@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "What is that supposed to mean? It's not like I'm a confusing person or anything." Maria playfully swatted at Frank's hand but she spoke seriously, she did not think of herself much like a riddle at all, she was more predictable than the magician at some kid's birthday party. She thought Frank was more of a riddle than anyone she met, there was never a time when she could fully grasp what went on inside his head when they hung out.
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "I'd help you even if you were not sick," Frank said as a matter of fact. "But you don't ask and I have to figure everything out like a r-riddle," Frank chuckled lightly, pushed at Maria's forehead just a little, playfully. It was true, he didn't know I it was Maria's pride or something else, but there were occasions when she seemed more secretive than any other time.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "You can find me medicine if you want." Maria answered a little unsure, she was surprised how eager Frank was to help her with just about anything, even cleaning, but she wasn't going to let him do that. If she had anything around the house to clean up, sick or not, she could take care of it since he was her guest. "Why can't you do any of that when I'm not sick?"
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "Yes, thank you," Frank faked a smile and shook his head slightly. He gave Maria a look and sighed afterwards. "What do you want me to do? Find you some stomach medicine? Cook for you? Tidy up for you?" he asked, his tone was almost upset, but in all honestly, if she really did not feel well, he'd help her with anything.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "There's really no point." Maria stressed again, she was sure if she woke up the next day she would feel like she never had an upset stomach. "If I feel worse later tonight or tomorrow I will haul myself to the hospital, is that what you want?" She playfully rolled her eyes at the thought and the bill that would come in the mail the next day.
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "Right," Frank nodded his head minimalistically with a vacant expression. "As if I can not worry when something's wrong with you," he continued, his vacant expression turning into a sacrastic one as he turned his head slightly to let Maria know how silly what she said was.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ Maria yawned and shrugged her shoulders at his question, she had no clue why she was sick, maybe her eggs were scrambled and she was going through menopause. "I would think they still do since I'm in human form but I guess not." She leaned back on the couch and put her arm over the back of the couch and started gently tugging at the strands of Frank's hair. "It's probably nothing, don't worry about it too much."
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "I'm joking of course," Frank laughed and put a hand on Maria's head to ruffle her hair as best as he could, so her hair ended up slightly resembling his, unintentionally. "Why do you think you were nauseous then? Apparently h-human diagnostics don't apply to you," Frank chuckled, even though he was still worried in the back of his mind. If he had a clue, if he knew at least if it was a serious thing or not, he would know how to handle it, at least not make fun of it.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "You humans make me sick, you're kidding." Maria lifted her hand up and pushed Frank's face away from her, for a second or two she found herself distraught again until she remembered she was just on her cycle about a week or two ago. "If I was I would leave it on either you or Kristine's doorstep and sayonora to Magnolia. " She joked, she wouldn't dare but keeping a kid was not in her plans for the next ten or twenty years.
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "I don't know. I don't," Frank shrugged trying to think of any situation a human could get nauseous. "If it's not an upset stomach or illness, nor is it your days, then, in human terms, you're p-pregnant," Frank said with all seriousness, taking the advantage of Maria not looking at him to try and conceal the threatening laughter that was trying to break his serious facade.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "No, it's fine." Maria said looking at the floor instead of Frank, she was a little embarrassed and even a little touched by the fact he decided to stay instead of leaving her alone even if he thought she was pmsing at him. "It's not like you gave me choice." She mumbled under her breath with a breathless chuckle. "I don't know, do humans get a random wave of nauseousness? If not then that makes you guys the superior race."
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "Sort of," Frank screwed a grimace of uncertainty suddenly feeling bad for thinking that. He didn't k ow how Maria's kind went through these things, hell, he wasn't sure how human women handled their moments, for each it seemed to be different. "Sorry," he said. "I wondered why you wanted plain p-pitatoes instead a whole wagon of chocolate. What's up then, if that's not the case?" Frank asked his eyebrows lowering a little into a confused squint again.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ Maria chuckled deviously as she watched Frank fix himself up, she even took the chance to her thumb and brush the hairs of his eyebrows back down. "Where the hell did you get PMS from? I'm not riding the bloody Nile today, did you really think this whole time I was on my period?" She asked with wide open with shock, guys sometime were too unbelievable for Maria at times.
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "You damn right should have," Frank instantly sat back up and smiled at Maria, running his fingers through his hair to put it in some kind of a place. "Violence is not the answer," he watched as she hugged herself, chuckling to himself. "Why are you so a-aggravate? Hey, if you're using me to ease any sort of PMS, I swear to God," Frank pointed a finger at Maria, his eyes full of playful shock. He wasn't sure what was going on, but this was the closest he could think of. All the nausea and all that.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "Hey what?" Maria demanded with a grin as she hit him but she was started to getting lax by the time he said he surrendered. Maria huffed and puffed as if she ran a mile as she sat back down next to Frank with her legs crossed. "I should have tickled you instead, now I feel like I wasted my energy hitting you with that pillow" She chuckled, but as soon as she mentioned tickling she wrapped her arms around herself protectively in case Frank had any ideas.
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ Frank was somewhat counting on a reaction like this, he didn't know if it was his instinct or the fact he knew Maria by this time. His arm shot up to protect his face from the blow from Maria, and a laugh escaped his mouth, even though Maria seemed to be quite pissed off. "Hey," Frank tried to protest as the hits become repetitive and he started to plan an escape or at least a counter attack. "I surrender," Frank curled up over his lap, chucking into his knees while covering his head with his arms.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ Maria's expression concern melted into one of distraught then annoyance, all in a minute before she reached behind her and grabbed the pillow she was laying on to hit Frank with. "You're the lonely fart here!" Her raised voice bounced off the walls and she brought her legs from Frank's lap so she could land more viscous attacks with the pillow.
