@❛ yukhei w。 ten raised an unimpressed brow at lucas' boast, only grinning when the other seemed to falter at the mention of frogs, shrugging his shoulders innocently. "they're really friendly creatures~ hopping around minding their own business. they're so cute!" he glared at the other at his mocking tone, about to open his mouth to retort until he felt himself being lifted off from the chair he was sitting on. a scream of surprise sounded as he trashed, trying to get out but to no avail. he ended up swallowing a mouthful of pool water and had to endure the unbearable feeling of liquid rushing through his nose before he broke out from the pool surface, gasping. wiping away the droplets, he squinted his eyes at lucas before splashing water repeatedly at the other, exclaiming, "you're terrible!" he looked down at the shirt he was still wearing while waiting for lucas, groaning. "now you had my shirt soaked!" he grumbled while taking off the now ruined clothing, tossing it to the general direction of their items.

@❛ ten l。 “Chicken out? Ten Im a firefighter I don’t have time to be chicken.” His face dropped when Ten mentioned the frogs, somehow that was scarier than the ghost girl. “You had to mention the frogs huh...” Lucas dropped his towel on the bench ing the few buttons that were buttoned in his shirt and dropping it as he stepped backward toward the pool. “I mean yo if YOU scared Ten we don’t gotta swim.” He put on a smaller voice not even resembling Tens but meant to mock him. “Don’t want you to be like ‘Yukkie Im scared’ and then start drowning or something.” Gazing over time Ten with a smug smile as he slipped off his slides, he wet his bottom lip laughing, “matter of fact lemme help you out.” And with that he rushed the smaller picking him up and tossing him over his shoulder, running to the pool and jumping in with a scream.

@❛ kunhang w。 @❛ jaemin n。 for a moment, she's envious of the two. the playful, brotherly exchange was clearly a pure friendship held between their bonds and experiences together, that she sure wishes she had. yet, this feeling is short-lived and well replaced with happiness—for that of her lover. before she's had a chance to waltz in his life, she's glad that he had a good friend, and that he can reciprocate the favor.
well, that makes two of us that needs jaemin by our sides.
she muses, leaning slightly from her posture over the mere edge of the swimming pool, calves sloshing against the minimal waves originating from their movements and splashes. her hands help fuel the said waves, essentially paddling water to jaemin to where it could collide with his shoulder—all with a mischievous smile.
i mean, /i/ am, i'm not too sure about double majors over here. kidding, heh. i'd like to say that we balanced our time together, classes, and studying pretty good.

@❛ yukhei w。 Ten eyed the pool, half curious and half (absolutely not) in fear, wondering if the ghost girl actually exists. The better half was saying, “There’s no such thing as ghosts, don’t overthink it.” But also the other part of him was thinking, “But what if there really is a ghost girl in the pool like Lucas said?”

Ten snapped out from his musing once he heard the call, quick to compose himself and throwing a playful grin at Lucas as he watched him approach. “Well you finally came. I thought you’re chickening out at the last minute.” He snorted at the question and shrugged, waving his hand. “Nope, no sign of her as far as I’ve seen. Just the quiet pool and me! And maybe a frog or two passing by.”

Changing in my swimwear I hurriedly showered and did some stretches here and there to avoid sudden cramps. Although having experience as a swimmer during highschool days I still needed to do some stretches. Protocols.
After some stretches I excitedly wore my goggles I ran and dive straight into the pool. Perfectly diving without getting any water in my nose or anything to make me cough. After resurfacing from the insanely awesome dive I swam to the edge of the pool and prepared to do some butterfly and some other swimming styles I learned during highschool days. After some time I hopped out of the pool and grabbed my towel and wrapped it around while walking back to the pool and sitting at the edge.

Staring at nowhere I found myself inspired to experiment a new batch of sweets with a hint of summery vibe. All the problem is that who would be my taste tester? I mean sure I can do it. But still? Reviews from other people is still better right? Welp. I still need to write down the recipe incase I suddenly forget it.

