Wanting to help put up the posters, Baekhyun went to the town hall when he figured no one else would be around. The reason he did this was because he was worried that he might give in to the blood lust. After a moment of looking around and trying to find the right spot for the poster, he put it up, then left to put the next one up somewhere else.
There wasn't much known about who her new partner would be, only being informed that the recruit was meant to shadow her, to get a feel of the environment and was expected. With Yoora's normally bright disposition she'd immediately accepted the offer wanting the newcomer to feel welcomed. It was never easy being in a place where you didn't know anyone, didn't know what was expected of you but the instant she saw the confident smile, apology falling readily on her lips, the wolf knew she would have no trouble fitting in. "Not at all! Has everyone been treating you well? I know it can seem overwhelming at first but you'll find your rhythm soon enough. Please tell me you managed to get the follow up? Tonight's been pretty hectic but I think I've managed co compile everything else together."
@yoora p。ʸʸᵒᵒʳʳᵃ Sooyoung had finished establishing and crediting her sources last night. Going through and revising everything as this was her first project for the station she want to put her all into it and show what she capable of, as well as to keep the momentum going. Admittedly she didn't get much sleep but she still awoke bright and early with a smile on her, cheerily walking into the office as she reminded herself to stay calm and confident, greeting everyone she passed by. Being a new arrival her workload was still a bit nonexistent as they wanted to get her adjusted but she was still committed to proving herself. After a few moments of loitering around and, trying to not creepily stare, she finally recognized the face from a picture her supervisor had shown her; with light steps she made her way towards the other woman bowed politely. "Sorry if I kept you waiting long."
[] yeah its fine!! and sorry for the late reply orz had a busy week
@sooyoung p。ʲᵒʸᶠᵘˡˢʰᶦⁿᵉ Another bright shiny day at the office, another long night of research and interviews that were sure to keep the wolf fighting to stay awake to get it all complete. Her credibility and that of the station relief heavily on making sure the information she gathered was accurate and precise and, being the perfectionist that she was, Yoora would accept nothing left. Most people didn't realize the intense work that went into being a field reporter and though she loved the action and momentum of being a driving force behind what was broadcast, the wolf couldn't deny there were days when she questioned whether she should return back to being an anchor simply to lighten her workload. "I promised Dove I wouldn't stay out too late tonight..." Carding her fingers through the short stock of silky brown, Yoora pulled back the intrusive strands into a low ponytail hoping the newest arrival to the station would arrive soon so they could complete the story for this week's headliner.
[] I wasn't sure where to post this at so... I just settled with town hall. Hope it's alright.
@minnie y。ᵐⁱⁿˣⁿⁱᵉ Minkyung clicked her tongue in annoyance when Sorn had managed to avoid her flames. Irritation and impatience burned from inside her being, and what set her off more was the fact that she was unable to defeat the witch completely. Perhaps if Minnie had not come so quickly, Minkyung might have killed Sorn - and that was something she was trying to avoid. She had long left the days where she killed each and every enemy that she came across with, and she was not about to murder someone that was related to her friend, not unless she saw no other choice but to do so. Her breaths were heavy as she watched the sorceress scram away, raising a hand toward the latter's direction. She would fire at the other, she would, but Sorn had gone into the trees and Minkyung was not going to be the reason of a fire in this town. Yoona would scold her for destroying the town hall already - what more if she caused a wildfire?
She had let Sorn escape, and she was quite certain that witch would be back, but not any time soon, Minkyung figured, unless she was asking for certain death.
She stared at the panicked witch for a few moments, before she smiled at the other, moving a hand to pat the younger woman in the head. "Don't worry about it," she said, and she stood up, albeit a little shakily as she was caught off-guard. "Most spells don't work on me, and I doubt it's dangerous. But sure, if it'll get you not to be worried about me, let's have it checked later," she said, and then she turned to look at her surroundings. It was... destroyed. No, not completely, but it would be unusable for as long as it took to repair this place. She inhaled sharply as she realized that she was mostly the reason why it was what it was right then. She sighed, letting out a soft laugh. "Now... what are we going to do with this?