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "Just," Frank put his hands down, revealing a small smile. "If you missed me in p-particular, that can only mean," Frank paused for a dramatic effect, drawing in a long inhale to tease Maria as long as he could, before the inhale started to be way too long, and his lungs could not take in any more. "That you have no friends," he blurted out sticking his tongue out between his teeth.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ Maria grinned at him cheekily before nodding her head. "Filthy Frank." She tilted her head to the side, more confused as to why Frank was covering his face in such a dramatic manner. She quickly sat up and looked at him intensely with concern etching itself in her features. "Yes?" She didn't mean for it to come out as a question but she cleared and nodded her head briskly. "Yes, I missed you a lot, why do you ask?"
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "Are you calling me filthy?" Frank gave Maria a frown, pretending offense. "Are you kidding me?" Frank brought both of his hands to his face, hidinghimself from the whole world if possible. He wasn't easily embarrassed but this just reached a limit he had not expected in the slightest. He peeked through his fingers and looked at her. "So you simply missed me?"he asked to confirm his suspicions.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "It's a perfect fit you mean!" Maria's laughter came to a subtle chuckle, she gave the other a look with her brows raised suggestively. "But not anyone else who's done any funny business with you." She grabbed one of the pillows and propped it up behind her head, she was so comfortable she could probably fall asleep in the very position she was in. "I know, I enjoy being around you too, that's why I went off the handle for what felt like those couple of days." She admitted, even if the other felt like he did something embarrassing it wasn't a memory that lasted long in Maria's mind.
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "That just sounds wrong," Frank shook his head after the words dawned on him, they sounded filthy, as in no good connotation whatsoever. "Don't worry, you're immune to that," Frank joked patting Maria's shin encouragingly as a doctor would after a checkup with a good result. "I've never said that," he protested slightly. Of course he enjoyed Maria's company. She grew on him. And the fact that their energies clashed with one another so much yet they still could get along more than well was a sheer wonder to him.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "I wouldn't be surprised if that was an actual sickness." Maria snorted with her hand slightly balled up to her face, if it came with dizziness and nauseous feeling then she definitely had it. "Or Frankilis." She widened her eyes a bit when she said it and clapped her hands together when she laughed, she really thought she was a genius for coming up with that. "Do you not like being around me?" Maria asked jokingly, she truly enjoyed his company more than he thought.
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "Jesus,"Frank exclaimed with a chuckle accompanying it and looked up at the ceiling with defeat. He knew he couldn't fight her. It was pointless. Especially when it came to this very mundane issue, he just couldn't be bothered. "What kind of sickness is that?" Frank smirked and looked at Maria curiously. "F-Frankyitis?" He made up a word that had a sound of his name, the recent outburst of Maria's keenness on seeing him was actually confusing and concerning him, but he wouldn't ask. If she wasn't going to dive into it, he wasn't going to push it.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "Alright, Kitten it is." There was no way she was going to call him Fat Louie every time she saw him, she already found herself calling him Kitten and it was going to have to stick for the time being. "That's not fair." She whined with a with smile on her face, she knew he was just joking with her but she was always one to milk it. "And I was sick, I feel better because I had the chance to see you today." She with endearment in her voice, she leaned over back to the coffee table and put the plate back down with a content sigh.
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "Fat Louie sounds like a mobster's name, Frank chuckled and blinked a few times. "I don't mind, call me whatever you like," Frank added. He looked at Maria with a raised eyebrow as she asked about food and illness. "I'll give you a d-diagnosis first so I can be sure that you are ill and not just pulling my leg like today," Frank said with a serious tone, but he wouldn't do such a ridiculous think. He'd rather just cook som whole-food meal and present it as a honest job than walk around with a thermometer and do twice the route if she was really ill.
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "So, I should name you like you are one." Maria said bluntly, she chuckled at some of the nicknames that came to mind before calling him one that popped up repeatedly. "Fat Louie, how does that sound? Definitely royal and lazy in one name." She grinned at the other more than proud of herself for giving Frank a name from one of her favorite movies, it was more grand than Kitten. "Is it? Does that mean if I get sick again you will make something different?" Maria looked down at the plate, she only finished half of the baked potato but she would eat the rest of it as a late night snack or with something else tomorrow.
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "A proper royal cat, if anything," Frank said with a smirk. She was right. He was a lazy cat, watching everyone judging quietly, while she had more of a hyper puppy energy. In that context, she was correct. "Alright," the compliment settled with him in a calm manner, he wasn't new to cooking, but was no expert nor a decent cook. He was asked to prepare a meal for his parents when they had no time to do so, so he was familiar with the basics. "You don't have to," Frank muttered lazily, he wasn't keen on food. He was obviously joking about the payment. "If I had put in m-more effort, I'd be quiet. But this," he said pointing at the plate, "is like the most b-basic thing I could do for you."
@frank d。ᵒᵘᵗᵒᶠˢᵖᵃᶜᵉ "But it does suit you, you act very much like a cat compared to me." Maria murmured loud enough for the two of them to hear before taking another bite, the food was neither bad or exceptionally good and it suited her tastes enough so it was just fine to her. "More than edible, it's good." She put her fork down and held her thumb up instead. "I'll pay you back with a specialty dish of my own, how does that sound?"
@maria r。ᵐᵃʳᶦ "I can approve of M-Marigold, but not k-kitten,"Frank said leaning back against the back rest of the couch, his head leaned back lazily but turned so he could see Maria. "I don't think it suits me," he said and forced a pout, acting so very upset, whereas it didn't bother him much at all. "Is it edible?" Frank asked, his eyes darting from the plate to Maria's face.
So uh hey guys. Would it be possible after I'm accepted at the new one to be reaccepted here long enough to transfer over my profile and stuff? If not, it's totally fine.