Hurriedly standing up. I dried myself up and left the pool cooled and satisfied with the new recipe brewing in my mind.

the subsequent grin on kunhang's face was latent, the ripples of the water scurrying from his stature as his arms keeping him afloat. he took the splashes in playful stride, hoping the water doesn't accumulate in the shells of his ears later on.
a pleasure for me as well, heejin. he's right you know. i'm usually pretty untamed but jaemin here - ahhh, he just keeps me in check.
his shoulders raised into a shrug; a light swim propelled him forward. kunhang was merely dawdling in the pool, responsive to the company of his friend and his lover with whom he's newly acquainted. the time which dwindled down for him would surely prune up his skin by how lax he was.
finals? yes sir, i've finished those. i'm lucky it was a breeze or else i'd still be thinking about it.
kunhang relaxed his figure, his weight shifting to his back as he had now laid parallel to the water's surface, afloat on his back as the water adhered to his mass similar to that of a petal. the ripples in the water now dissipated in gradients around his form as his eyes closed shut with a sigh. his tone of voice took a thick texture.
glad that's over, man. but how about you guys? i trust you two are being model students while being in love.

@❛ yuko a。 Hanging the towel on the back of his neck and warmth of the sun dry him, he turned his head slightly enough to catch a glimpse of the female checking on him, causing the corner of his lips to curl up into an amused smile. Gathering the strength to pull himself up, he walked towards the little shower at the corner and turned it on, allowing the pressure of the water and his fingers run through the dark strands of his hair and hoped that the smell of the chlorine would rinse off. Turning off the shower and drying himself once again, he let out a sigh, refreshed by the quick shower he had before finding his eyes once again following the female relaxing in her chair. Finding himself drawn by how comfy she looked, he managed to find the courage to talk to her as he grabbed a beverage and made his way to the chair next to her, hoping his presence didn't startle her. "Hm, fine day isn't it?"

with a roll of his eyes does jaemin hold his nose then suddenly submerge himself into the water, disappearing from sight until he once again breaks the surface, the blue tint of his hair darkened by the weight of the water.
at her accusation, however true, he makes a dramatic act at being offended, his joking self enabled by the presence of his best friend.
me—tell kun to say good things about me? i would never. normally i couldn't pay him to. he's not normally this soft, princess.
a sly grin makes its way across his lips as he ades closer to her knees, splashing water across her legs. when said best friend makes move to splash at him, all jaemin can do is wipe the attacking water droplets from his face and grin.
for real though, kun, let me know if you need anything. just because i've got this one doesn't mean i'm not still a free man. how were your finals?

@❛ joohyuk n。 The sun was baking her legs a golden tan as she sat back and relaxed on a lounge chair. Her black halter bikini top peeked out of the wrap that covered her revealing swimsuit. Yuko felt as if she was perhaps a little old to mingle with the crowd around the pool, so she kept mostly to herself. She was here to relax and sip on some complimentary alcohol to celebrate the end of the semester after all. Her eyes wandered across the pool, people-watching these kids have fun when her eyes made contact with a young man who looked about the age of her students, though she didn't maintain the contact and gazed down at his built body instead, evaluating it as she sipped on her peach whiskey sour. It was nice. Her gaze removed from him as quickly as they fell on him and she placed her drink down, her eyes closing as she let out a content breath between her lips. It was a nice day.

@❛ yuko a。 It was almost as if he could swim forever after diving into the pool of the cold chlorinated water and allowing his body to float freely on the surface, the temperature of the sun and water balancing equally on his body. Although he mostly swam at school for practice, swimming here felt so different since he was relaxed by the motion of the water, gently letting him flow then returning to swim again. Adding onto that, there was no coach around to scream at him to swim more laps and making his muscles ache to death. Reaching to the edge and pulling himself up, he grabbed his towel and dried his hair with it before noticing out of the corner of his eyes, the female that stood out from the rest of the crowd.

reemerges not too long after with a satisfied smile, her hands popping out from under the water to push her bangs back

swims around the pool, humming to herself before taking in a deep breath and submerging her full body in the water

ah, is that so? he can’t help but release a laugh, resting his beer at her side before drumming his fingers upon her thighs with his chin perched atop his knuckles. ..... so, here’s my schedule........ he laughs, scrunching his nose. i’d like that.

i know that i'll most likely get drunk sooner or later. she says, another swig of her drink taken as he boards his arms over her thighs. naturally, she sets her cup aside and runs her fingers through his tresses. maybe sing for you or play the guitar, or a fashion show in your clothes- who knows.

pfft. and what do you know? he teases with a chortle, his legs also submerge before he does entirely, arms resting atop of her thighs as he does so. mmm, for entertainment? he chuckles in through, nodding. sure, that’d be nice.

don't know. she, too, takes a small sip and meets his gaze, brow raising almost suggestively before emitting a small chuckle. should i stop by more often while you're writing? for entertainment? it's alright, you're here now. she outstretches her legs to submerge them in the water, swinging her calves slightly.
