on Noreabang night!" she said, taking a sip.

@youngji Yongsun chuckled in response, glad that the younger girl kept with her joke. That line wouldn’t have worked so well with her previous roommate. “I’m not sure cute is the word I would choose, but I’ll take your word for it.” Confusion made another appearance on her features. “But. . . BJ’s?” She hoped that comment didn’t show her age. Was that something kids called each other these days? There was only one kind of ‘BJ’ Yongsun was familiar with (in theory not practice, mind you) and she was almost certain Youngji didn’t mean /that/ of all things.

Momentarily distracted by her private musings, it took a second or two for Yongsun to register the mini fridge. “How on earth did you—oh, nevermind.” She shook her head and watched as various snacks and beverages tumbled out of Youngji’s belongings. Did this girl think she was going to eat and drink her way out of college? “I see you have your priorities in order,” Yongsun remarked with a merry laugh. “But thank you for the offer. I’m sure you’ll make room soon enough if your appetite is as impressive as your snack collection.”

As the laughter subsided, her smile was replaced by pursed lips. “Ah, but I’m honestly not a fan of alcohol. It makes me really thirsty. And warm. I don’t like that.” Yongsun perched her hands on her hips, looking every bit the concerned parent. “And I know I’m not your mother, but don’t drink too much okay?”

@yongsun Young-ji smiled at that last comment. "I'll try not to. And it's just a cute nickname. It's pretty bad , I know. I was apart of a gang though. More of a group. We were hipster BJs." she giggled. She began to set up her side of the room. She opened a huge suitcase that was literally just full of food, drinks, and a mini fridge. She lugged the mini fridge out and wiped her brow. "

You're welcome to use my fridge if you want!" she offered. "I mostly have it to keep my soju chilled. Which you are also welcome to."

Young-ji began to put food into her mini fridge. "Hm...we might need a bigger fridge." she said, tilting her head as she thought about it.

@youngji Her head tilted curiously. Yongsun had a feeling she was going to do that a lot around Youngji. She wasn’t sure which was stranger: the random appearance of the sausage stick or the odd nickname. In the end, Yongsun decided that she rather /not/ learn the origins of the processed meat tube. “Ji I understand, but why ‘OG’? You weren’t part of some kind of girl gang back in high school were you?” Though she was partially joking, Yongsun suspected that Youngji was full of surprises.

As the latter bounded towards the bed by the window, Yongsun set her luggage by the spare one and leaned against its frame with a bit more grace. “Good,” she began with a vague smile. “It’ll be easier to push you out if you happen to upset me.”

@yongsun Young-ji's stomach growled. She grabbed a sausage stick from her bag and took a bite. "I'm Heo Young-ji! You can call me Ji or OG." she said.

"I'll take the window!" she cheered, running to jump on the bed. "Being is sophmore isn't going to be so bad after all!" she giggled.

@youngji Yongsun blinked in surprise as the younger girl dove in for a hug, but otherwise remained pleasant. She gave the other a few pats on the head, amused that the latter’s ears seemed to have a mind of their own. “You’re welcome. I think so too,” she chuckled. “Now, what’s your name? I’m Kim Yongsun, nice to meet you.”

Upon finishing her introduction, Yongsun’s brow arched quizzically as her roommate began digging out stuffed animals of every shape and size. Yes, /definitely/ an underclassman. She shook her head in amusement but chose not to comment. Instead, she smiled to answer the younger’s question. “Why don’t you take your pick? I’ll be gone by the end of the year so I’m not picky.”

"Thanks so much!" Young-ji squealed, rushing to hug her. "I'm so grateful that a senior is taking me under her wing. We're going to be the best roommates!"

She began to unpack her bags, some of which were filled with stuffed animals. "So which bed do you want?"

@youngji A merry laughed escaped her lips. The girl's eagerness and earlier confusion definitely meant that she was an underclassman. Yongsun's previous roommate had also been younger, but nowhere near as talkative. She had a feeling that the two of them would get along just fine. "Okay, eager beaver, follow me." With her bag and new roommate in tow, Yongsun journeyed down the hall. She took the opportunity to point out helpful areas. “There’s the fire escape, so make sure you know where it is in case of an emergency. Over there is the custodian closet. The hall and the bathrooms get cleaned about once a week.” She paused to make sure she hadn’t lost the other girl entirely. “Any questions? Oh, and it’s pretty easy to find the rooms. Odds are on one side and evens are on the other. The lowest number starts by the entrance. Simple, right?”