@minkyung k。ᵃᵈʳᵒᵃᵇˡᵉ the malicious smile on sorn's face faded as she realized this 'minky' woman was not going to stand there and watch. minnie hadn't moved, too shocked and it was too late for her to cast a counter-curse, but despite that, she watched anxiously as the curse shot forward, only for the fox spirit to push her cousin out of the way and take the hit. "no!" she screamed, seething as minnie fell to the side and the the fox spirit collapsed. it was satisfying seeing the woman finally weakened, though she would've much rather it be her cousin. hearing those uttered words, sorn huffed tiredly, quickly rolling her body to the side in an effort to avoid the white flames shooting towards her. sweat coated her face, and her body burned from earlier where she had been thrown against the town hall. the flames burst beside her and sorn shielded her face, tumbling to the side from the impact. taking the distraction to advantage, the dark witch struggled to get to her feet before she staggered off into the crowd of trees. she would be back, that would make sure of.
×
minnie coughed, her hands flat against the cement as she pushed herself up. her heart thrashed wildly and her stomach sunk, the realization that her banished cousin had returned. she needed to see her parents today, the thought of sorn approaching them had chills going up her spine. she squinted her eyes as the smoke spread around the town hall. "minkyung!" she gasped, suddenly looking over at her friend and she crawled over to the fox spirit. "are you okay? you— you took the curse for . . . me. thank you, but minky — you shouldn't have done that." she stared in concern, placing a hand on minkyung's arm, looking over her body to make sure there weren't any severe injuries. "we have to check what she did to you. maybe i can reverse it," the witch hurriedly stated, panic sinking down on her body.
@minnie y。ᵐⁱⁿˣⁿⁱᵉ minkyung had felt her friend's presence quicker before she heard the witch's voice. there were two things that ran through minkyung's mind the moment the two witches held eye contact with each other: one, minnie and. . . sorn (that was the enemy's name, was it not?) truly knew each other; and two, minkyung thought she should have just killed the other witch. it was as though time went slow in front of her eyes as she watched the other witch her hand toward minnie, and for a moment, minkyung thought it would be best if she cut the enemy's arm right there and then, but she would be too slow.
her legs moved as soon as the realization sank in, and in seconds, she reached minnie faster than the black energy that formed around the other's hand. she had just pushed the moon witch out of the way when it hit her. she let out a grunt, and immediately pain seared through her chest, like roots spreading through her being. she hissed in pain and clutched her chest, knees buckling and causing her to fall to the ground. "you're so damned stubborn," she uttered under her breath. without hesitation, she slammed her palm down on the cement, effectively cracking it, and flames shot from her fingers, snaking toward the hostile sorceress.
@minkyung k。ᵃᵈʳᵒᵃᵇˡᵉ at this moment, sorn was realizing how even her abilities were not capable of protecting her much longer. this woman was unlike any other spirit she had come across. they were not even up to this creature's level. the explosion's impact sent sorn tumbling back, her legs giving out as she fell backwards with a groan emitting from her lips. the palm of her hands burned, the cuts stinging pinching at her nerves. she was fuming as she eyed the woman approach her, mocking her with words that embedded into her mind. she opened to bite back, suddenly feeling too enraged to think thoroughly before she made another move.however, she cut short when she noticed a distant figure running towards them, the familiar face bring her lips up to curl into a sinister smile. why it was the person she had been meaning to visit after all.
"minky! i saw the smoke and heard the sounds! what happened —" minnie shouted hurriedly, her eyes wide as she stared in shock at the ruins of the town hall, and . . . the fountain that was no longer there. she stopped short when she realized who minkyung was in front of. "how did you — sorn?" she gasped upon seeing her cousin after all these years.
sorn's eyes flashed, suddenly forgetting about the fox spirit when she saw her cousin there, with her very own eyes. "minnie. how pleasing to know you still remember me," she drawled out. "i came to visit my favorite cousin. please accept my gift," she said calmly, before she brought her hand up in a flash, reciting the dark incantation internally as a black mist formed around her hand. it spiraled around her hand, and she let out a battle cry before throwing it straight at minnie.
@minnie y。ᵐⁱⁿˣⁿⁱᵉ this stranger must have the talent of easily pissing minkyung off with every word she said. minkyung's left twitched. if she could have her way, she was quite tempted to tear the tongue off of that blabbering mouth of this witch. but she must not lose her cool - she should not wreak even more havoc than she already did. she was certain that she was going to receive a lot of scolding from the higher-ups, especially from the head of magnolia springs, and she did not want to cause any more damage than she already had. she had to say, she would have applauded the young (?) witch for being able to stand firm on her ground, despite all the broken bones minkyung assumed she had gained. she gritted her teeth when the other countered back with water. normally, fire would be extinguished by water - but her fire was different. fox fire could not be doused by mere water.
