@~ Sanggil Jongin couldn't pinpoint what exactly it was that pushed him over the edge this time, whether it was one too many of Kai's scathing comments, or one too many nights wandering around the streets unable to return to his own body because Kai was using it for the devil knew what. Perhaps it was even the sheer number of people who avoided him now, the rumors going around school about how he was cursed and people got hurt or even died if they got too close to him. Maybe it was the fact that another year was about to end and he was still alone, he could count on one hand the number of people who still spoke to him and he didn't even need that hand to count the number of dates he'd been on. It was miserable, watching couples walking by and wanting that kind of relationship, that kind of closeness with someone but knowing it would never happen because Kai would never allow it. Jongin's heart felt like a stone in his chest, he'd cried so much his eyes were puffy and blood shot. Kai was gone, having blow up at him for acting like a girl and then disappeared again. That was all Kai ever did anymore, yell at him and then run away. As if he wasn't the cause of every one of Jongin's problems.
Jongin looked over the edge of the building, it was one of those giant apartment complexes that was supposed to help end the amount of homeless people crawling around on the streets. It seemed like a nice place, Jongin liked it because the door to the stair way was never locked, so he could climb all the way up to the top and make it to the room. He wasn't sure how man floors the building actually had, enough that standing on the top made him dizzy looking down. It was enough that he knew if he stepped off it would kill him, and that's all he really needed to know. He came here a lot when he needed to think, but tonight it was different. Tonight his heart was just too heavy, tonight he was just too tired. Tired of crying, tired of fighting with Kai, tired of existing in a world that didn't even want him. All he wanted to do was end it, to die completely this time and never come back. He and Kai could both move on and then maybe they could go back to being one person, or even better they could be fully separated into two people. Either way, whatever was waiting in death had to be better than the miserable existence he had here.
