@jisung y。ˢᵃⁿᵗᵃ () i'm definitely still feeling stuck aha...the meeting went well because this professor actually explained like, how many more years it'd have to go if i switched and what the classes were like and all that jazz. so...i feel better talking to him, but i still can't decide ;;;
"I think they look nice on you." Chris complimented the other with a gentle smile. While gripping Jisung's hand, the manticore followed behind him like a small puppy might do to his owner and proceeded to plop down on the seat across, hands now coming to rest on his lap. "I agree. But, in my opinion, it's the hardest time to be able to appreciate the scenery when you're flying. I just feel like everything goes by so fast and you miss a lot." He said, looking from his date to where the other's gaze was peering out the window. "I hope we get to see lots of neat things when we reach our destination!"
@chris b。ᵇᶦᵍᵇᵃⁿᵍᵗʰᵉᵒʳʸ ()I've been meaning to ask you how that's going. How is everything? Still felling stuck? How did the meeting go?
Jisung quickly shook his head to put the other male at ease. He didn't want him to already start to worry about him and they really didn't bother him much at all. Maybe it was just a built up tolerance after centuries but it didn't matter. "They're not cute but they get me around with ease lately." jisung was intrigued by the answer he received, already having many more questions he wanted to ask him but he figured they could wait until they were boarded. Jisung stepped across, onto the train and steadied himself before glancing around so he could figure which way to go next. Once he scouted a nice place for them to sit, he took the hand of the other and brought him a long, not waiting for the train to get moving before them. As they sat, he sighed and then beamed excitedly, already watching out the window. "There's always so much to see, no matter mode of transportation."
@jisung y。ˢᵃⁿᵗᵃ () you're completely fine, bub. ♥ i'm still stressing over what i told you about so ;;; i had another advisor meeting and- jskjskjs....
"Ah, wait, they were painful?" Concern washed over Chris's face. "Are your wings still painful, or has that since dissipated?" He asked, then nodded twice at the question presented to him. "Yeah, I have a fairly large set so that they're able to lift my heavy body up. Mm, I'm a manticore. Not something people usually want to come into contact with since I'm pretty horrifying to look at." Chris sighed, handing over the two tickets that were in his hands to the man collecting them near the door of the train. "Well, let's board!" He said while already taking the small step across from the platform to the train.
Jisung was rarely asked about his wings for many reasons. Either it was because no one ever got the chance to see them or when they did, it was too much of a sensitive topic. But he had become less self conscious since living in Magnolia and even though the wings were still filthy and broken in his eyes, he didn't mind other's being curious. He gave his lightest smile with a rub of his nape and shrugged them away, the feathers giving a faint glow before disappearing. "Ah they used to be rather painful, actually but they are pretty light. You have wings as well? May I ask of what species you belong to?" his curiosity was peeked as they got closer and closer to boarding the train.
@jisung y。ˢᵃⁿᵗᵃ Before Chris even had time to process anything further, he quickly found himself now in line, standing behind three people who were about to hand their tickets over and enter the train. “I- wow.” He said in awe, blinking a few times, just to get his bearings again. “No, that’s okay! I just...wasn’t expecting that, is all.” Smiling, he made sure to get a glance at Jisung’s wings before the other would manage to put them away. “Are your wings heavy on your back? They look very soft and light, compared to mine.”
@chris b。ᵇᶦᵍᵇᵃⁿᵍᵗʰᵉᵒʳʸ The fallen angel gave an excited nod a he took the ticket into his hand and took a short glance around before spotting the zone they were supposed to be in for their train. It was sitting there with people already in line or waiting around it as they sent other's off. Meant to depart in just five minutes, they were really pressed for time and Jisung was flustered, thinking it might be his fault for being late. His favorite mode of transportation were his wings, as much as he had plenty of disdain for them, so he wasn't used to schedules and the such. His arm looped around one of Chris' as he hurried him along, quick to get them in the fast vanishing line. "Sorry for wasting so much time- we were almost left in the dust"
@jisung y。ˢᵃⁿᵗᵃ "Okay, good. I just don't know if I'll ever get to that point." He mumbled, feeling slightly upset now that he realized he didn't even have a significant other yet. But those feelings quickly vanished after he heard about Jisung having some homemade treats stored in his bag. "You do? Ah, that's perfect! But no worries about how many you brought; I tend to eat quite a bit of treats, so...I'm sure the supply you have won't last too long." Chris replied before extending an arm out to hand his date one of the two tickets he'd purchased. "Alright, we should be good to go. Let's get on that train before it leaves without us and we miss the adventure!"