"you. . . stubborn little girl," she uttered under her breath, her annoyance seeping to the surface. she closed her open calm into a fist, and in one powerful push, the flames forced themselves forward, easily evaporating the water into air. the impact exploded in front of the other girl, and minkyung let her hand fall to her side, looking at the other woman in distaste. the explosion had destroyed some of the area surrounding the sorceress, and she briefly wondered if that power was enough to obliterate the other. her disappointment was not hidden from her eyes when she saw the witch still. . . alive. "you're so weak, don't you know that?" she spat out, and slowly, she approached her until minkyung was in front of this stranger whose name she realized she still had not learned. "this would be a good time to give up and answer my questions, little one. who are you and what is it that you truly wish to accomplish by coming here?"
@minkyung k。ᵃᵈʳᵒᵃᵇˡᵉ the words that came from the fox spirit's mouth bit at sorn. she was not one who liked to pitied, especially when the words hit close to where it didn't settle well on her. "spare me your pity. you are starting to get on my nerves. this could've been avoided if you kept your large snout out of my family business," she bit back venomously, using her hand to brush off the residue of the dust from the town hall's ruined wall. she watched with bated breath as the tree flew, only to grit her teeth when the fox spirit skillfully burned the tree into mere ashes, disappearing into the air as it burst around her. nevertheless, sorn refused to back down. she had come here for a purpose, and she was going to execute it, whether she left the town unharmed or hurt. she stood her ground, glaring as she made eye contact with the glinting orbs of the creature's.
"i intend to," the young witch jeered, her body tense as she waited for the next move of the fox spirit before she would carry out her own. her self-healing was still taking place, but it wasn't hurting enough for her to become weak in the presence of this woman. she would not rest until she was past this — minor hindrance. sorn did not return back to a town that she loathed, just to have her goal destroyed. she in her breath as a white hot ball of fire was fused on the creature's hand. she quickly murmured an incantation, flicking the palm of her hand up as the other said those two words, taking it as an advantage before the flames could reach her. immediately, just as she shot the fireball at her, sorn moved her hand in front of her, the water fountain shifting up as black mist surrounded it, darting in front of her just as the fireball sped forward. she flinched back, keeping her hand up as the clash of fire and water occurred, stumbling back at the intensity of the collision. steam rose around her upon the clash, and sorn squinted her eyes through the haze to look at the fox spirit.
() rip sorry this is shorter than i wanted to write ;;
@minnie y。ᵐⁱⁿˣⁿⁱᵉ minkyung's mind briefly registered the fact that she had single-handedly (or leg-gedly?) destroyed the town hall rather easily. "oops," she muttered to herself, landing back on the ground with a soft thud. she made a mental note to alert the other residents of this incident later, but she supposed she would have to notify the protection committee about this first. of course, that was the least of her worries for now, and she would admit that she was quite satisfied to confirm that the witch had gained a few broken bones. however, now that the cloak was ripped and gone for good, it was then that minkyung only realized the similarities between this witch and minnie. she opened to ask the intruder who she was, but then she heard the latter's comment about house pets and that set her off — as if she was not already annoyed. "unlike you, you little brat, i have friends to protect. you must have been alone all this time." her tone was unlike her usual friendly one. it felt cold and mocking, almost as though giving the other warning that even minkyung, as peaceful as she was, could be just as merciless as any other fighter out there. "i pity you," she said, shaking her head a little, and commiseration glinting in her bright orbs.
she simply clicked her tongue when the other witch decided to throw a tree toward her direction. this girl truly did not learn, did she? minkyung merely ed her hand out, palm open and fingers stretched wide. flames shot out from her palm, covering the tree with white fire, easily turning it into ashes the moment her fire touched its bark, spreading outsides. dark ashes rained down as it disappeared with the wind. "like i said before, this is futile resistance," she stated, and she aimed her palm toward the weakened witch who was still in the middle of healing herself. "make sure you get out of this alive. the dead cannot answer our questions now, can it?" of course, they could, but that was beside the point. well, even if this one died, magnolia springs had a necromancer — torturing this woman's soul to get the answers they needed would be rather easy. a huge ball of fire, flames dancing in white with slight hues of gold, formed in front of her fingers, and with a smug grin on the fox spirit's lips, she said, "good luck," and the ball shot out, flew toward the witch, speed rivaling that of lightning's. it was obvious that the guardian did not care whether or not she killed this woman. minkyung was able to manipulate dead spirits, after all. no matter how many times she looked at this fight, she simply was not going to lose to a mere witch of this caliber.
