all over zootopia, we've got pre-made plots of land to rent or own! with each sector, you'll find an open plot marked by a "house" symbol. take a look at what's available (ex. a house vs. an apartment) and choose what you like! renting a property is a one-time payment of 100 points while buying to own will cost 400. if you rent a place, and find something better in a new sector of the city, you're allowed to move without charge! if you own a place, however, be sure it's what you want- otherwise moving will cost you an extra 100 points.