@chris b。ᵇᶦᵍᵇᵃⁿᵍᵗʰᵉᵒʳʸ "Of course it isn't!" Jisung could relate to the curiosity of what it would be like to have kids of his own. He had imagined the same thing every now and then in his long life and sometimes he even thought about just adopting one and letting that be it but he realized that his life was too demanding for a child lately. He always gave his all to working on making the world a better place and making people happy. His eyebrows knitted at the offer before his face split into a grin that somehow looked like the joy of Christmas as he held up his travel bag. "Way ahead of ya. I brought us homemade snacks which are like a thousand times better than train snacks. And I really didn't know how long the trip would be so I may have overdid it heh"
@jisung y。ˢᵃⁿᵗᵃ The blond boy jumped and clutched his chest right over his heart when a voice suddenly called out to him. A blush covered his cheeks, lips forming a sheepish grin as he looked to see that it was, in fact, his date. While walking over, he tried to pat his cheeks to get rid of the red color. "Sorry, I was just looking around at all of the cute children and imagined what it would be like to have some of my own. Weird thought, right?" The manticore asked before turning towards the ticket booth so he could purchase a ticket for the two of them. "I'll pay for this if you get us some snacks or something on the train. Deal?"
@chris b。ᵇᶦᵍᵇᵃⁿᵍᵗʰᵉᵒʳʸ The fallen angel wasn't one for running late- he was santa for goodness sake and that was one thing people got right. He was always so quick and precise that no one ever even saw him travel. Ever. And he could be anywhere he wanted to be in no time. But it seemed that lately, he wasn't exactly on the top of his game. By the time he made it to the station, he was sure his date had been waiting around twenty minutes, if his watch were correct. He decided he was wasting no more time and quickly made his way to their meeting spot at the ticket booth. Once he was there he glanced around and it didn't take long to spot the fluff of blonde hair and his hands cupped around his mouth so he could amplify his voice. "We'll miss our train if you keep daydreaming!" and he waved with a bright smile once he was sire he had his attention.
@jisung y。ˢᵃⁿᵗᵃ Chris shoved his hands in his jean pockets while he stood near the ticket booth, waiting for his date to arrive. He couldn't recall when he had ever really talked to Jisung, except for when they arranged this particular meeting. Still, the manticore was always excited to meet new people, and this time wasn't any different. As he looked around, most people were busy looking at their phones or fussing over small children. The sight of children made him crack a grin since there weren't very many as you get deeper into the town. He'd always been fond of kids and wished he could be around them more some day.
@taekwoon j。ʲᵘⁿᵍᵗʷ Yewon was rather excited today, not only was she asked on a date but they had also agreed to head out to a rather scenic area to be extra special. she goes and buys her ticket, and looks around waiting for her date to show up. Today she's wearing a very cute sleeveless cherry blossom print dress, with a matching pink sweater. and has her hair down with a cute hair band. She also has on a matching pair of low heeled shoes instead of her usual flats as she's trying to dress up a little for the occasion.

@yifan w。ᶠᵃⁿᶠᵃⁿˢⁿᵒʷᵒʷˡ Yanjun had thought it would be a good idea to take the train instead of driving out of town. The idea made sense on the surface: if he felt sick, he could rest on the train and still get back to Magnolia Springs, instead of having to pull over or give the wheel to a ghost who didn't know how to drive. (Yanjun was not eager to repeat the experience, as fond as he was of Xukun. Not that Xukun was around right now, which he refused to think about too hard.)
What he hadn't accounted for: some kind of disastrous cascading line breakdown, which left him waiting for a delayed train with approximately fifty million other people packed on the platform.
He hadn't felt too terrible when he'd first arrived at the station--tired, a little dizzy, but nothing that he wasn't sued to handling. But somewhere between the crowd jostling him and the muggy heat that seemed to grow more suffocating every second, his body had him again.
Barely managing to struggle to the edges of the crowd, Yanjun sank against the wall, trying to catch his breath with lungs that were refusing to cooperate. His ears were ringing with white noise; the irritated murmurings of the crowd around him, the PA system blaring, footsteps and luggage wheels dragging along the tiled floor--everything, even the most innocuous sounds, were making his head spin even more than ever.
It was taking practically all of his focus not to give in to the dark spots dancing in front of his eyes, but he couldn't faint here. He was literal miles away from home, surrounded by strangers... and he refused to miss the train he'd already waited almost an hour for. That would just be the ultimate insult after everything he'd suffered through. Though at this rate, he wasn't even sure if he would be allowed onto the train or be able to walk there himself, but he'd cross that bridge when he came to it.
So uh hey guys. Would it be possible after I'm accepted at the new one to be reaccepted here long enough to transfer over my profile and stuff? If not, it's totally fine.