@minkyung k。ᵃᵈʳᵒᵃᵇˡᵉ Sorn should've known the binding spell would do little to hold her back. She could only glare at the woman, outstretching her hands to tighten the branches, but to no use when angry flames spread around the long and thick widths. Her eyes widened when the branches became charred, the ashes disappearing afterwards. Upon the sudden light emitting from the fox spirit as she transformed into a beautiful creature, Sorn gritted her teeth, the dull pain surrounding her face vibrating throughout as she did. Sorn kept her hands outstretched, ready to call out for dark forces, when she felt the sudden collision to her face, sending her flying back to the town hall in lightning speed. She briefly heard the crumbling of the walls behind her before all she could hear was the ringing in her ears and the distant shouting that was mostly her own. Her cloak had ripped because of the impact and she could feel the sticky substance of blood oozing from her back.
"Does protecting this...town make - you feel special...you house pet...?" She grunted, closing her eyes briefly to silently chant a spell that would mend her back and the dislocated bones, crying out in anguish as she did. Sorn supported her body with her arms on the ground, jagged pieces of the town hall's broken wall cutting her skin. She hissed to herself, willing herself to stand up as she stared back at the fox spirit with slanted eyes. Seething as the hood of her cloak fell off, Sorn one hand up and snapped her fingers, and instantly a huge tree nearby deracinated. "You must not be fond of trees," she smirked, gesturing her hand quickly to send the tree flying towards the fox spirit.
@minnie y。ᵐⁱⁿˣⁿⁱᵉ minkyung frowned at the motions of the stranger's lips. her narrowed eyes widened in realization of what the witch was going to do, and she let go of her face, though it seemed that she was a second too late in realizing the witch's next move. she felt the branches wrap around her limbs, her body, almost completely enveloping her figure in its thick width. it pulled her away from the witch, and stretched her limbs apart. it was tight against her body. it was not as painful as she had expected, and she looked at the other woman, eyes mocking the latter. "this is futile resistance," she said, opening her clenched fists, white fox fire appearing out of nowhere and it danced on top of her palms. the flames expanded, got bigger, and engulfed the branches that held her back, including her body.
fire pranced above her skin, spreading heat throughout her being. the branches were completely burned from existence, and all that was left when the fire gave way to expose her appearance was the ash that disappeared as soon as they touched the ground. minkyung stood in her first form, silver ears and five of her tails visible. the dark shades of her hair were replaced with a pale silver color that glinted under the moon light, her golden eyes seemingly shined in the shadows of her face. white orbs glowed and surrounded her, making her look even more ethereal. it seemed as though the moon was her ally that night. "didn't i tell you," she started, and she ran toward the enemy, spinning her body to easily connect her leg with the witch's face, "to stand down?"
@minkyung k。ᵃᵈʳᵒᵃᵇˡᵉ So she was a persistent one, Sorn thought. It would be difficult to bypass her, seeing as the fox spirit was adamant about not letting her through. Perhaps she should've shielded her negative energy before arriving in that case. She could sense a nearing fight, and although it may not be easy, Sorn would've liked nothing better than to see this town in ruins. She knew Minnie and her ancestors had worked hard to keep this a peaceful place, but she couldn't care less. Not when they had banished her from here because she wanted to use her powers for greater things. Not help weaklings who were like leeches on her own kind when they needed help, and then hang them for their generosity. Her eyes glinted at the thought of destruction, clenching her fists when she felt another wave of magic through her hands. "Then I have no choice but to forcefully remove you," she hissed.
Before Sorn could react, she found herself in a state of anguish as she felt the immense pressure surrounding her face. All she could see was the woman's palm through squinted eyes, grunting when the ground beneath her started to crumble. Clenching her teeth, all she could think of was that she had to get away from the fox spirit's grip, refusing to let this setback end her vengeance so quickly. She tried to ignore the pain, focusing on the words of the incantation as she muttered under her breath the binding spell. She raised her hands and pushed at the energy around the woman, summoning the tree branches from nearby to reach out for the fox spirit and wrap themselves around the fox spirit tightly. Her face throbbed, but Sorn threw herself back just as the branches binded around the fox spirit. "I'm not as weak as you would take me for. Since you won't leave me be, it's only fair that I do this," she glowered.
@minnie y。ᵐⁱⁿˣⁿⁱᵉ Minkyung wondered if she should attack first, if being the first to start the game was the good choice. This witch might be Minnie's cousin, but she did not look friendly at all. She pursed her lips, briefly contemplating her next move. Minkyung was more than capable of fighting without weapons, and even if she were up against a witch in a match of magical abilities, she was quite sure she would not lose. However as much as possible, she would rather not destroy anything in the town, as it would be quite a pain to fix such things. She also did not want to alert the other residents as well. But for those who were sensitive when it came to magic, they would probably know about what was going to happen next.
She just hoped they would not intervene. It had been quite a long time since she had gotten in a fight with someone. It was quite peaceful here in town. "But like I said, it's my duty to involve myself in such things, miss," she said. She shifted in her place, and in almost an instant, she was right in front of the other, palm wide open in front of the stranger's face. "Now why don't you stand down and make things easier for me?" She held the other woman by the face, grip tight and she forced the latter down with sheer strength. The impact created a minor crater below the woman's body, and Minkyung knelt down as she kept her hand tight on the enemy's face. "Don't you dare do anything, or I may just accidentally burn your lovely face." The stranger's cloak still managed to hide the upper part of her face, safely secured under the fox spirit's hand. "Tell me who you are, and why you're here. Answer me and it'll be less painful for you."
@minkyung k。ᵃᵈʳᵒᵃᵇˡᵉ Sorn was not surprised when the woman didn't let up. That would've been too easy. She didn't know what kind of creature she was, but no doubt a spirit. A fox spirit now that she could see her better. And a powerful one at that. She would have to be cautious with how she dealt this, or it might end badly. But that was what Sorn was most excited for, the magic in her fingers tingling to cause destruction. "Surrender would just make me pathetic, don't you think? Don't involve yourself in matters that don't concern you, dear. It might lead to consequences," she smiled sweetly. She stared back at the fox spirit, watching her next move.
She kept her cloak's hood up, in case anyone became aware of her true identity. Not that it would matter anyways. A cloaked figure in the middle of town was suspicious enough to anyone who saw the pair right now. "Now kindly let me do what i came here for. It's been a while since I've seen Minnie. I do love a good family reunion, don't you?" She piped up sarcastically, her tone dripping in a sickeningly sweet manner as she stepped further into the light.
@minnie y。ᵐⁱⁿˣⁿⁱᵉ Minkyung frowned at the words she heard, and she kept her narrowed gaze at the stranger. Definitely, it was a figure she was not familiar with, and she almost wanted to tear the cloak off the lady just so the fox spirit could see the intruder's face. "Cousin?" she repeated, raising an eyebrow. Ah, Minnie's cousin. Minkyung had not heard much about the witch's family, but she could simply assume that this woman was a witch as well. The powerful energy that enveloped the stranger's body seemed quite stronger than Minnie's. Minkyung could already tell that this lady might be stronger than her witch friend, but that did not mean that she was intimidated. However, she was well aware of the fact that she had to remain on guard, especially since she was not familiar with this woman's abilities at all.
"Well, unfortunately for you, miss," she started with a smile, shrugging her shoulders in a rather casual manner, "it's my job to intervene. I can't just let you run around now, can I?" She put her hands on her hips, and she seemed quite laid back despite the seemingly dangerous situation. "Why don't you be a dear and surrender while you still can?" The smile on her face dropped, and she focused her gaze on the other. "I promise it'll hurt less."
@minkyung k。ᵃᵈʳᵒᵃᵇˡᵉ An idea dawned on Minnie upon noticing Minkyung in front of her. She knew the kitsune could sense energy, even the slightest bit because that was just how powerful she was. So then was it possible she could feel something now? But seeing the sudden grin on the her face made her brush aside the thought. She didn't want to bring up something that probably had nothing to do with the weird energy. No matter how much it pestered her at the back of her mind. "Right, wouldn't want the humans getting in your hair," she joked, nodding her head as she walked off into the opposite direction from before, feeling a little more lighthearted, despite the small nagging thought.
×
The town hall building proved to be useful in hiding Sorn's figure, the dark shadows falling over as she stared in silent anger when she saw her /dear/ cousin prancing towards the opposite street after talking to that other woman. This wasn't how she would've liked the situation, but she never liked to turn her back to unpredictable challenges. As the other female approached, Sorn could already feel the powerful aura emitting from her. "Well, I have to say my dear cousin makes remarkable choices in picking her little friends," she drawled, stepping out from the shadows as she loosened her hold on her cloak. "Though it was nice to see a friend of Minnie's, I'm not here to visit your kind," she snarled, daring the lady to intervene with narrowed eyes.
@minnie y。ᵐⁱⁿˣⁿⁱᵉ there was something different in the air that day — wait no, it had been strange during the past days recently. minkyung took pride in having the magical energies of the town's residents memorized down to the very detail, and so it would not be a surprise that she was able to tell that this energy was. . . different, yet at the same time, it was still somewhat familiar. she wondered why that was, and it slightly irked her as she could not tell whose aura was this. if she could not decipher who the owner of this aura was, that would mean. . . there was a stranger in the vicinity. as she was one of the residents who had stayed in magnolia springs the longest, she was extremely confident that she had at least acquainted herself with each and every being that lived in town — even the humans.
the magical energy came from the direction minnie was heading. minkyung's eyes narrowed, the slits in her pupils shifting, as she reached out to hold the witch by the shoulder, stopping the latter in their tracks. however she did not want to worry the younger lady, and so she quickly morphed her expression into one of cheerfulness. "i'll go on that direction! i don't think i've been there recently. plus there are more humans in the street you're leaving me at. you're better off patrolling them than me." it was believable. minnie knew just how much the fox spirit hated those puny humans. after hearing the witch's confirmation, minkyung gave the smaller lady a smile and quickly hurried off to the source of the unknown aura. the scent of the source. . . was everywhere, and its magical aura surrounded her. alert and with guards high up, she scanned her surroundings, golden hues replacing the shades of her dark irises. "show yourself, intruder," she demanded, tone cold and unwelcoming. "don't you know it's rude to lurk when you're uninvited?"
@minkyung k。ᵃᵈʳᵒᵃᵇˡᵉ if it had been up to minnie, she wouldn't be doing her rounds today. she had been feeling a strange energy for the past week, and today it was particularly strong. it was impossible for her to tell if it was something serious, or it was a silly thing she had forgotten to do that day. nonetheless, there was no particular reason for her to worry now. minkyung was here with her today so she didn't have to worry. the grounds seemed secure to her the more she scanned the area. at this time of the day, there weren't many residents around. most were probably working, or the younger ones were at school. it meant that they would probably be able to finish their rounds the slightest bit early. perhaps. however, there was a reason they had been recruited in the committee, that being that they were much more familiar with the town than most residents and that their abilities proved them to be a powerful team when it came to using them.
turning around upon minkyung's stretching, the witch nodded, making a thumbs up gesture. "definitely. it'll be faster that way too," she agreed, following her gesture towards the street. "i can go this way then," minnie suggested, pointing towards the opposite street as she took small steps towards the direction before looking over at the fox spirit. they didn't always split up, but since it wasn't as crowded today, they didn't have to put all their attention on the actions of the residents around them.
@minnie y。ᵐⁱⁿˣⁿⁱᵉ one would think that with a town that had the most supernatural residents, it would be quite safe, but of course, the committee thought it would be a good idea to establish a team that would respond to. . . emergencies within the town. it was of no surprise that minkyung was part of it, having been one of its oldest residents, along with yoona and minnie. currently, the team was composed of very few of them, but minkyung believed that they were more than capable of handling themselves once a crisis occurred. yet minkyung also knew that there was no such thing as being 'too cautious,' as the life of a supernatural, no matter how peaceful it was right then, would always be dangerous, she supposed. each day, there was a different pair that would scout around the parameters, to see if
the fox spirit stretched her arms and she turned to look at minnie. "should we split up? we can cover more ground that way," she offered, gesturing to one street. though it was something that would not normally be recommendable for two ladies, minkyung was well aware of the fact that the two of them were extremely able to handle any. . . unwanted attention. plus everyone knew who she was and her tendencies - no one was stupid enough to try and irritate her right in front of her.
@chaeyoung p。ʳᵒˢᵉᶜʸᵖ Hugging her close trying to calm her from the shock that has happened. "i'm sorry chae" he mumbles. He was truly apologetic towards the latter. First he didnt only fulfill the promise that was said years ago and disappeared, second for making her cry once more. he didnt want things to happen this way, but things go beyond his control. And mostly his family controls him the most. He was succumb to the fact that he was the only heir for his family's wealth and he was pressured by his mother and mostly that his father.
@chaeyoung p。ʳᵒˢᵉᶜʸᵖ "chaeng I'm sorry" guilt started to eat up on him upon seeing the girl in tears and full of agony. But he was happy, he was glad to have seen her once again. Without another thought he wrapped his arms around her, he doesn't mind the crowds gossip and chatter that was heard through out the area. All he was thinking that he was finally re uniter with her. It was a long due promise but he was glad he fulfilled it
@chaeyoung p。ʳᵒˢᵉᶜʸᵖ []finally uwu blackpink MV is out aaaaaa sorry too busy fanboying here uwuwuwuwu
Anyway let's get it aaaahhh
He stepped forward hopping off the fountain as he faced her. He's soaking wet and panting, he took off his mask and cap revealing his full feature. It was her, it was really chaeyoung the girl he had longed for. She was different, physically. She's brighter and beautiful. It's like a dream come true to him. He took a step closer looking into her eyes. "Chaeyoung" he whispered softly, the time seemed to stop for both of them. It's like everything is falling into place at that very moment. He couldn't believe and doubtful but it was real, it's not a dream but a reality. He could feel the breeze touches his skin as he draw near towards her. It's somehow a heavenly feeling that he couldn't explain. A long 7 years apart was finally over. She was right here standing in front of him. "I'm finally here chae"
@chaeyoung p。ʳᵒˢᵉᶜʸᵖ Soon as he thrown out the coin towards the fountain, he noticed a girl was approaching the other side of the fountain. Her hair was golden brown and she was pale as white but she glows even from afar. "chae" he whispers softly at the thought that it might be her, she might be that girl. His heart thumped faster, his intuition was never wrong and he thought that if he let this moment passed by again he will lose her once more, he is now braver and stronger to protect her thus he wanted to see her right away. Without a doubt he jumped on to the fountain to make it to the other side. People were shocked some were baffled but he didnt care, whispers and murmurs were heard and splashing of water were everywhere. He was desperate, he just wanted to hold her in his arms again and re unite with her. He just want her. Almost reaching the end he stood in front of her, panting and soaking wet from the fountain water, they were captured by various people by their phones and social medias, but he didnt care. It was her, it was the girl he had long for. "Park Chaeyoung" he breathed lowly.
@chaeyoung p。ʳᵒˢᵉᶜʸᵖ The day has come for him to finally meet her for the longest time, its been almost 7 years since the last time they have seen each other. What will be her reaction? what could possibly change? is there a change between them? He was nervous and somehow didnt know if she would come. He was sitting by the fountain as he waits, anxiously looking at his wrist watch. He was wearing a white plaid shirt and a comfortable jeans and a black mask to cover himself. He was rather scared of getting caught by his parent's guards, he ran off from his home to fulfill his promise to her 5 years ago. But he was late, will she show up? The promise of uncertainty but he was still holding onto it like his life depends on it. People passed by and time seems to go fast than he knows. Somehow flashback of what has happened in the same spot clouded his thoughts once again.
flashback:
Rain pours heavily, he was standing in front of the fountain holding a black umbrella to spare himself of becoming wet. He was not alone, she is standing across him looking at each other like there's no tomorrow. "Chaeyoung" he shouted in the midst of noisy rain. "Let's meet here again, 5 years from now. Same time, same date and same place" Breathing heavily as he said those words, its not easy for both of them, but he have to. To protect her from his cruel background the money and fame, the root of all evils in the face of humanity.
"I'm sorry this had to happen"
Wary that she might not come, due to he was 2 years late. He looked around for the last time and tossed a coin wishing for her to come. "I'm here now chae" he whispered.
So uh hey guys. Would it be possible after I'm accepted at the new one to be reaccepted here long enough to transfer over my profile and stuff? If not, it's totally fine.
